Nana Princess Suites Villas & Spa

Joanna and her team were an absolute delight. Yes, the property itself is incredible, rooms immaculate, food delicious (that breakfast!) … but it is the staff who made our vacation what it was. There was no request too small or too large for them. Any of these requests (or questions or issues, which were hard to come by), were immediately responded to and handled with the utmost kindness and care. You’ll feel like you’re the only person at the resort, invisibly supported by a team that is constantly at your disposal for anything you might wish. I’d recommend this property to anyone who is able to visit. Thank you again, Joanna and crew, for all you did and for how special you made us feel!

The property was stunning, everything was clean and the resort amenities were exceptional. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food options were good!

It was a little hard to get into the small town next to the resort. You either have a car called which can add up or a 45 minute walk.

Everything was 10/10. Breakfast, dinner, the beach, the pool, the service.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a good base for exploring the area.

The dining options could be improved—I was hoping for a more refined or diverse restaurant experience. Also, while the beach is scenic, it’s not ideal for swimming due to the rocky shore.

Nana Princess Resort exceeded all our expectations — and that’s saying a lot, considering how beautiful the photos already are. Hospitality at the Nana Princess was exceptional. Even before we arrived the Reservation Team and Concierge desk reached out to us to arrange airport transfers and assist with dinner reservations and tours. Check in was smooth and quick. Everyone from guest services, to housekeeping and even buggy drivers were warm, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate requests. We stayed there 7 days and there wasn’t a single request that wasn’t accommodated. The rooms were very comfortable. The view is spectacular.

We had such a great time at Nana Princess! From the moment we arrived, everyone was super kind and welcoming. Big thanks to Christina at reception — even though she looked really busy, she still took the time to give us a tour. She also spoke fluent Italian. The beach is beautiful, the restaurants are excellent, and we especially loved the fish dishes — the sushi was amazing! We’re not vegan, but the vegan breakfast options were seriously impressive - musli with spirulina, matcha, goji berries. So fresh and tasty, even if you’re not plant-based.All in all, a fantastic resort with great food, beautiful views, and lovely people. We’d definitely come back!

Our stay was too short

A beautiful resort with terrific facilities. Our room was large with a plunge pool and views of the sea. The beach club and spa were amazing. The breakfasts and restaurants were tremendous. The staff were outstanding in all areas of the hotel.

From the rooms, to the beach, to the pool to any place you went in the hotel. Everywhere is so spacious and lovely. We really were so pleasantly surprised with the amenities of the hotel. We also have to absolutely highlight the amazing staff that really ensures that all your wishes for your trip come true. They really go above and beyond throughout your whole stay. We really couldn’t recommend the hotel enough and already look forward to going back. The hotel helped us plan a perfect first anniversary trip and we really couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. The hotel has a great location, great food options and really amazing staff. Even with some rare rainy days, we took advantage of the spa and couldn’t recommend that experience enough either. THANK YOU to the whole staff!

Beautiful, well-maintained property with great views of the sea. What made the property outstanding was the staff (and I mean every single person). Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and conscientious.

Everything was wonderful.

We spent one week in October and were very lucky to still have good weather.The staff was amazing! Right upon our arrival, everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The best service ever! Thank you, Cristina :)Beautiful facility, everything was spotless, we loved our little private pool. I enjoyed the gym and spa, our kid loved the Kids center, the disco and all the activities and spent a lot of time there so we could just relax. Oh, and breakfast bar was great: huge variety, delicious food.Highly recommend, we had an amazing time!

All of the staff ere very good and committed.

Dining - restricted in evenings to two restaurants for which advance table reservations were essential. That meant it was not possible to get an early table [i.e. before 21.00] unless booked more than 24 hours earlier. Our agreed booking tariff included dinner, but because of the situation the only way to get dinner [before 21.00] was by room service: far from satisfactory. This was stated to Customer Services.The restaurant menu/service was good - but not exceptional and over priced. Claiming to be something better than it was.The private pool as disappointing - certainly not worth booking one.

Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any 5 star hotel/ resort

A little snag at the very end of our 3 day stay. The concierge failed to book a ride to the airport at 5:45 am as discussed with her the day before . We had to scramble for a taxi at the last minute.

The staff, the location, the whole hotel was excellent the pictures don't do it any justice so much better in personOnly down side time fly when your there so best to book for longer stays minimum 7 days at least!

That u have to pay extra to have you pool temperature hotter 80 euros a day!!

Absolutely stunning hotel, and the staff were brilliant. Breakfast was amazing, the suites with their own pool were a complete dream too. Really special hotel, plus beach is gorgeous.

Tiny thing - I would have loved it to be childfree as you don’t want screaming kids at breakfast! Adults only would be preference for somewhere this luxury.

The rooms were luxury and clean. Turn down service was lovely. nice yo come back to a room with the mood set for bedtime.

Private yer open. You didn’t feel secluded but you felt like you had a good level of privacy.
