Beautiful location on the water with an awesome pool

Needs a renovation ASAP. Old furniture and fixtures that need at least a deep cleaning (or better yet, replacement). Definitely not worth the $200+ a night. Also be super careful about the very very steep driveway - it’s treacherous!

Everything was fine, great location, warm staff, abundant breakfast. Perfect beach.

Too many yachts mooring nearby, but this isn't a negative point. It values the perfect protected position of the hotel.

Excellent location for a great getaway! Superb views of the sea and a beautiful private beach! Their included breakfast was delicious and so many choices. The service was great and the staff were very friendly.

Great staff! 2 ladies were extremely helpful with everything (thank you for the delightful drinks). Nice swimming pool with a great view. Private beach downstairs. Tasty breakfast. Strong wifi. Unfortunately, we could only stay there for one night but the place was great.

The view is spectacular and the beach area is rocky with crystal water. The different buildings arre sorrounded by a variety of flowers which give you a sense of tranquility. The staff was very nice. Would definitely raccomend!

When a tourist returns 3 times in a year to the same location, it means that it was not nice, it means that he had a great time. It is a place where you do not lack anything, starting from the clean rooms(every day) with a wonderful view, the varied breakfast, parking spaces at the hotel, the pontoon by the sea, the facilities to spend time at sea (kayaks), and last but not least the staff so attentive to our needs, Theodora and Elina, two wonderful girls, always with a contagious smile and so kind, the bar is in good hands.? If by any chance you have problems or want something, ask the manager Sofia?,With an imposing presence, it solves everything that is needed, from reception to power outages, (thank you for the birthday cake) ☺️. I don't know how this hotel would function without her, without the whole team,It would not be the same, thank you very much for everything you have done for us and for the warm with which we were welcomedI'm sure we'll see each other again, maybe even next year (now we are locals)

Nothing to complain about, we discussed with the team what they could improve

as a couple we have been travelling for nearly 6 weeks, so to find this little piece of paradise was exactly what we needed. The room was large and opened onto the deck overlooking the coast. Access to beach is easy as is access to the town. If you are thinking of staying in this area do it.

Place is a little dated but other that loved the place.

The view is fantastic, was one of the most beautiful we have seen. We came here for snorkeling and swimming and relaxing....great place . Our room was a little smal, like a read before, but didn't bother us so much, we were outside all day ;-) it was clean and we loved the couch on the balcony, that was great. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and bread and pastries. Thanks for a great time with you...love from Holland. And special thanks to Sofy (Sofia ?) she is a great person that really did her best to have a great time. Good old customer friendly, loved it ;-)

The bedding creaked......please invest in other bedding sheets/matras

Just 3 min away from Bella Vraka beach (for me one of the most beautiful). Stuning views and very friendly staff.

Parking was a bit of a squeeze, the room for 3 was also a squeeze. A/c was blowing on the bed making sleep icy cold.

The pool and the beach are perfect The view from the balcony is mesmerising

OMG, there are no words to accurately describe the place. I try anyway ?: beautiful, quiet, stunning, picturesque! The room itself is very clean an comfortable. The best thing is the small couch on the balcony ? There's enough place to park your car. I rented a scooter in a rental nearby and let the car at the hotel. The small terrace at the sea with a sufficient number of sunbeds is reachable per few steps and offers a ladder to the water. Very private. Reachable by feet or kayak (I swam across the small bay) there is one of the most beautiful beaches of Syvota, the Bella Vraka Beach. You can visit other sandy beaches nearby.

beautiful place with great view of the sea gulf and beach, very nice pool with built-in jacuzzi. We also like the food at the bar by the pool and the breakfast was delicious.

it's hard to get to the center and the marine as the hotel is situated up hill, but it also makes it very quiet and peaceful

Tiny room. Broken shower head and broken shower door. Noisy air conditioner. Breakfast sub par with limited choices and questionable quality.
