Jumeirah Capri Palace

Great staff with a great attitude towards their guests. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very professional. Very helpful in making arrangements for anything we wanted to do.

The level of service was excellent and the buffet breakfast was the best we have ever experienced. The unexpected upgrade to a suite with a private pool truly made our stay there very special. We can't wait to return!

The location , room, and hospitality. Having Il Roccio as part of hotel is worth going as it is.

I liked the location and breakfast

Rooms are very noisyCouldn’t sleep at allWe can hear all rooms around us. Facing our room 7 kids was in the same suite shouting and laughing all night ( this is a 5 stars hotel not nursery )The staff is trying to be sweet but they don’t have any experience and they are too slow. For sure I will not recommend this hotel.

Amazing breakfast and location. The hotel was completely renovated and everything looks really good. The driver was very nice and gave us some good suggestions of places to visit and stayed with us at the ferry to help us with the bags

The breakfast was exceptional. All the food was exceptional, from zuma to the Il Olivo restaurant and the room service, the food is to die for.

A little bit noisy but the hotel changed me rooms immediately and upgraded me so cannot complain.

Amazing hotel with exceptional staff who were very attentive, warm and extremely helpful. Pool area is amazing. Choice of restaurants were superb in the hotel were superb. We particularly loved Zuma and the theatre and experience of the Michelin star restaurant. Il Rocio was also amazing

Only issue we had was on our first night there was a rather large music in the corridor which woke us up - hotel explained that there was an error with the sound system

hands down and hats off to the wonder that this team in Jumeirah capri palace, I have lived in UAE for 7 years and been to many Jumeirah's around the world but trust me when i say that the personal heartwarming hospitality of the team in Jumeirah capri elevate the world of hospitality and you have to forget all hotels and all establishments as i have been to Milan, lake Como, Rome, Sorrento and Positano but from now on i will have only one destination which is not capri but Jumeirah capri palace and that's it. its worth every dollar and i am a hard critic but from Fabio the hotel manager to Vincenzo hotel front manager to Gabriella and Karim in reservations and Lorenzo and Roberto in concierge to Fredrico in the pool to Fabrisio the driver. This goes to Jumeirah hospitality .. all the above amazing people have to be rewarded and promoted for representing the Jumeirah brand specially in the world of hospitality you will never find another Fabio, Vincenzo, Gabriella, Karim, Lorenzo, Roberto, Fredrico, Fabrisio. retain them as they give the hospitality industry its definition back

The location and facilities are exceptional. The staff are super friendly but chaotic. More in the negatives.

The breakfast staff were willing but not competent. For some reason too many staff, so always talking to a random waitperson. Created chaos. They are also unable to say no. We were told our omlette was “coming” for 45 minutes and then told that the kitchen is closing. Had we known that we could have left. Also two other large irritations - firstly the shuttle services were never available to take us into / pick us up from capri . Always some excuse. Lastly, we asked for a transfer from the ferry to the airport and they were going to charge 280 Euro!!! And then called us back to say because we had 4 bags it was 400 Euro!! We declined, and got a taxi for 30. This is probably my biggest gripe - they nickel and dime you for everything and even their “friendly” recommendations are expensive places that are no better than the cheaper options.

The entire stay was perfection. From the warm staff that exceeded our expectations in terms of service - always welcoming us with a friendly smile - to the beautiful hotel design and rooms. Staff were attentive and paid attention to detail with the night room service even preparing slippers and the beds. We were here for a celebration and the extra touches were so lovely and memorable. The spa is a must it is wonderful to relax and Clara was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful. Breakfast was phenomenal with a huge range of options from the Al a Carte menu to the beautiful buffet with local produce. The pool was the perfect spot to relax at and the terrace was great with the live music to enjoy sunset at. Concierge was helpful in organising day trips and even boat tickets back to the mainland. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

It was the 8th time i was visiting the hotel.We had an amazing suite with a private pool which was really magnificent.The breakfast in the Capri Palace is one of the best not the biggest buffet but only the best of the best products.Special thanks to the very lovely and helpful poolboy!

There were really a lot of wasps while having lunch. I think they should be able to find a solution to solve this problem.

Property was clean and the design was so elegant. Everything was in line with the theme of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Overall excellent stay for such a short trip. Staff was fabulous (upgraded us for our anniversary) as was the restaurant Zuma. Very romantic and wonderful view. If in AnaCampi then definitely stay! Five star all around!!!!
