Everything was perfect! The resort is beautifully designed, with super kind and professional staff. There are daily activities and evening shows that keep you entertained, so there’s never a dull moment.

Not really much to say apart that it's cheap hotel.

Hotel is very old, smells really bad everywhere. Food was just okay, drinks too. They should consider about renovation cause the hotel really needs it.

We had all inclusive buffet style food. Breakfasts were always very tasty. Lots of fruits and vegetables for all meals. The food was more or less the same.It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, the beach is sandyThe rooms were cleaned every day and the bed linen was changed every day.

We had block 6 and that meant that from the city side there was very loud music in the evenings until 12 midnight.The quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired, often the dishes, plates, forks and spoons were poorly washed, there were a lot of greasy stains.This holiday would be good for families who speak French as much of the information and entertainment and children's groups were in FrenchIn the room we saw cockroaches.Wi-Fi for an additional fee, 6 Euros per dayTowels for sun loungers are also available at an additional cost

The property was in a great location at the reception staff were wonderful, they let us store our baby milk in the fridge and welcomed us to get it as and when we pleased, all with a smile. They all made a fuss of our little boy and helped with whatever we needed We knew when we booked that this hotel caters for French holiday makers and the entertainment was mostly in French. Pre dinner games were all in French but that didn’t stop us having a good time,

There was a severe sewage smell in our bathroom that was awful to smell everyday. The dinner plates for the buffet were very dirty and sometimes there was still dirty dish water in bowls.

The room 2222 was very good.

The room have ant,s, The food is very salted.

The entertainment team was good they did their best to keep a good and friendly vibe throughout the day. Generally all staff were friendly. Location of the hotel was good to souvenir shops, taxi and bus. Also beaches close by.

Dirty rooms; beds, sheets not clean, towels not clean and bathroom not clean, smelly, dirty and water did not drain in bath, some days no water to shower. No fridge in rooms to keep water cold. All-inclusive hotel but still had to pay for water, towels, wifi and safe box. WiFi did not work even when we paid. Not enough chairs around the pool. The floor around the pool was broken. The pool area was dirty. The restaurant had variation of food but not cooked properly and was very watery at times. Drinks all tasted half watery. No taste. Plates and cutlery and glasses were dirty. Reception people were hard to communicate with, they took wrong payments.

It is a fantastic hotel and we had an absolutely amazing experience.The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the key attractions and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, especially Mr. Hamid and Mr. Rachid, who provided exceptional service and made me feel truly welcome.The food and drinks were top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.The reception team was incredibly efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out processOverall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay and am already looking forward to coming back.Highly recommended!

No crepes during the breakfast.Poor quality of coffe.Bathrooms also at very poor condition and seedy.Extra charged for beach towels.Extra charged for some drinks/coctails.

Good food, a lot of variety and quantity (maybe there could be more fruit, but the rest of the food was perfect)Open bar, good animation, obviously more directed to the French audience but the animation team translated to Spanish and English Location is good, 50 meters from cala egos and 30 minutos from cala d’Or beach and center. Cala ferrera, serena and esmeralda around 42 minutes The staff was nice Also easy access from airport and city center by bus (connection bus in Campos)

Salty water in the bathroom and the hotel is a little old Sometimes there was a weird smell in the rooms It’s a 3 stars hotel so don’t expect perfect conditions

Hotel needed modernization was old and worn in rooms. Also, there is a strong smell of sewage in room.This hotel is not in Cala dor and more located in cala egos

Great point close to many calas. It allowed us to travel easily to many beaches. Good amenities, good food, big spaces, adult and kids pool, parking spaces, restaurants around. Excellent staff, especially Rachid, thanks so much :)

Food was okayish. For many people, i wasn’t expecting a superb quality, but it has a good variety.

A return visit for us. A great relaxed getaway amongst French holidaymakers.

it was very clean the room was a family roomwith 4 beds In and a nice balcony .. really good value

the bathroom window was very small it steamed up after the shower but apart from that all was good

Excellent location everything on your doorstep. Clean spacious rooms. Staff friendly. Good entertainment team. Food was lovely always something to nice to choose from. Would recommend the Italian corner and the pizza, best pizza I’ve ever had ?. Pool was lovely no fight for sun beds. I shall book here again.

Only downside and would probably make me give it a 10/10 would be tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The domain looks amazing on first sight. The bathroom was clean and functioning properly. The pools and the areas around them was clean and looked appealing. The sangria and beer were tasty. (the rest was not) The food was good. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and helpful.

We came to check-in and the front desk was overly chaotic. They needed our passports for several hours to register us in their system. If you look closer the facilities are very old and worn out. The room was dusty, especially on the lamps beside the bed. The curtains leave a dirty/dusty smell on your hands when you touch them. The bed was just a plank that made a creeking noise if you move on it. We had the all inclusive formula. We didn’t really enjoy it. The water in the whole facility is salty. So you swim in salty water, you shower with salty water and that’s all fine. Unfortunately the drinking water is also salty and everything is made from this water. This makes for salty cocktails, salty soft drinks and salty coffee. Lastly, my wife was pregnant and she wanted something non-alcoholic to drink. They couldn’t really provide a virgin cocktail. Which left us with the salty soft drinks as only option. We ended up buying bottled water from stores around the facility and taking a bottle with us everywhere.Fortunately the stay was fairly cheap so we didn’t feel that bad about the situation.

The all inclusive was really nice, a lot of options to choose and all the soft drinks, beer, sangria and wine is available all day.Between meals you can eat at pool hamburgers, hotdogs or crepes. The whole resort is for french people, they speak English but all the shows are in french language. The parking is free in front of the hotel and there are some shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. I will recommend to choose a room with view or at least to the upper floor.

The furniture is really old, and the mattress are not to comfy. The tap water is salty.

Location is convenient if you would like to explore that side if the coast

The room was quite old, plenty of dust (not being picky), the towels had large holes.

The staff at the hotel bar, cleaning and entertainment were exceptional. Entertainment was great the team made so much effort they really deserve the praise. There was food and drinks provided all day and night the hotel really made such an effort. If you have children this is a great place to stay. The white circus on a Monday is amazing. ?

Nice pool

Food wasn't really good and not varied enough, chaotic dining room, large party's of travellers on a few occasions were so loud and riotous shouting and chanting throughout dinner time on occasions , enough to give anyone indigestion. No one minds a little frivolity but this was off the scale and disruptive. I would not recommend this hotel. Reception staff were not very welcoming either.
