Well maintained throughout.

Although most blocks had lifts (elevators), the block where we had a room did not- probably explains the value for money price that we paid.

Supper buffet is not worth the 29.50 euros as this didn’t include your drinks. Other places offered same dinner for 20 euros and it included drinks as well

The location and overall the hotel facilities are great, and the room is clean.

We had some issue with the bugs, probably can get in to room under the door. I believe the room should have a door which doesn't have that much gap for bugs. Also due to the coridor floor, the high heals make a lot noise if there is any lady walks mid of night.

Location with very beautiful view

Room was outdated and missing a lot of basic items in the kitchen (such as a microwave) and the hotel charges you for all possible extras (including the use of a common microwave), no parking lot (it is possible to park on the street, but can be difficult to find a parking space if you arrive late in the afternoon) and not enough sun beds (they let people from other hotels use the facility, which makes even more difficult to find one available). I do not think the cost x benefit was worth it.

The cliffs for jumping were the highlight for my boy

Too crowded in the summer, the pool should be bigger and the connection with other properties and facilities nearby is not well described

I like it that you are in the near of a lot restaurant and pools. And I love that the Mini Disko is very near.

Beautiful location. Room was spacious.

A/C barely worked. Thermostat didn’t work to control the room temperature. Refrigerator barely worked. Staff not super helpful in fixing issues and not super friendly in general. Expect a lot better customer service given how EXPENSIVE it was.

Everything, location, amenities, scenery.

The only thing I didn’t like what the queen size bed was actually 2 twin beds put together. So if you roll in the middle, you will sink and seperate the 2 beds.

Nothing I liked is worth mentioned if there is no safety in the hotel.

It goes without saying that if you value safety which I believe is the basic necessity then don’t come here! They took money and shoes and were still searching for more but we woke up because we had a flight so they quickly ran away! Thank god we didn’t encounter them I wonder what would’ve happened with our baby in the room! Most importantly the hotel didn’t do anything!!!! The security came to check what happened and then told us they were suspicious of some people but didn’t think much of it….. and then proceeded to tell us together with the reception that we should proceed with police and there is nothing they can do!!!! I’m still waiting for the hotel to get back to me.

Clean. Great pool. I read ahead of time so I knew we had to place towels early on sun loungers (like at 0730am) to reserve our spots. Buffet was great!

Too many kids. I know it’s a family, friendly resort, but it was overrun by a very small children. Front desk woman very snippy. Parking very difficult at night.

The hotel and the surrounding area were great for us to spend a week with a baby. The food was varied, plentiful and tasty. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs - we had some issues with our room initially and these were dealt with professionally and quickly.

It’s a shame that breakfast starts relatively late (8am). The rooms without a pool/sea view overlooking the Esmerelda Park are a bit dingy due to not getting the sun.

Excellent location, very clean, rooms great and breakfast was fantastic value for money.

Can't complain. We went for a April Easter break, pool was slightly cold but we knew it would be going so early in the year.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location on the water was lovely. Pool was freezing in April! We didn't have any food at the restaurants, plenty of restaurants nearby. Mini golf and the astrompitch for soccer/tennis have a fee (€15 an hr for the pitch). Suitable for elderly, buggies and families. Shop and free parking on site. Apartments small but well equipped and cleaned every day. Apartments on one side (left side as you face the sea) don't get any sun throughout the day.

Pool was very cold and the spa facilities were closed.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the room is clean and cozy, everything is completely consistent with the photo. The view of the garden was just wonderful, the room was cleaned every day. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, all in greenery, clean and well-groomed. Our family is very happy that we chose this hotel, we want to come back here again and again. Near the hotel there is everything and cafes, and shops, a bus stop. The sea is a separate topic, it was gorgeous, the color of the water is mesmerizing, beautiful bays, there is a sandy beach nearby. I don’t know what else to add, it was a wonderful holiday. We were from October 16-23, the weather was warm, both day and night, the sea was warm and crystal clear. Thanks to all the staff for this fairy tale.

There is nothing that I didn’t like

The whole resort was perfect for a family holiday. Lots of different places to swim and play. Beautiful beach and great shops and restaurants nearby with all you need. All the staff are welcoming and kind.
