Pollis Hotel

The staff is very kind and provides excellent service.The hotel is located in a central area.The rooms are very clean.The reception service is wonderful,especially thanks to the lovely Maria.We truly enjoyed our vacation at this hotel.

Sometimes there was no hot water.Just warm.

The location was good and the staff were really friendly

The beds extremely hard and uncomfortable, the air con was difficult to navigate ( no instructions). Poor housekeeping:Not shower matBeds not spread or changed Kettle in bad location (directly under the tv, and was faulty)

There is a balcony, the hotel room was clean and comfortable, there is a fridge with some cold water, AC works fine. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was great

- we didn't have our towels changed in 6 nights stay. We found the room widely open one day, but funny enough, no cleaning was made. Nothing was stolen fortunately.- shower was not working properly.- only 1 small pool

The staff goes above and beyond to welcome you and fulfill your needs. The kindest staff, we cannot thank them enough! The room was nice, luminous and clean - it was cleaned daily. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, which we appreciate a lot. The food was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choices. The interior courtyard and the pool area is nicely decorated, you can notice the attention to details. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean, helpful & great location

I wasn’t a fan of the food, it was always the same so ended up eating out 6 out of the 7 nights, but that’s my personal preference

Repulsive, disgusting hotel. The service is bad

A smelly room, not enough towels, the towels with a hole, a torn foot towel, we found a toothpick in the bed from the previous guest, the refrigerator is noisy, a leak in the toilet that wets the floor, very disappointing.

They shifted us to other hotel,telling that it will be better. Reason was,no electricity,but,only in room i was booking. Hotel they booked was for sure lot cheaper

The staff was great, food was really good, location is perfect as there are many beaches in the area (some of them are small ones, but more private!). Great stay for families, as there were many in the hotel, but also for a group of younger people, mainly becaus of the proximity to the night bars and clubs!

The only “problem” was with the towels, they were not being changed by the cleaning lady, but even she was very Nice and when we asked her for NEW ones, she gave them to us right away!

Air conditioning did not work. for all inclusive you could only have, beer, wine and Raki and watered down soft drinks, everything else was payable! Food was very poor, not a lot of choice, cold and was not replenished, once it was gone it’s gone!For a 4 star hotel all inclusive it was bad. would not recommend this hotel based on the food as we had to eat out a lot and we are not fussy eaters!

Few meters away from the sea and the beach - 7 minutes slow walk; shower cubicle separated from the toilet ; clean linens and enough pillows, functional air conditioning; nice, spacious shaded terrace in front of hotel to enjoy your food/drinks; there is privacy and plenty of comfortable seats to relax and enjoy your drinks and food;food was good, fresh, light, healthy Mediterranean - home made style cakes were delicious.The Mediterranean Sea(Crete Sea) soothes the little dislike part !

Absolutely not a 4* hotel regarding the facilities - a large barn style called “suite” on top of the kitchen, just curved stairs to keep you fit - thank God for small luggage trolley only;the “suite” is facing an extremely noisy street / junction where all the busses offload the tourists all day/late night,while the engine is still on;if you sit on the toilet you can’t shut the door because it’s so wrongful fitted and it’s cramped;90% Slavic heaven - it’s scared me how loudly some people become in front of the all inclusive food/drinks; I ended up twice with full plate been taken away by the waitress despite saying I didn’t finished my meal ?

Good location, being close to the beach and main strip. Clean hotel with good facilities. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. All of the staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The receptionists were helpful at all times. The cleaning staff were very thorough. The dining room and bar staff always kept the place clean and well topped up with food. The friendliness of all of the staff made us feel most welcome making our stay lovely. Nice relaxed attitude in the hotel which helped us to wind down and enjoy the holiday.

According to the feedback from other guests the quality of the food did not live up to expectations. It was rather bland although plentiful . After a week you could tell what each buffet container had in it so you didn't have to open to look inside. Also, coming to a foreign country you would like to try the local foods, so maybe having a Greek night would have been nice. Also, the Fully Inclusive option was really full board for food with selected drinks from 11-23.00 and ice cream and some cake or wafers from 4-5 pm. Our impression of fully inclusive would include more dining options and drink variety- as beer, Ouzo or Raki were the only alcoholic drinks offered and some soft drinks, so not really all inclusive?

Good location for local beach and strip. Clean hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Long beds, as my son is 6 ft four inches so he was very happy he could fit well on the mattress.

Food was rather bland even though it was plentiful. This second room was smaller than the other room I had already written a review about, but was adequate for the two guests. The all inclusive option was limited, as written in my other review. Water was provided from a dispenser and due to Covid unable to refill bottles. Fortunately, local supermarket nearby and bottled water was cheap.
