Cosy hotel with friendly staff and stunning views of the Tatra Mountains. A great place to enjoy peace and quiet, as well as walks and other sports activities.

No foreign languages are spoken.

Languages Spoken: English, PolishWell, barely anyone spoke English there. As a guest, I felt quite embarrassed about communication since we do not speak Polish, only English, German and Hungarian. Non of those worked, the pool master even made a fairly open statement: "no English, no German; Polski"Hence my rating.I anticipate being able to discuss matters and understand each other at least at basic level when the the hotel makes such 'bold statement' and professes to communicate in English.

It was exactly what we were looking for, small, cozzy, room in the heart of Tatra Mountains, with a great view. Personel was very helpfull, breakfast was very good. Parking available, and my wife really enjoied the pool.

The breakfast was very good, a loot to choose from, the staff was very kind and helpful, the view from the room very beautiful with the mountains. The hotel is very close to Termy Bukowina (15 min walk or 4 by car).

The room can be heat only up to 21 degrees.

Had to pay for the parking : 10 pln and for a small dog : 35 pln

Good selection of breakfast meals. Great view from the balcony. Nice pool and private sauna. Nearby village with great restaurants with great local food selection and many pizzerias. Many hiking options in the area.

Poor wifi in our room. Had to go to hallway to have better signal. No men/women separation in pool changing room and lockers. Poor selection of TV channels, no international ones, only polish speaking.

wellnes for fee - just one sauna, parking with additional fee, fittnes a bit messy but good although el. powered machines did not work. No option to eat anything, except you did reserve day before - especially on first day of stay (if you do not know)

wrong information about swimming pool and sauna, property location was incorrect- there is no ski to door from main mountains, because main lifts are 8 km from property, to Zakopane center is 15 km, but not 1 km to center as it is written. swimming pool is very poor, sauna is payable (instead of free as it is written) and there is a need to pre-order it, sauna is very poor. property doesn’t has room for skies (there is a need to bring skies and shoes to room or leave in the car). breakfast included, but coffee is payable, if there is not enough coffe from intended measurement. The relation between the price and the quality is inadequate.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Great view from the balcony and amazing breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tatra mountains. The hotel is located on a hill and the view from it is not obscured by other buildings or trees. There is a swimming pool and spa area with massages. Walking distance to Bukovina Thermal Pools.

WIFI coverage could be better.

Breakfast was rich good enough, the view of the rooms was amazing, car parking might be a problem when you come back to the hotel at night.

The showers of the pool, in our room shower holder, was broken. Room no 130

the water in the pool was 30 degrees ... and I was alone, fortunately, fantastic!

I didn't know hot to book a massage, and when the only guy who speak english , in the swimming pool, told me how to do it, was full and I couldn't have it, and I think he also had problems for that (they started arguing in front of me but in polish, I couldn't understand of course but is not so polite to do, the boy was really nice!)
