Breakfast was great

Nice property, good location

There were NO Photos of the fact that the bathrooms had been renovated so that the entire wall is glass. This means that from the room you can see in the shower. For a couple that would be totally fine, but for family or friends it might be awkward. I (female) was traveling with a platonic male friend and so we ended up having to wait outside the room while the other person showered. Quite inconvenient considering there was no warning anywhere—we checked the photos on the listing multiple times. When we asked the man at reception if there were any other rooms where the wall to the toilet wasn’t glass he shrugged and then mimicked covering our eyes as a solution. When I left the room he made a joke to my friend saying he should peek when I showered which I thought was a completely inappropriate joke and it didn’t land well with me my friend either.

The hotel is centrally located close to the town and beach. The hotel had great amenities such as the pool, gym and bar. Staff were super resourceful.

Unfortunately our room was very small and was unable to fit our luggages. Although we understand it was out of staff’s control, we found a large bug in our room. Staff acted immediately to assess the situation.

Staffs were very kind and location is amazing. restaurants, shops and beaches are in walking distance.

The water pressure in the shower was weak.

Good value for money, kind staff, nice location right across from a supermarket and near the bus stop. Short walk to the main street.

I didn't realise it was so resort-y. My room was right next to the pool/bar area, it was loud and there was music and drunk people. The rooms were quite outdated as well, but that's not too bad. The price was right for that.The breakfast was also very UK centric, I would have preferred more Spanish food.

I did not take breakfast at the hotel. The location was excellent - the restaurants, cafes and shops of Cala D’Or are within a three to four minute walk. The harbour with numerous restaurants and access to boat hire, jet ski hire etc is a six minute walk away.

As a single person, I was happy with all aspects of my stay at the hotel; location, my room, spacious terrace, staff and added bonus of a pool.

Served it’s purpose for a one night stay and a very early morning departure.

Staff helpful & friendly apart from one person who kept talking to a member of staff and took a fairly long phone call all whilst checking us in. She was also abrupt which brought the rest of the staff down.

Excellent stay for solo travellers! The staff is lovely, the facilities are clean and comfortable. There is a great range of vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet (9,9€ per day) including scrambled eggs, avocado, and fresh fruit. I would always go back to this wonderful hotel!

Food was a little pricy but lovely

The room was clean but very basic , the area was very central and a great spar opposite

The staff weren’t overly friendly and the rooms weren’t suitable for 2 friends as shower totally open and glass. No kettle or fridge they were 20 euros or 50 euros . It did the job but could have been more welcoming

The pool steps need mending and there was green gunge in the tiles by the steps The tuna salad I ordered and paid for the girl poured loads off balsamic vinegar on it . And I would have thought that was an option . This I was not happy as I don’t like it . She asked “ why didn’t you eat this “ I told her but she didn’t offer a solution to resolve this

Staff are so friendly, hotel is clean and the location is amazing.
