The views from this hotel are amazing, the location close to downtown Anacapri is also convenient.

The wifi was inconsistent and slow.

Close to the Anacapri bus stop,Quiet, best spot to watch sunset. Having spent a few days on the island, I highly recommend staying in Anacapri, there is a direct bus from the port to Anacapri, (€2.4) Less crowded, and more relaxing. Still plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Lots of mosquitos in the garden outside the room.

I'm very glad I stayed in Ana Capri, as it's far less crowded than Capri itself and a very pleasant place to spend time. The hotel was very convenient for the town and the buses. It was quiet with a lovely terrace, and a great breakfast! The staff were very helpful.

I was hoping for a room with a bathtub instead of just a shower, but actually it was fine in the end. The terrace was side-on to the coast which meant you could only see the sea standing up. It actually overlooked a lemon grove with vines over the top, which was very nice.

Breakfast is wonderful. Great cappuccino and croissants along with fruit and some meats, bread and cheese.Staff at the hotel are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and large each room has a terrace if I am not mistaken which is so nice in a beach environment. Location s great for getting around AnaCapri or going down to Capri. Easy to grab the bus or a taxi. Close to town and stores 2 min walk. Wonderful place to stay.

A pool would be a nice addition.

A very beautiful and quiet hotel, just 2' away from the center of Anacapri and bus stop to Capri and Marina Grande. Great breakfast.

Amazing view of mount Vesuvius which made it very special but basic spread, usual cereals, fruit, cake, rolls

My hotel room was on the ground floor. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I slept really well. My room had a lovely terrace. The breakfast was delicious with stunning views to the sea from the dining room.

There was no food available on arrival as I checked in late. I would have loved a kettle in my room with the facilities to make a hot drink.

Location: near the center of Anacapri, easily accessible by the bus.Room: spacious and clean. The dining area offers a beautiful view of the sea.Staff: kind and helpful. Introduce the nearby scenic spots to us, and kindly heat the food for us

Generally speaking the service was good, but I'd like to give some advice to the staff at breakfast.Perhaps she was not in a good mood those days. A few more smiles would have been nice, as she appeared very upset.

Perfect location and lovely buffet breakfast on the deck with a view. Staff were very helpful with check in and information about the blue grotto.

The hotel's view is absolutely stunning, located at the highest point in Anacapri. The staff are friendly and welcoming. With its highly professional and amicable service, the hotel delivers excellent cost-effectiveness.One important piece of information that deserves mention is：There are three seaside tennis courts located next to the hotel, one of which is a clay court. The club coach, Fabio Lettier, is very professional and friendly. You can find him on Instagram to book the courts. The tennis club provides rackets and balls, and the fees are reasonable. I enjoyed an amazing vacation！！！

The lady at the restaurant who serves breakfast was not friendly, food could be more balanced with healthier options, it needs more variety, more protein not only carbs

Very beautiful view

We arrived early for breakfast. It was quite clear that during the first round they served food from the previous day or even older. The ham was smelly and brown, the bread was stale, and the cucumber was wilted. By the time I realized I wanted to take a photo, unfortunately, the food was already gone.Shame!

Location was amazing, very close to everything but just not in the center. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The kids had ping pong and other activities to keep them busy.

Second floor a/c is not as strong as lower floor, however it was enough for us.

The two ladies at front desk and one lady at kitchen are the main drivers of this hotel. They are awesome, kind, helpful. Thank you ladies.

I don’t understand why this hotel is only rated three stars in google maps. It was my second time visiting Capri and I chose to stay here again. The hotel looks even better than in the pictures it’s very clean and more beautiful than you'd expect. Some of the rooms are newly renovated too. The best part, though, was the service from the three ladies at the front desk. They were super nice and always ready to help. They met every request with a smile and made sure we were comfortable, giving us tips about the area and helping us get around.I would definitely give this hotel five stars for its great location, friendly service, and beautiful surroundings. The views from every side are amazing. If you're going to Capri, I highly recommend this place; it feels like a second home.

There were bugs all over the room. Couch was dirty..stains all over. Asked to downgrade the room, was told no. Would not change.
