Paradise Island Villas

We recently stayed for 10 days on our first trip to Crete as a family of 4 with two older teenagers. From the moment we arrived (around midnight after a flight delay) the team could not do more for us - from getting us settled in, providing recommendations for our trips and restaurants to try out, you always felt the pride they felt in the hotel and that they were genuinely happy that you had chosen Crete for a holiday. They were there for you whenever you needed anything but it never felt pushy or intrusive.The very well designed villas are spacious, immaculately clean with spacious gardens and your own pool. The hotel also has 2 lovely communal pools with day beds etc and due to the size of the hotel there was always space around the pools. The restaurant is superb - whether it was for breakfast, the Greek barbecue or their special lobster dish the quality was always exceptional. The bar area is relaxing and cocktails delicious.The hotel is centrally located and we were able to see a lot of the island (both heading east and west) on a couple of day trips. Again, the staff recommendations made for very enjoyable day trips avoiding the busiest times while also recommending places not mentioned in the guidebooks.I can't recommend Paradise Island Villas highly enough, a fantastic choice for a hotel in Crete and we would love to make a return trip!

Amazing staff who tried to please in the smallest details and deal with all issues that arose. The staff at this hotel deserve the highest praise.

The hotel is very outdated and clearly in need of substantial renovation. Plumbing fixtures are leaking (bathtub faucet, shower hose). The mattress is no longer as fresh and comfortable as it probably was a decade ago. There are holes in the bedding. The pool in the courtyard is great, but having old wires and an outdated filtration system does not inspire peace of mind.

Once we arrived we were greeted with welcoming drinks and instantly made us feel we had made the perfect choice! The staff are so attentive to detail and made it feel like every single day was special. I would HIGHLY recommend all groups to go to this truly special place. Will 100% be returning, couldn’t have possibly asked for a better holiday. 1000/10

Not a single thing to dislike about this, other than we wish we stayed longer!

Our villa was spacious and had all the facilities you require. A well equipped kitchen, a pleasant dining room, a comfortable lounge with aircon, a good size bathroom with bath and shower, and a large bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table and aircon. Couple this with a lovely garden and private pool, and you have everything you need! The restaurant on site is also excellent - try the lobster and fisherman’s stew!it’s worth mentioning the staff as well. From the moment we got there they were superb. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to help with advice on where to go or where to eat. without a doubt they offer a service that equates to 5-star hotels.

the villa was a good size, and the garden was lovely having the option of using the private pool and the larger communal pool was greatlovely views from the property, sea and mountains with gardens all around, it was a real oasis

Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Super facilities, spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained. Some excellent meals - all breakfasts and most dinners.

Immediate surroundings are not special but it is nevertheless very convenient to coast and roads to the many wonderful places to visit.

The accessibility is amazing to the place, George amazing he helped us since we arrive they managed a car from the port and to the port .. he helped me with renting a car with good price .. the villa is amazing have a lot of Privecy and have private gate , the villa is brand new with modren interior and new one .. its very clean and comfortable to stay .

Everything! Our villa was spotless. All the little touches were thought of.

The staff are awesome - so friendly and making you feel part of the family, they will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a great one.

I cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like.
