Loved the location and breakfast was amazing ?

A couple of guests were not very respectful when coming back late at night, only happened twice during our stay.

Hotel was really clean, staff super friendly and great pool area and pool.

Our bathroom smelt really damp and mouldy and needed some attention. We stayed here 2 years ago and didn't notice that, so I'm guessing they need to do some work to the bathrooms.

The breakfasts were superb !Lovely double room with a great sea view from the balcony.

The smell of sewage coming up from the drains in our room.We complained and got moved rooms but the problem persisted.Management could have done more about this issue

We loved our bedroom with a balcony and great seaview , the sunrise view was fabulous. The bed was extra large and extremely comfortable. The staff on reception were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We also loved the outdoor seating on the terrace for break fast , generous choice of food for breakfast too, it was a lovely way to start the day. The pool area was spacious with a fabulous large pool. The Hotel was so close to the local beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants (without being too noisy to sleep at night) and walking distance to the port which was perfect.

The breakfast dining hall was underwhelming, super busy and full, we ate on the lovely outside breakfast terrace instead.

The communal areas were nice and modern and clean. Pool area and bar were lovely! Breakfast buffet was also nice. Location was amazing so close to restaurants and the beach

Room was very outdated and bathroom not as clean as I would have expected considering cost of hotel

Activities during the day around the pool were good, he got lots of people to join in. Towels were fresh and replaced for the pool if you wanted every morning.

Alcohol prices were dear more our less the same as Ireland.

Hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. Rooms were very clean and spacious and pool area was really nice.

Hotel is in a great position, handy for the beach and a bit of night life if wanted. Staff here are so attentive.

Not really anything to not like, only thing I would say is that the doors to rooms are really shabby and make the corridors dull, but didn't affect our stay.

Very friendly staff and great buffet breakfast.Clean and classy hotel entrance with comfortable rooms and lovely balconies. Perfect location just steps from the beautiful waters of Cala Gran or the lively town centre.

Lovely, friendly and fun staff. Everyone was polite. The room was perfectly comfortable, bathroom was a great size and loved the balcony too. The hotel is an ideal location just next to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants! The pool and food there was delicious too.

Breakfast was lovely

Dated decor in the main building.A few errors from staff. We was charged twice for our accommodation and was faced with an embarrassing situation after we had paid for the sun loungers to be told in front of other guest we hadn't paid. In fact it was an error by the reception staff. There was no applogy for the mistake.

One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve been to! The hotel and room itself is very nicely decorated and very close to the beach. All of the staff were very friendly- bonus that it was an all adults hotel which meant it was very calming and relaxing especially by the pool! Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely be back!
