Hotel Calimera Fido Gardens

The staff is rude and with poor costumer service skill specially for people from US. The price for all inclusive is not worth it for a very repetitive breakfast and lunch. Activities are ok but actors but the lack of English-speaking makes it boring.

Friendly staff, good facilities, good breakfast, clean rooms and pool

-big pool-very clean room-a lot of parking spots in the area, never had trouble finding a place to park-food diversity at dinner-not a lot of tourists in the area at the beginning of September, which we enjoyed

-a lot of sun beds at the pool on a very small area, no space to move around-entertainment was loud and you could hear it probably from any room; wish we could enjoy more silence from our room in the evening

This hotel is phenomenal both the location and the hotel itself, it was very clean and close to 4 Calas and restaurants. How not to mention the people who work there, wonderful and very attentive greetings to Esther Gill and Khadim always very attentive to everything.

Everything was super clean!

The waiters were a bit pushy. They kept coming to our table trying to sell us drinks so we would spend more money! Also, the beds weren't king size- they were two single beds pushed together.

Clean and lots of facilities. Staff were friendly and excellent customer service from all members of staff.

The hotel is beautiful, with very spacious, luminous rooms, and with plenty of green. Food is abundant and good quality. Every staff member was super kind and helpful, especially the manager —Joan!!

Although perfect for a family holiday, it didn’t meet all our needs as a business trip hotel.

The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The territory is beautiful, I liked the beach.

The splash park (just across a little road) was FANTASTIC our son age 3 loved it. I would say any child up to at least 10 would enjoy it. Small bar also available there and drinking water. The pools at the hotel were really lovely, nice gardens surround the pools which gives a tropical holiday feeling. The food was good, lots of variety and hot.

Sadly the entertainment staff (the only ones you really surrounded by) did their productions in English and German. On a Spanish island, we had wanted to hear Spanish, and for that reason it did not have a very authentic Mallorcan feel. This is not necessarily a bad thing, unless like us you wanted to feel you are on holiday, and not listening to English and German.

Very tasty food! Excellent!!! Clean! Friendly personal. 5 minutes to the beach. But if you go to sleep at 10:00 pm stay at rooms near the pool. If you like to watch shows and concerts choose room near restaurants, you can watch shows from your balcony?

The location of the hotel is perfect. It has a very pretty cove less than 10 minutes walk away. The pools are large and clean (thanks to the maintenance staff) and there are enough sun loungers for everyone. The room is spacious (we are two adults and a 12-year-old girl). They come every day to clean the room. The meals are varied and good! ,then it depends on each one's tastes when eating. The staff in the dining room and the bar were "10" very friendly and attentive. It's like everything else, if you treat someone with education it will be reciprocal. And the reception staff were very good, we arrived late after dinner and they still opened the dining room so we could eat a sandwich and drink. Thank you so much! Those details are appreciated. In general it was a very pleasant stay. The animation was in Spanish, English and German because there were many Germans.Many thanks to all the staff for making this stay so pleasant :)

We liked everything. To put a "but" maybe it lacks a little more animation at night apart from the performances that were not every day. Maybe on the day when there is no performance some game like "Bingo" or something like that.

Lovely clean rooms, great swimming pools and good selection of food with a great breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the maids who was cleaning our room accidentally smashed a bottle of my aftershave, she immediately told reception, when I went to speak to reception they explained the accident and immediately went to the local beauty shop to see if they could replace it, which they did. I thought that was extremely professional of them and really appreciated it.

The dinner could have been a bit more varied but still a good selection. The evening entertainment for kids was too heavily influenced for Germans. A lot of the songs were in German and the staff spoke in German. My English child did not understand a lot of it.

The buffer always was amazing. The hotel are nearby the beach, and the staff was very nice.

The team stated to clean the rooms to much earlier.

The staff throughout the hotel were great - always friendly and helpful. The pool areas were clean and spacious - plenty of sunbeds! The food was good - lots of variety. Bedrooms were clean, if a bit basic, but refitted bathroom was nice.

Being able to make tea in the room would have been nice - you had to wait for the restaurant to open to get a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.

Nice breakfast and nice to have the dinner included. Seemed to be a good hotel for families.

I arrived in the middle of the night 23:45, after first calling and checking this was ok. It then took 45min to check in the guests before me, without me getting any information. Once getting help the staff was very nice, but although I asked about it they didn't to charge me (I thought this was then to be done at checking out). When I finally came to my room at 00:40 I had no towels. When finally getting to bed the staff called me two times to the room after 1am since they had forgot to charge and apparently couldn't wait until the next day! When checking out I barely got an apology and no discount or alike for all the disturbance and lack of towels. The hotel seemed nice, but this was not a good experience!!
