    Pros +

    • Good breakfast, great location
    • The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We had trouble parking our rental car in the garage because it was a fairly small spot, but one of the staff members helped us get the car in and out every time, and was extremely friendly about it. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice!
    • Do not advise.

    Cons -

    • The bedroom should have a small garbagebin and the bathroom some wall hooks, for towels or whatever.
    • Having only one plug above the beds in a room for 3 people was very difficult for us. The beds were not super comfy, but it was fine. I wish the showers had soap dispensers rather than providing shower gel just in little packages.
    • Room small for 3 people since the room was clearly for 2. No air conditioning and the room was super hot, almost unbearable being inside of it. Unable to get any rest since there was constantly people coming and going, talking at the front of the building and also other building being refurbished. No fridge inside the room. The car park was super tiny, hard to park duo to the amount of cars that there were parked. A lady member of staff was rude and unwelcoming. Price was too much for what they offer, which was the bare minimum.

The terrace and view of the sea.

The blanket. I didn't like the fabric.

Centrally located and right by a lovely small beach that is not as crowded as the others in the nearby areas. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and fit the value. It was lovely to have a patio to sit and watch the beach. This is a sister hotel to the main hotel 40 metres away where you pick up the key and opt-in for breakfast. This was more preferred as it was closer to the beach, market, restaurants, and not staffed which felt like your own flat to leisurely come and go. There is a resident who watches the doors at night which is appreciated. Marilisa, and I believe her son or younger lad, who tends to the building in the mornings were the sweetest.

Amazing view of the beach from the room. Excellent location, close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful for recharging after a long day or a long night. Check in and check out (at the other Atalaya down the block) were fairly straightforward.

Room is fairly tiny. Closet smelled like smoke inside for some reason, but the rest of the room didn't. I understand keeping the hallway lights off and using timers for eco purpose and to save on electricity, but it gets really dark if your room is downstairs. I would leave at least one dim light on all the time if there are rooms booked. Parking in the area can be difficult if it's the height of the season.
