The access to Morro de SP...
I recently stayed at Village Paraiso Tropical for a few nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and boat trips. It made getting around very easy. The reception staff were excellent and always helpful, thank you all and specially Celeste, Peterson and Luana. The breakfast was quite good, with a decent selection of hot and cold items, fresh fruit, and coffee. It’s not the most extensive buffet I’ve seen, but it was fresh, well-stocked, and a convenient way to start the day.The pool area was clean and well-maintained. It's not huge, but it was never too crowded and offered a nice place to relax in the afternoon after sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it’s a solid choice and offers good value for money. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.
Everything! The room, location, breakfast, reception. My daughter had a birthday, and the stuff took care of everything.
Internet is slow. It's an issue across the island
The staff is amazing. Celeste and Peterson were amazing and helping us constantly. Pool bar is good.
When they service our room, they forgot to leave us hand towels and we asked for some by phone with the reception and never arrived. The second time they did the service in the room , they didn’t leave a bath mat.
I recently stayed at the Village, and overall, the hotel itself was lovely. The rooms were beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent. It had a great atmosphere, making for a pleasant stay.
However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast and service, especially considering the price paid. The breakfast area was small and had a strong smell due to the cooking being done in the middle of the room with no proper ventilation. Additionally, the outdoor seating area, which could have been a nice alternative, was full of flies, making it unpleasant to sit outside. On top of that, the service was slow and inattentive, likely due to the hotel being short-staffed, which further impacted the experience. For the price, I expected better in these areas. If the hotel improves its breakfast setup, ventilation, and staffing levels, it would truly be a top-tier stay.
I had the best time at this wonderful hotelThe breakfast was delicious and full of varietyThe location was perfect, in this paradise called Morro de São PauloThe staff, both at the restaurant and at breakfast, were super attentive and kindA special thanks to Luana, for her kindness, and also to Mirian for her attentionTo everyone, my many thanks and I am sure that this and my friends will be the best place in Morro de São Paulo.
The property is beautiful, very green with a lot of conservation, care and cleanlinessThe rooms are extremely comfortable, beautiful and modern. I definitely recommend it.
Location, grounds are nice
Rooms are bare and basic…breakfast room cramped, and staff is super disorganized overall.
Great location, nice rooms, very quiet while being closed to the action, very nice staff: Celeste, great new year eve diner organised, details to attention
Breakfast could be improved
Great location to the right of the hotel you have beach #3, at 1 minute walking. To the left of the hotel you have the beach #2, at 2 minutes walking. The room was good for the 2 of us and our 12 years old daughter. The breakfast had a great variety and if you need to take something to the room (i.e.: fruit), the staff provide you with takeaway material.Awesome swimming pool when you return from the beach. The restaurant has great dishes, very tasty however the drinks aren’t the best.
The shower does not have curtain or shower doors, so every shower you take, you splits water, therefore all the bathroom ends wet.The cleaning lady did not take and replace the dirty coffee cup
We enjoyed the location, atmosphere, and the wonderful staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from, and we were very well taken care of. Our room had a nice hammock and porch which we used in the evening when the temperatures cooled down. It was an enjoyable stay.
Like many hotels/Pousadas in Brazil, the lighting in the rooms is inadequate for reading. Also, the lack of furniture (desk or sofa) was a bit odd. But that is a minor point.
We loved everything from the amazing gardens that make you feel you are in the rainforest, to the pool, breakfast and services. The staff is super nice! We had tremendous help and good vibes from Celeste, Luana, Leonardo, Peterson and Joderson!! Thank you for making our stay great!
It was calm, beautiful decorated, peacefull! Love the variety of birds! Near the center, and really pretty. The stuff were really sweet too.
The mattress was uncomfortable, we both had back pain after, ( and I wish they had coffee to sell in the day too).

Superior room is in no way superior, tucked way at the back with a “garden view”, more like some plants hiding a fence where there is constant construction going on. The room also had a problem with the shower and the desk was not very helpful at finding a solution. Check out was a joke. Girl at desk said she needed to get someone to check the mini bar before we left after we told her we did not have anything from there. We needed to leave and catch the ferry back to Salvador and this felt like a) a waste of time and b) like we were not being trusted.
The rooms were very comfortable and spacious
The breakfast room was small, hot and had flies.
Location, quiet and near everythingRooms comfortable and cleanSwiminpool nice
Breakfast was good not sorprise, i expected more for a hotel in Brazil
Staff is great! Housekeeping is also great! Good breakfast! Nice swimming pool area and gardens. Standard apartments are pretty large compared to other accomodations. They have two floors where you can easily accomodate a family with 3 kids.
Hotel construction works ongoing in front of our room. Quality of the furniture, decoration, lighting, curtains of the standard apartment was not that good. Pillows were bad. Average quality restaurant.
The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is beautiful
I would like more options to watch TV .The food in restaurant is more expensive and not so good
Beautiful scenery and amenities.
Staff was slow and location was poor.
