Staff were friendly

Some essential things were missing like hairdryer, a glass or a cup to drink water or tea, no teabag was placed in the room.For soap, I needed to ask each time to replace. Towels were not necessarily charged they just were left to dry, Breakfast was also disappointing. Menu was so simple without any change (we spent a week), not satisfying for all tasts.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.Location was great.Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast.Loved the balcony over looking the pool.

Nothing,it had everything I needed

We had a great stay at Papillon. The room was very comfortable, the pool really nice and never crowded with plenty of sunbeds, breakfast was fabulous. Staff was very nice and helpful. Despite being very close to the main road, it was perfectly quiet at night, so we were able to sleep soundly.

Friendly service both reception and pool bar/breakfast. Everybody was always very helpful.

Only thing to improve was the simplicity of breakfast.

The position was perfect for all the village, the hotel is lovely and friendly, plenty of sun beds and a nice breakfast room.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Nothing was too much for the staff. Rooms were cleaned every day with towel art left on the beds. Swimming pool is one of the best I've seen at a 3* hotel.

Breakfast was good - Could have maybe been slightly better quality if I absolutely had to find something negative.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are big and when you close the window is quiet. I was very impressed that every single day the room was cleaned and feels like somebody takes care of you. The location is very good, is in the middle of Argassi and you are very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to relax at the hotel you have the pool which is very clean and the temperature is perfect.

It was difficult to connect to Wi-Fi, not always was working and the breakfast could include more dishes.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are very hard working and very clean. Dennis at the pool bar works exceptionally hard and always greets with a smile.

The only thing I disliked was the shower facilities guests can use near the reception area after checking out if you're on a later flight.The facilities themselves are fine, but they really need a lock on the door. There is a toilet next door for guests to use by the outside door to this room, and the shower room itself does not have a lock.That is my only criticism of this otherwise beautiful hotel.

Great location- close to all tourist spots

Old hotel- 2 star rating. Not what I expected.

Absolutely immaculate hotel, very modern and the staff are all so friendly. Always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas so no towel games here. The breakfast was also really good. All in all, amazing value for money and we will return.

Loved everything

I liked the location, my room and the breakfast. The hotel is located on a busy intersection and there were lots of options to eat and things to do. My room was large, comfortable and mostly clean. The breakfast the next day was very nice, with fast service, fresh food and lots of variety. Their cooking staff knows their stuff.The lady at the reception, Nikki is also worth mentioning. She was very helpful and helped with suggestions. She was even able to arrange a cab for me to reach the airport as well as taking my postcards to send.

The wifi was pathetic. In fact, the next day, I heard multiple guests complaining about it. The wifi showed 5 mbps but loading mail etc took a long time. There were also complaints about equipment in their rooms not working. I can't comment since I only stayed a night and didn't use anything. Though, my bathroom somehow had a giant insect in the morning, even though I had not left any windows open. The hotel staff other than Nikki seemed to have a bit of an attitude when answering simple questions like the location of the bathroom or where breakfast was being served.

Plenty of choice at breakfast. Location is perfect, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the sea. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room was nice, clean, pool was nice, a lot pf sunbeds next to the pool. I’ve appreciated the staff was coming daily to change the towels, clean everything in the room, arrange the bed. The area around the hotel was nice, full of different restaurants.

Breakfast was made out of few stuff. Usually in Greece breakfast is very good, but this time we’ve been disappointed. Didn’t expect in Greece not to have at all at least the: olives, olive oil, feta cheese… After straggling few days with “breakfastl, we realized there are places around like “brunch and coffee” where we’ve had amazing food and coffee.

Overall a great hotel, with a central location. All the staff from the cleaners to be pool bar staff were fantastic and lovely people! Good choice of breakfast and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend and stay again!

Welcoming atmosphere, organised, staff helped with taxis etc., big rooms, AC, close walk to town.

No control over AC so the room got too cold, bar next door playing loud music into the early morning

located by lots of restaurant and bars. good if you want to party but if you are sensitive to noise do not stay here! loud music from local bars drift over and can last till early morning.

My girlfriend and I will definitely come back. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fabulous. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and beautiful. Especially the barkeeper is very fun and we laughed a lot together! :)
