The sea view is good but the location is far from the main area.

The hotel was very nice; staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. There is a nice buffet breakfast with beautiful views of the coastal line. We had a fantastic time in Zakynthos.

Breakfast is mediocre Very noisy hotel mainly the doors when they close or other guest walking on top of your room.Expect to have early wake ups.

Rooms well equipped, ample and comfortable.

During some range of hours (7-10 pm) it was hard to find hot water for ashower.

- The opening hours of the pool - after 7-8PM the pool was closed and this is a pity as the pool was great but during the day I prefer to visit the island- The rooms are quite compact, with the sink in the room rather than the bathroom and there wasn't a lot of storage for clothes.- Pretty good breakfast, but just gets very repetitive if you stay longer than 3 days

The room was very comfortable with a nice view to the ocean. The property is located in area of the island with very easy accessible beaches by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The prices in restaurant were a bit expensive. Also sometimes items from menu were not available.

Shower in the room- tiny, not comfortable, at 6-7am, barely warm water… and next to the pool weird shower to be honest.Location, if you don’t plan to drive, it’s super complicated. To reach shop to buy even some sunscreen, 35€ one way with taxi-3 minutes, walking 15 and it’s not very safe as there is few places on the road without pedestrian access, so you just walk on the road… and they way they drive…. No thanks!

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Comfy double beds. Amazing view and in a great location with shops/restaurants just a 15 min walk away. Good breakfast variety and AMAZING food and cocktails at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Great massage service offered for in room massages. Overall great value for money. Nice pool area with sunbeds looking out on the view. October is a great time to stay for privacy / quiet pool area and the town is also much quieter.

We received an upgrade to our room for our anniversary but it actually seemed smaller than what we paid for - it was still front facing with a sea view but there wasn’t much room for luggage, no wardrobe just hanging rail with hangers so not what we were expecting from the pictures. The sink was in the bedroom which we didn’t love. When other rooms were being cleaned they seemed to be the same as the pictures so maybe we just drew the short straw. The hotel also suggest using a slightly more expensive taxi service than other options so do your research. A few mornings there were some issues with shell in the eggs at breakfast but breakfast was good otherwise. Also mosquitoes are a problem on the island so would be good to have mosquito nets in the room. Would also have been nice to have tissues in the room just to add a more 4 star feel but otherwise good.

Everything was great, the location, the view, the breakfast - the room was equipped with everything you need in a vacation!

The setting and views out across the bay to Zakynthos were outstanding. The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional at all times. The rooms were stylish and contemporary. All areas of the hotel were kept spotlessly clean.

It was late in the season and so a few of the nearest tavernas and restaurants had closed. This meant that we had to walk approx. 1 mile to the nearest available taverna. Obviously, this is no fault of the hotel. There were a few items no longer on the menu at the hotel restaurant, again due to the lateness in the season. The hotel is accessed via steep inclines from the main road at both the front and rear of the property. This might prove challenging for guests with mobility issues.

Comfortable, clean, modern, great view! One of these cases where the pictures are for real and reality may even surpass the images. Couldn't get enough of that view!The staff are super helpful and friendly, always with a warm smile and there is daily housekeeping. I must really praise the staff for what they do for the customers and their giving nature.The included breakfast is varied and everything tastes good, so it's perfect even for long stays as you can eat something different every day. Vegans and vegetarians can also find something tasty. Loved the juices and fruit options as well as the self-service coffee machine with varied options, breakfast options include pancakes, do it yourself musli mix, eggs, omelette or bacon, sausages, baked tomatoes or fungi, sandwich options, yoghurt, homemade jam, cakes, fruit salad mix, freshly baked buns, you name it... seriously awesome breakfast. The restaurant outside of breakfast is a bit towards the pricey side, but I think you definitely pay for the location here and it is worth it!The nearest bus stop is 10min away, the nearest shop about 15min or less. And on the way you already have plenty of options for eating if you want to do so. Add 5 more minutes and you are in the center of Argasi with plenty of tavernas and shops.Note that buses are very unreliable in the area (and seems not just there), the only reliable ones are the ones from the beaches (Banana Beach, St. Nicholas beach) and they use almost the same stops as public buses(+/- 50m).I was looking for a place to relax and refresh and I found it! And if you do want to get in the buzz of things from Argasi, it is easy to walk there. In full season, the road may be a bit uncomfortable to walk, but during my stay there was not so much traffic.Overall had a very pleasant holiday and definitely not just the location but everyone there has contributed to it. Thank you once again!

A little noisy from the hallway in some evening/night (the doors of the rooms could use a bit of extra soundproof/windproof, but the other guests' behavior definitely had a contribution to that noise, as some nights were ok).Could be useful to have a separate light for the sink and a dimmer/separate second light for the bathroom, as at night it is way too bright to turn the light in the whole room on after you are used to the darkness or if someone sleeps. But the room's bright light is also a plus for other uses. So take this more like a suggestion than a dislike. Then for reading, there are separate nightlights and an ambient light behind the bed headrest which create a pretty nice ambiance.

I liked everything about the hotel. Considering that we visited during the high season, I thought we got good value for money. My partner disagree. He thought the breakfast was quite limited.

This hotel was in the beat location, the veiws are crazy. The staff were super friendly, and the services provided were great. Laundry was available and cheap, breakfast every morning by the pool and also a great resturant with veiws over looking half the island ? ?

Location is great because it’s not too far from the town. The rooms and everything were spotless clean and decorated tastefully. The pool was amazing and clean. The breakfast was delicious, you had a lots of choices and also friendly for vegetarians. The stuff was absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful. I will absolutely come back again. ???

AC units turn off when you leave the room which means the room is always acclimatizing.

Location was great, hotel was very clean and well maintained in general. Bedroom was very spacious with a good size balcony and area for drying clothes. Staff were very kind and helpful.Food in the restaurant was very tasty and the breakfast offering was more than sufficient for me. Typical European breakfast with some local specialities.

Bathroom, the one in my room was outdated and could do with renewal. From.peepimg into other rooms, I think most had a better Bathroom than mine. There was also a constant smell of drains. Noise, the corridors are very echoey and doors to rooms not soft closing so as of early morning alot of hotel noise. On the last day I requested a taxi to take me to the airport. I was charged at the hotel car service rate of 26 euros. This was not what I requested. In general my experiences with taxis in Zakynthos was poor. They're expensive and don't use metres. I think I was over charged for all trips. Best to hire a car.

Lovely hotel, great facilities, fantastic view

There was a Nespresso machine in room but only two coffee capsules. When we asked for more we were refused on the grounds that complimentary capsules were limited and no more could be provided.

Stunning view, beautiful pool area, comfortable sunbeds. The room was spacious, with daily room service and fresh towels provided. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They allowed us to relax by the pool after check-out, and there was a shower room which was great to freshen up before leaving to the airport; they even gave us clean towels although we'd already checked out. The location was set off the main 'strip' in town, so evenings were nice and quiet without any noise disturbing us.

Breakfast was hugely disappointing. Coffee was served from a very sad-looking machine with milk and beans sitting inside of it. If you wanted a freshly-made cappuccino, it was an extra €4 charge. The fresh nectarines were rock-hard and inedible, while the yoghurt was sour (so disappointing in Greece!) In the bathroom, there was a strong sewer smell and the towel hooks were half fallen off the walls. Thus, some small improvements to the property are needed for it to achieve more of a luxury feel.
