    Pros +

    • So beautiful and unique with one of a kind, art and landscape architecture around the property, filled with wonderful plants and a garden that they use for food. Multiple entrances and a quiet private space outside for us, in addition to many shared spaces. Incredible host family – extremely kind and willing to go out of their way and pick you up from the bus station, and drop you off there when it’s time to leave. Great advice as to what to do on the island.
    • Great staff! They even did me the favor of picking me up in town and later drove me into town. Food was great! The staff was very informative. They definitely went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and for that, I am very grateful! I would stay here again!
    • It’s a wonderful family-owned hotel that truly feels like a hidden gem. We loved our stay, especially the quiet and cozy atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home. The breakfast is out of this world – small, but absolutely delicious, made entirely with homegrown and homemade products. It felt like visiting your grandparents and savoring every bite with love and care. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, warmth, and the magical vibes of the island.

    Cons -

    • It is not in the center of town so unless they drove me into town, I had to take a taxi from the hotel. There is a bus stop near their hotel, but I never saw exactly where it was. But I don't consider this to be a big issue since I was only there for one day.
    • For the four of us (two adults, two kids), the room was a bit tight. If it had been just the two of us, it would have been perfect.
    • Certain times would run out of hot water (I think right after the family next to us showered, or something like that) though the water was usually hot.

Great hosts! Great communications! The breakfast was awesome. It truly felt like a family run hotel. We would love to go back some day. Hotel is easily within walking distance to downtown area. We took the bus a couple of times and walked most of the time.

For the four of us (two adults, two kids), the room was a bit tight. If it had been just the two of us, it would have been perfect.

Quiet, comfortable room, friendly and helpful owners.

LOVED the staff - they were super helpful and willing to drive you and your luggage into town since the hotel is a bit out of the way. Their homemade cakes at breakfast were delicious and I loved being surrounded by fruit trees. It was early spring so the pool area wasn't open, but it looked great! The room was very clean (and I have high standards) and the bed was comfortable. I never heard my neighbors.

Certain times would run out of hot water (I think right after the family next to us showered, or something like that) though the water was usually hot.

Aniello and her family were such wonderful hosts. They were very communicative and helpful with great local recommendations. The room and hotel were spotless and we felt so welcomed! The hotel was in a lovely location, quiet and private but still close to Anacapri and local beaches with lots of bus routes and shuttle services available. The hotel breakfast was lovely and the staff were so helpful and attentive.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They make accommodations for your needs and help with many local recommendations.

Getting to and from can be a little tricky with the narrow roads and location from Center.

Beautiful family run hotel on a stunning farm property. Simona was so lovely and accommodating. She even gave us a lift to the hotel from the local bus stop. Breakfast was delicious. It’s a nice 15 minute walk into Anacapri town. The family dog was soooo cute!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It's a family owned hotel and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and so is the island. We really liked Anacapri and would usually take a taxi to the center since it's uphill, and later walk back to the hotel. The prices were about 20-30 Euro for a taxi ride, depending on where we were going. A bus stop is also nearby. Breakfast cakes were amazing!

    No complaints.

It’s a gorgeous family owned hotel in Anacapri with lovely hosts.

    Everything was perfect!

We liked peace, nature, stuff is super nice and kind.

We did not like connection with Capri, taxi coasts 40€ per one way or you have to change 2 buses. Also we did not like breakfast, because we are salty eaters- there was only eggs and one salami- every day. And if you come at 9:30 there is no more.

Beautiful location and hotel, the pool area is the best.Far away from the chaos of Capri, in the peaceful Anacapri. The staff was super nice, always available to help or just for a chat, lovely family feeling, loved Capri and we would definitely recommend Al Mulino!

The owner was very kind and took very good care of us. They picked us up in the city and drove us back when we left. They gave us very good tips for the island, and even booked restaurants for us and got us transport. Everything was perfect down to the last detail. All the food they prepared for breakfast was from their own garden

This hotel was amazing. We went there for a few days in Capri and we had the best welcome we could ever wish for. Simona and her Mother were very kind, and with a great help to search all the bests spots in Capri to have a wonderful trip ! We laughed and talked a lot and we had an impression of being part of the family and it was very precious for us three !Thank you again with all our hearts and I hope we could see each other again !!!Emilie, Ilona, Camille

Beautiful landscaping. Very serene. 15 minute walk to town through a quaint neighborhood.

It is a family-run small hotel on the quiet side of the island. Host and hostess are very friendly.

Its remoteness, which granted its quietness that we enjoyed, makes it inconvenient to go back after every dinner in the center of Capri or Anacapri. It is the perfect option for those looking for a quiet hideout.

The people are so nice and helpful. They make you feel at home. They give recommendations for restaurants and give you information about how to get around.

The breakfast was a bit too scant, especially when there are a lot of fields around with fresh produce. More fresh fruit would have been lovely especially with the hot temperatures we experienced.

I really recommend this property to anyone that is coming to capri, as I find it part of the experience. Eating local fresh food, living with a very lovely authentic family, and a very comfortable rooms and environment. I am currently enrolled in one of the best schools of tourism, I find this concept very hard to find, I think hospitality here is in the blood, its not just by book and science but by culture and social interaction with the guests. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is coming to Capri, believe me it’s not just a place to stay, but also a part of the Capri experience.
