Great location , friendly staff and management , clean rooms

Food was ok , but repeatable

The location

Towels and bedding dirty upon arrival and the AC did not work. To paint a picture, I bought chocolate bars for my family and they all melted. I couldn't even open the curtains throughout my stay - an attempt to keep the temp comfortable enough for sleeping at night. Based on short conversation, multiple other guests had these same experiences.

The room was spacious, had a closet for clothes and the balcony was very good. The food was not exceptional but there were many options and you can easily find something you like. The beds were very comfortable, the TV has Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and more. The hotel facilities were clean and very organised.The staff was wonderful. They deserve all recognition. They work hard, are polite, smiling and very helpful. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Literally a few steps from the beach And the centre of Cala D’or also with many good restaurants.

The penultimate day of stay we had no internet in the room. My son communicated at the reception but we didn’t recover the connection. In a way it wasn’t bad because we didn’t stay at the hotel that day and we had roaming.

Absolutely loved our stay 10 out of 10. Juan, Tony and July were amazing entertainers!! Kids club, karaoke, volley ball, yoga loved it all xx

Food quality, too many options instead of fewer options but better quality. Some staff are arrogant. No access to tennis courts during 4 days. Some drinks ie tea limited access. Drinks machines were not fully operational. Local tourist attractions - not easy access to information, met the local guide by accident so could ask questions.

The location - opposite Cala Gran beach and the location to the centre of town itself. The view from our room was lovely and they did accommodate our request which was very much appreciated.

The buffet can get busy - but there are two sections. Very helpful if one has coeliac disease which means you can avoid the crowds and avoid getting glutened from cross-contamination. Entry is via the barcode on your wristband. We didn't realise when we first came and were told off which didn't make us feel very welcome. We just wished someone had explained the process before.

Our room overlooked a waste area where people had tipped rubbish.Our room was cold at night and the thermostat didn't work , even though we asked for this to be sorted.Quilts were provided and reception staff were prompt to sort problem out.There many bad drainage smells particularly in the pool terrace. The pools were poorly kept. The grout was black.

Breakfast was ok staff were lovely but the food could have been hotter

Not enough beds but the beach is spectacular ?

Close to all the beaches.

This is an “all inclusive” place which we didn’t realise. What it means is you are tagged with an infantalising wrist band that you can’t remove for your stay to stop you trying to steal food. The food was really not nice at all. Especially if you don’t eat meat. It also wasn’t good value for money. At over £200 per night there wasn’t even soap in the bathroom. Let alone any coffee or tea. They even wanted to charge us for using the safe! Overall the place is run on a shoestring budget to save money. The final nail in the coffin was we asked the reception to book us a taxi to the ferry port. We made it super clear it was the boat not the airport. You guessed it… they booked us a cab to the airport costing us and extra £20 and a lot of stress.

Literally the worst place I have ever stayed

Staff were incredibly unhelpful and didn’t care. Rooms were filthy and were never cleaned (towels were only swapped). Got filthy towels provided to us one day. Running water was terrible, power was close to nothing with just trickles from the shower. Complained multiple times about this and no one came to help fix it upon 2 separate requests.

Food was basic and low quality. Sun-beds were old and needing replaced. The air con in our room wasn’t the best either.

Location is amazing.

Very dated decor, pillows and beds not very comfortable. Small rooms. No kettle or fridge in the room. The pools are small for the amount of people staying at the accomodation. Food is plain and basic.

The hotel is situated right at the beach and very close to the old centre of Cala D’Or with restaurants and shops. All staff was very friendly.We had halfboard and we thought the food is nice and plenty of choice. The beds in our room were excellent!!We did not use the swimmingpool so no opinion can be given about the pool area.

That you have to shower in a bath, which is quite tricky for older people.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Just 2 minutes away from beach. Beach very clean. Staff very friendly. Food was good too. It was very tasty. Love this place. Is good value for the money you paid. We are family with kids, and this place was just right for them. Place is having lots of things to do for everyone.

The location next to the Cala Gran beach is good.

A run-down hotel with many problems. Loud noise from a neighbouring bar until 23.30 at night. Informing the management did not help. Staying at the ground floor also ment roosters and hens making noise early in the morning. We got to change rooms, which we appreciated, but the music volume was still high.The regular beds were OK, but the extra bed in a box on the floor was bad with a thin mattress. The sheets in the bed were old with stains and holes. When we informed management and got new sheets, several of these also had holes and stains. The pillows were so old they were nearly flat. Some of the pillowcases had holes and the old pillows seemed very unhygienic. We asked for new and better pillows and got some, but not for the whole family.The all-inclusive food is often over-cooked and most dishes are very industrial/artificial, especially the desserts. The dining room is crowded and loud. Hard to find a table for more than 4 persons. There was a bad smell in the bathroom.The hotel needs to improve its communication and its signs. Things are hard to find, information feels dated and signs are few. Information about entertainment is posted in a powerpoint shown only for a few seconds.
