It was clean.

Could hear noise from other rooms. As solo traveller didn’t get best service or attention.

Classic hotel with excellent customer service, they arranged taxis and excellent massages for us

Friendly staff, great restaurant, and very accommodating to our needs especially transportation to the beach and port.

The heated pool saved our day! Breakfast was good.

The room is very old, the cleaning and facilities should be improved.

We loved the room, looked new, bathroom new and friendly staff. Pool lovely and plenty of Sun loungers, very relaxing. Absolute bargain. Thank you to Claudio and all at La Luna. Daily housekeeping in room too.

Nothing it was great

The staff were really lovely, the hotel was really clean and comfortable it had everything you needed. Breakfast is continental, the staff and owner were more than happy to help wherever needed. The pool area and garden was kept spotless, and the temperature of the pool was incredible, beautiful, warm. The views are wonderful. There's a bar and snacks available too. The location is spot on, no more than 30 mins from ischia Porto. The ferry's are regular as are the buses. You can purchase bus tickets at tabbaco shop/cafe for around €1.70pp which need to be validated in the machine once on the bus. You could visit anywhere on the island for this....hotel is up above the beach about 35min walk but hotel does offer a shuttle service. €13 from ferry to hotel too.Would definitely want to return one day.Do not take notice of their website photos, booking.com shows the correct ones.

Great location ;lovely pool with fabulous view. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They all try to give their very best in everything. The room is very big, quiet and extra clean. The food is very good and you can have a selection of the chef's choice for dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which is super helpful.

The place is set in a part of the island where there's not much to do, unless you have a car or a bike to get around.

Hotel La Luna it was the best place ever. It only has three stars but it feels like a 5 stars small boutique hotel. The food at the hotel was exceptional. We had the Caprese salad and the penne al pesto. The heated pool was perfect for a chilly morning swim. The views of the mountain and the sea, all the flowers around, and even some eggplants growing in the garden among tomatoes, strawberries and lavender. Pretty floors and color coordinated couches. Great views of the waning moon from our perfect balcony, book room 22 or 23 if you can. There was less than an hour to board the ferry when I realized that the receptionist, and we, had forgotten our passports and Alessandro, the owner drove them to us on his motorbike so you get an idea of how pleasant and family oriented was everyone there

Two small things: 1. The shower maybe a bit too small for a big person and it also doesn't have anyplace inside the shower to put your soap or shampoo while you are inside.2. At night, the bright lights at the reception and living room make the space cold and they should have dim lights or a few small mcm lamps (orange or green) to accompany the theme.

A very nice family hotel which is being refurbished, with comfier rooms, a pool and sunbathing and bar area, sauna and massage offer. The staff were absolutely brilliant - so friendly and helpful (especially Mihaela in the dining area and Luisa in reception). The beach is a 5-minute drive away, and the hotel offers transport to and from if required. They also drive you to and from the port area and will easily call a car if you want to get anywhere else on the island.

Everything was good! Nice area with floral garden , swimming pool was clean with warm water! Very beautiful road to the beach. Thank you!

The location is small, really nice and the staff is helpful and considerate. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus from/ to the port and to the beach. We could spend time at the pool also after check-out, as our ferry was later in the afternoon.

I booked a room with 1 double bed and 2 single for 4 adults. We got a double bed and a bunk bed! The bedroom was described incorrectly. After discussing this with staff, they said I can pay extra! to get 2 double bedrooms

Staff offered exceptional service, especially Louisa on the Reception desk. Location convenient to the junction of three bus stops…down to Maronti beach, main road to Ischia’s port and through gorgeous Serrara Fontana to other side of the island. The pool area was wonderful, set in a pretty garden with a great bar and food options.

The pool area was excellent and water was very warm. :) The breakfast was good. The price-quality ratio was more than good.

Great location. very closed in front of the the beach . Also closed to a nice part of the island . If there was an airconditionerwould be better buy we did okey with the electrical vantilator.
