Inturotel Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Situated right beside one of the most beautiful beaches in Cala dor. So many facilities to use. The beach club was beautiful too and we always found a spot. Liked using the gym in the mornings. The breakfast was excellent. The dinner hit and miss but that is expected with hotel buffet so not faulting the hotel. The staff were all excellent, professional and friendly. We loved our stay here

Pillows could have been more comfortable

I chose this hotel for its location near the beach which was amazing. The hotel was quiet and clean. I would say there was a slightly older demographic than what i was expecting but that's fine. It's an Adults Only hotel so it's a chill hotel to stay in.

The decor in the rooms is a bit unusual. Everything is tiled which wasn't really to my taste. It meant the rooms get pretty cold at night.

Perfect location, short walk into Cala D’or to restaurants, shops & bars. Gorgeous spa with easy access, great access to beach. Lovely, clean rooms

The positioning of the pools means you don’t get the sun past 3pm in the afternoon which is a little frustrating. Only one small bottle of ‘free’ water provided throughout the stay, it would be nice to have at least 2 or have them replenished throughout the stay. Sa Cala beach bar is gorgeous, however there were lots of rats around the pool and beach bar which was very off putting and lots of guests were leaving the pool area due to this.

The facilities are good, with elegant pools and a charming ambiance. The food was delicious and the breakfast truly amazing!

The only downside was the queue for the pool in the beach club. We had to arrive about 40 minutes before it opened just to secure a seat, which felt a bit inconvenient.

The location is perfect. It’s in an amazing place to enjoy the beautiful coves, easily able to walk to them. The hotel is very clean and bright. The staff in the dining room room are especially welcoming and kind. Everyone is working hard to keep it clean and running well. The greeters upfront in the dining room took really good care of us, including Teresa, Angeles and Marie! We are plant-based/vegan eaters and they went out of their way to offer us options for breakfast and dinner every day.We enjoyed our stay!

Limited options for drinks in the bar

I love the staff. My family and I came to this place and encountered some issues with rooming, however, the director of the hotel came to personally help us and accommodated to our needs and provided us with solutions that let us enjoy our stay even more. I love the design of the facility and how everything is placed and organized. Super clean and very spacious. Not to mention, their dinner and breakfast services are absolutely excellent!

This is one of those rare places where everything is just perfect. Great value for money, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and highly recommend the pool side beach bar for food or drinks along with an amazing view. Oh and if you get the chance, book a massage with Oona in the hotel spa, it's one of the best we've ever had.

Couldn't think of anything! If you don't like touristy, busy places, stay away from the Cala d'Or city center. Get a car and drive 15 mins north or south for more relaxing dinner places.

The dinner is good only if you have time to be at the restaurant. I wanted to modify my booking to drop the dinner and get refunded but the hotel did not accept it. A waste of money. Don't pick dinner in the booking if you get back to the hotel after 21:30 hrs. I would have rate the hotel 10 if they were flexible making changes to remove dinner.

You have a bit of everything, at a very high standard. Close to a superb beach, the beach bar was amazingly located. The spa and swimming facilities on the property was also great.

The gym could be bigger and better ventilated for such a big hotel.

This place is incredible. From the location to the small details when it comes to customer service. The food variety and quality everyday from breakfast to dinner was impressive also. We were very happy with our stay here, facing the beach and the amazing surroundings of this paradise. Special thanks to Marian, Tony and Sonia, but extended to the whole crew who looked after us. We hope to come back!

The location in front of the little beach and the pool with the sea view.The staff is really helpful and nice.

The food is really not in accordance with the standing of the hotel. At night, the food from the hot buffet is dry and with no taste.In the morning, no fresh squeezed orange juice in a place like Majorca. The juice are from a box! And again, the omelettes most of the time are cold.

I mean each diet can find what’s needed, and the fruit quality is outstandingBedrooms are really quiet, very clean and just the perfect size.Probably the best hotel we’ve done so far!

Hotel is located next to beautiful beach. The staff is doing an amazing job for their guests to feel comfortable. Food was really delicious. It was the excellent choice for our holidays in April.

The only thing we could criticise was they didn't have aircon working as we stayed in April so I guess they feel it's not hot enough to be needed.Also the see through bathroom/toilet door maybe not ideal for new couples!

Hotel was lovely, beach was fabulous, spa was great, perfect for a few days to chill out. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

The buffet dinner and breakfast and lack of fresh coffee were all a bit disappointing. The food was good quality, but a buffet night after night is quite off-putting, especially because the drinks person was quite pushy about selling drinks. Also, the plates kept getting taken from the table, so it all felt rushed rather than a nice meal in the morning or evening.We had checked in electronically, but there was a big fuss when we arrived at the hotel, and it took about 30 mins to check in despite having checked in already!
