It’s very outdated. Looks like an old prison. Weeds everywhere.

The staff, the room with private pool, the food and the cats ? everything was amazing

Nothing actually almost perfect

food is was very good

the water was very cold in the pool far from shopping center

Food was good, staff was excellent. Location was good as well.

Room wasn't so clean. Our bathroom had ants in it. Room had old wooden furniture.

1- The internet was very slow and mostly disconnected. There was no internet at all on the beach, even though we could see the networks of the neighboring hotels on our devices.2- The hotel was a bit far from public transport. However, I would not recommend using public transport on this island anyway, especially for routes away from the main areas.3- The shower water kept alternating between hot and cold every 2–3 minutes, which was quite uncomfortable while showering.4- The drinking water in the hotel restaurant was of very poor quality and tasted bad, especially during the last two days.5- The coffee was of low quality and not freshly brewed.

Friendly & helpful staff .We felt really welcomed.Excellent location - Beachfront.The buffet offers plenty of food choices.The unlimited drinks.

There are only a few sunbeds on the beach, & many people ( guests ) put their blue towels on them even though they are not present.The bathroom, the area to the pool & the rest of the room weren't very clean.

We recently stayed at the hotel and had a fantastic time overall.Pros:Incredible Chef: The standout of our trip was the chef. Not only was he incredibly talented, but he was also warm, welcoming, and multilingual. He went out of his way to accommodate special dietary needs, preparing delicious gluten-free meals with care and creativity.Excellent Food: Across the board, the food was consistently very good, a rare find in many all inclusive resorts.Alcohol: The alcohol selection was surprisingly high-end for an all-inclusive setup and there were hardly ever lines at the bars.Activities: A huge shoutout to the external activity coordinators who ran engaging, well-organized events. From beach games to evening entertainment, the programming was one of the highlights of our stay.Beach and Pool: Both the beach and pool areas were clean, beautiful, spacious and relaxing.Hotel stuff: Friendly and helpful.

The rooms and the facilities are a bit dated and the maintenance could be better. There was a large bee hive near the fountain by the main seating area.One ongoing issue was with the cleaning crew entering rooms abruptly, often without waiting to hear if someone was inside.

AC in room, room was clean, lots of food options, various activities in pool, general great atmosphere.

Very few ACs in the dining hall, so when you eat it's tiring from the heat. Also no ACs anywhere else besides the bedroom. The all-exclusive is untill 11pm.

The staff is very nice, everything that is outside the room is perfect, the pools, the views, very clean

The room isn't very clean, some days needed to ask for that room to be cleaned and towels to be brought, cups and trash was always not taken out or replaced. The AC wasn't cooling the room at all, the pool outside our room wasn't cleaned and was full of bugs and leaves. The shower was leaking on both rooms. In general the rooms needs maintenance.

Great for family trip, great beach with the sand and food is amazing. Staff is friendly and professional.

It's not so fancy for it's price.

The upgrade room with the sea view was amazing! The food was very good!The pool area and the beach were very nice!The hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing And the staff were very helpful especially the reception staff and Julia from guest relations!

The cocktail quality could be improved in the attitude of the bartenders in the main lounge.

I liked the beach, indoor pool, sun beds, private pool, nice big rooms.

All meals had an excellent choice - All staff were polite and helpful - Location is excellent ( on the beach) - Area very good for walks - Quiet located position and felt very safe - Over all , excellent holiday hotel .

Food was pretty much the same all the time. Not enough variety

Entertainment was non existent. Trivia is not night time Entertainment. Things were kind of dirty and run down.

Everyone was really helpful and kind. Food was awesome. It was my birthday weekend and they even brought a birthday cake at our room to wish happy birthday, a bottle of wine and fruits! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend!

Great food, staff, facilities, location.

Excellent service, very good food, very clean rooms. The hotel has its private beach, 2 a la carte restaurants and a wine bar with tasting apart from the usual buffet restaurant and the bars.

There is a lack of communication on all the activities and trips you can book via the hotel service, so if you are interested, you have to proactively ask for it. Also, make sure you bring the cash and on a lot of occasions you cannot pay with card and the closest ATM is in the next door hotel.
