The hotel is very clean throughout. It's great to have a room for little ones to play and outdoor play area - if you are travelling with children, this can be a life saver. Although the car park was full, the hotel was peaceful most of the time. The pool was also great and quiet.Staff were very accommodating and helped us get a picnic breakfast to go on the last day as we had to depart early.

For a 4-star hotel, the dining experience was far from what you would expect. We felt rushed through dinner - they started lifting plates before everyone finished. I was also told to keep my dirty and greasy cutlery between plates as they wouldn't change it.By night, the hotel became noisy with people arriving and being very loud on the corridors and rooms next door to ours, which awakened myself and my toddler at 1am.The pool surrounding area is a health and safety hazard - the floor is really slippery when wet. My toddler fell a few times and almost banged his head in the stone that surrounded the pool. I almost fell as well. I was restless when at the pool as I was afraid my toddler would slip and end up either inside the pool or really hurt himself.

Nice sea view from the room. Nice pool, but opens only 11 am. Good breakfast. Short walking distance to two beaches.

Nice open-air swimming-pool and spa. Very good restaurant (served for dinner, so you have to book a slot even with HB formula). Very close to very nice beaches (one with calm waters, the other one with more waves) and superb coastal walks. Excellent location outside of the city buzz with easy access by car to beautiful natural spots and nice villages.

We had noisy neighbours (arguments at night) for a while and the sound-proofing is not good enough for that.You have to know in advance when you are to have dinner (easy) but also breakfast (on the positive side, both dinner and breakfast were very quiet, which is a plus)

Our stay in the Hotel was amazing. Everything is very clean and tidy. The rooms have plenty of space and have all one needs. The spa was the absolute highlight. It was very rainy during our stay, so the spa and the hotel facilities made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is located near to a few beautiful beaches and at around 15 minutes by foot away from the closest supermarkets and restaurants. All in all, I would totally recommend this hotel and it was a great decision for us as a couple to stay in it. Would definitely return.

My partner does not speak Spanish, and some of the staff don't speak English, so the communication was somehow excluding. For hosts without a car, getting to the hotel may be difficult. Although there is a bus station in front, the bus doesn't come that often and the schedules are not totally reliable. A taxi to or from Sanxenxo costs around 6 euros.

Hotel has good location to nearby beaches and cities. Facilities are targeted to families. Breakfast buffet was ample. COVID-19 control measures were high standard and applied consistently.

The sea view from the room was only partial, a higher floor (above 2nd floor) would have helped due to neighbouring buildings.

Very well located just few meters away from a beautiful unspoilt beach. Hotel had everything you need including a very quiet spa, swimming pool and great food.Best was staff friendliness.

All was perfect. If clouds show up in Galicia you always have the spa and nearby villages.
