Rooms literally have thin walls. Hear guest, music, doors slamming all night etc.Not a quite hotel by any measure. If you intend on relaxing, it wont happen. Noise starts from around 6am to 12pm and even beyond. Hear bar music till 12pm, clubs till 2am.

This hotel is in the perfect location I have stayed here twice, situated in the center of the resort near to the sea,restaurants and shops but set back from the road so you can get a peaceful nights sleep.

Bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard.

The hotel is really nice and it's in the center of Argassi. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff is absolutely lovely, especially Miss Marina Tsiasioti who helped me organize my medication delivery. Breakfast is tasty, but it's the standard type of breakfast you get at hotels. They should definitely change the coffee machine and the soft drinks machine. The drinks from the machine taste like chemicals. The coffee machine also makes disgusting coffee from powder! Why can't they offer a pod coffee machine with natural milk instead of powdered milk? If you choose the half board option, you'll receive a voucher for a restaurant where you can choose three meal options. You have to pay for drinks though. Overall, it's a nice and quiet hotel that I would recommend.

Excellent cleaning service at the hotel. Friendly staff.

Fortunately when we booked in our aircon was included in the booking. Other groups of our party had to pay €10 a day for aircon. This was an €140 per a room on top of what they already paid. Do not wear white or light colours to the pool. It stained all of my clothes yellow.

Pretty much everything! Super clean and modern rooms with up to date furniture. Keycard system super high tech. Cleaning staff precise and fast!Reception is super kind and helpful, location is perfect. Breakfast was good enough. Shower by the pool had good water pressure. Loved our stay there!This hotel should be 4 starts, not 3!

The only thing that could be better is the fridge, that was the only thing outdated.

Modern and stylish hotel with great facilities. Breakfast had a great selection. The pool area / gardens are clean and spacious. Location couldn’t get any better, right in the heart of Argasi with many bars / restaurants nearby but quiet enough to relax. Close to Zante Town (Harbour) less than €15 in taxi (8mins drive). All hotel staff were friendly and the cleaners visited regularly to replace bedding, towels and toiletries. Very happy! I would highly recommend.

Hotel Palmyra is a very nice, little hotel near the center of Argassi. Though is very near to the street, shops and tavers, the hotel is quiet and the pool area very relaxing.The pool is a nice size and clean with enough sunbeds for everyone. I don;t eat breakfast but I accompanied my family and there were plenty of choices savoury and sweet, fruits & yogurt.One of the best things about Palmyra Hotel is the bed, it's very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Deluxe room which had a beautiful seafront terrace with sunbeds and chairs.

As a minus, I would say that the hotel bar doesn't serve many options, not even a slice of lemon for the gin&tonic. The other bar over the pool is not managed by the Hotel and has the same problem with the beverages, doesn't serve many options.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was renovated, cleaners were cleaning every day and providing new towels. Pool was always clean, very nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is in the middle of everything you will need with great restaurants near by. If we would come to Zakynthos again we will for sure choose this hotel.

Balcony very dark and shaded but I understand that would be preferable for some and is just personal opinion . Cleaners provide an exceptional service . Staff very professional hard working team. Breakfast choice excellent.

Typical hotel in touristy area. Room and some areas renovated, but some are still remembering old good times.

Poor breakfast and low quality of linen. Lots of mosquitoes coming inside the room from garden area.

Wonderful hotel. Very modern, contemporary & very clean. Right In the centre of Argassi with a great pool area. Lovely breakfast. All the staff are so nice too. We were so happy to have stayed here & would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel and very clean . Breakfast buffet fine but layout and position of crockery and could be better . Very helpful in getting a taxi when mine had let me down . Rooms very clean and linen and towels changed frequently

Office staff not very friendly . Felt as if we were an imposition .

Everything is great except the bar woman. She was rude and boarder line racist. I just wanted a beer and she decided to tell me stories about arguments with previous customers.

This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Argassi. It is so modern and up-to-date. We loved it ❤️ and will definitely rebook on a return there. The staff are all so helpful & friendly from housekeeping and all the ladies at breakfast. A special thank you to reception for their help. Nice hotel, modern and good facilities. Breakfast was nice and more than enough options. Pool was lovely. Good location within easy walk to tavernas and nightlife but not noisy at all in the hotel.

We hired 2 rooms- one for 2 people and 1 for 3 (we were party of 5). Pool view room for 2 was lovely- spacious with working air con. Garden view room (for 3) was small and crammed. The toilet smelt like sewerage when it was flushed in the afternoon. The air con would turn off every time we left the room and in 40 degree temps outside the room became hot every time. We ended up asking for another room card which we left in at all times to keep the room cool. We had medications in the room and didn’t want them getting overly hot. Shower also ran hot and cold constantly. Roosters surround the area in garden view rooms and are quite noisy in the mornings from early. We didn’t mind them so much but worth noting.

Hotel and rooms were very clean.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Everything was perfect except the food. Breakfast was the same every day!
