The staff were very friendly from the beginning to the end, very welcoming. The restaurant girl was the sweetest ever. Breakfast absolutely blew our minds. Everything was melting in the mouths. Definitely come back in the warmer season.

Comfy beds,Good location,Good value for money,Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices & the Continental tower was a really nice touch.

Staff was exceptional, I love that everything was in one place, hotel, bar, restaurant even a coffee cafe!
Had an issue with a flood in the bathroom but they took care of it and didn't affect our stay at all.
Staff were excellent, meet all our needs with organising an extra bed with very little notice. Traditional music in the bar was very enjoyable, Kids loved it and were delighted to be able to do a little Irish dance.
Staff was extremely friendly, facilities were clean and updated, location was great
This was a very comfortable hotel. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant served well prepared meals and the bar was next door. This is a very ecologically minded hotel and suffered by comparison because we had just come from staying at a castle. There was traditional music in the pub (attached) and we met very friendly hotel guests. On our second night we wandered through the town to McDermott's pub and had another great night of traditional music.
This is a very well run, friendly place to stay.
Beautifully styled hotel, conveniently located & very friendly staff. Good vibes here & loved that you could enter Fritz’s pub without going outside. Very good dinner there.
The breakfast was not good.
Not in the town if that matters. Very nice and responsive staff. One of the nicer places we stayed at in Ireland.
Friendly staff and clean room. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed in a suite that was very nice. This was only a stop overnight on the road, so we didn't have much time to enjoy. I would recommend the property. Breakfast was very good.
I stayed in one of the suites and it was so cozy and comfortable. My favorite part was enjoying a warm beverage on the couch next to the fireplace after coming back from a chilly rainy day out in Ireland. They also have a laundry service for a small fee that I used with no issues. I would stay in this hotel again in the future.
Parking, friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, amenities in room, checkout time
Clean, spacious room; nice front desk staff; good breakfast!
The front desk person was exceptional so friendly helpful with tips— a great representation of the hotel — she was blonde and originally from Northern Ireland can’t remember her name loved having fitz for dinner and breakfast and the little pub! Truly how I pictured Ireland
The water when I drew a bath was brownNo washcloths
Lovely hotel in a quant town; very close to all the top scenic places; peaceful environment.
If you can add more vegetarian meals to your restaurant’s menu then it will be a plus point as nowadays there are many vegetarian travelers
Nice room; comfortable bed; hoof breakfast. Great staff
They had a problem with their water. It was brown. And not sufficiently hot for one shower.
accomodations were excllent as was the location and free shuttle and ticket to the Cliffs. After our drive in it was nice to be able to relax and not deal with the narrow roads.
