Clean, helpful staff, great location.

Could do with a mini fridge in room.

The breakfast was great with lots of variety and the location was amazing

Room was slightly on the smaller side but we liked our balcony. The lack of fridge didn't bother us too much. Our air conditioning made noises in the night but didn't bother us too muchb either

The room was nice ,the bed comfortable,the place was really close to everything (beach ,shops,restaurants,buses etc.) and the breakfast was really good.

The cleaning could be a little better ,I mean changing towels and bed sheets for example

Amazing location, great value for money, good breakfast, good pool, lovely balcony with room

All of the Staff are fantastic, location is great, breakfast is great.Staff gave us cups for our room and glasses with ice for our water. Nothing too much trouble at all for them.

Small fridge in room would be great. We took our own kettle but one provided would be great.

Nothing to dislike about this property. Spotlessly clean, super selection for breakfast, great location.

Gorgeous little hotel very close to all shops and restaurants. Lovely pool area with loads of beds

The hotel is located next to a super market and 5 min walk from all the popular restaurants. Beaches like Cala Petita and Gran are also only 5-10min away. Harbour with great restaurants is 15 min walk. Rooms are basic but well maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We celebrated my birthday and they surprised us with a bottle of bubbles in our room!

I loved the central location, friendly staff and fab breakfast.

Hotel is beautiful, it smells lovely! The staff go above and beyond for their guests, very helpful. Only downfall is the breakfast isn’t too great. Location is perfect. Quite a drive from PMI so expect to pay a lot for taxi to and from airport. Lovely beaches within 5 mins walk of the hotel would definitely stay again

The breakfast was nice, the hotel small and comfortable, everyone was kind and great.

It was lovely & clean and location couldn’t have been better- walking distance to everything!

I missed the tea & coffee making facilities in the room, there were times in the evening where I was longing for a cup of tea!

My room was clean, the staff were polite, and breakfast was yummy. The location was also wonderful - a short walk from the beach and many restaurants.

We loved the location of the property, it was right in the middle of town, close to all the restaurants and next to a Spar with only a 10min walk to the beach. They also have a fantastic breakfast selection

The only downside is that there is no sea view

Great location, staff were very helpful and had a good sense of humour. Looked at loads of different hotels but this one offered the best value by far.

Room was clean, very bright, comfortable beds and breakfast was really nice. Good variety. Also perfect location - short walk from beautiful beaches and all of the restaurants and bars

No plain water filter available - only water with fruit in which sometimes tasted like it had been left for too long. I like bringing a bottle with me to fill rather than having to buy and go through lots of plastic water bottles

Spanish faulty towers…Don’t believe everything you read, would not be paid to stay here.Highlights below;- Not very clean, pretty dirty in areas- No windows- Bathroom floods- Poor customer service- Made us pay on arrival (should have known why)- Lukewarm breakfastWhere to start on this below expectations hotel. It’s unfortunate that the reviews don’t seem to match reality.We were immediately underwhelmed when we got shown the room. I mean there are NO windows. The local jail may have proved more comfortable nights stay than this place. We had no privacy with only the cell door to let us in off a very public pool area. Every time you opened the door you were out on stage. As a result there was nowhere to dry clothes outside.After the first night we thought we would give the breakfast a try, surely the saving grace and a way of restoring hope. I’m sorry to say it was as disappointing as the room. We arrived on-time at 8am and proceeded to chose from a fairly good selection, disappointment quickly ensued as the ‘cooked’ breakfast was lukewarm at best. There was good offering of fruits and yoghurts etc, but hot food you expect to be just that - hot. Maybe it was warmed up left overs from the day before?The pancakes offered on our first breakfast were a nice addition, but were the only hot food we got, we were never offered on the subsequent days or even spoken to by the staff.Our room had the nice addition of a second private pool as the bathroom flooded using the shower every time. There was no working extractor. (See review from a previous guest over a year ago) Clearly a known issue they have chosen to ignore.If hearing the sound of people’s waste and toilet flushing is your thing then this hotel is the one for you. You can hear everyone using the bathroom, water noise from upstairs and downstairs - no soundproofing on anything.
