The male receptionist morning shift was unprofessional. He treated our inquiries as a nuisance. Everyone else were very nice. We appreciated the ride back to the marina.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and shared their knowledge of the area. They assisted us with making reservations and the shuttle service was a bonus.

We loved the shuttle pick up service to and from the port to the hotel. Friendly and wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated room with amazing views of Capri. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Be prepared to walk a lot to and and from the hotel. You have to walk up and down hills, and steps. The hotel isn't accessible ... even if you have a sprained ankle. Make sure you are fit and can do the trek down the beaten path to the hotel. Taxis are not able to drop you off in front of the hotel due to the narrow streets. Other hotels have the entrance right out front, but you will pay more.

Loved the location ! Close enough to the bus station in Anacapri and such a pleasant area to relax and enjoy the quiet nights. Beautiful property and the pool was very enjoyable. The staff was very lovely and helpful, they even went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast before the normal hours in advance of our early ferry ride.

The room was a bit dated / traditional but there was nothing wrong with it, and the kind staff and beautiful property more than made up for it.

The staff is wonderful! Domenico is so kind and accommodating! Everyone is fantastic! The shuttle service is great as well. Breakfast is great.

The rooms are basic and very simply decorated, but it feels a little dated and the price is high compared to other places in Anacapri.

The area of the city was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The pool was a great place to unwind. Views were unbelievable. The town was easy to get around and the restaurants numerous. We loved it and will tell our friends about it.

The view and the staff were excellent, our favorite place on a 3 week trip. Awesome view and a very good breakfast buffet.

If you have trouble walking it’s a bit of a challenge to walk into nearby areas but the bus stop is not bad to get to which is helpful.

We arranged a pick up at the port, and it was very easy. Beautiful pool area and views. Excellent breakfast. Fresh coffee, eggs and delicious pastries. The staff were great.

The property was absolutely fabulous ..perfect out of the way ..quiet ..clean..serene..peaceful location. The pool area was a perfect addition to cool off ..exercise ..feel like you were at a resort. The gardens around were so pretty to look at ..you felt like you were at a museum with sculptures ..beautiful sky and sunsets..wow ..I can go on and on ..the staff were excellent..helpful ..kind and professional .

The hotel has a spectacular view of the sea and sunset and the terrace is filled with very nice flowers and decor. We loved how it’s not organized on floors so you’re always just a door away from being outside. Really nice breakfast and very helpful staff who offered transport to and from the port.

Our bed was very uncomfortable, made for a rough night sleep.

The property location was great located in Anacapri rather than the busy central Capri. The bus was only a 300 meter walk with options to go into capri or to the beaches. Anacapri had a great vibe and many options of restaurants to choose from. The sunset view is unbeatable and the pool and pool area is a great place to unwind. The staff were great and very accomodating, they were prompt and attentive to our needs even addressing an initial issue with room on our 1st night. The arranged hotel transfers to and from the ferry and happily recommended places to go and booked boat tours on our behalf.
