Absolutely disgusting bedroom filthy outside area at pool dirty broken loungers chairs etc breakfast looked un appetising stayed 2 nights and had to move took 60 photographs of bedroom alone owners sitting behind reception smoking roll ups both unkempt looking place rundown had to contact booking .com who helped me get a refund for rest of my stay arrived 11.30 Saturday night and was in taxi by 11am Monday morning on route to another hotel plus an American pitbull dog roaming about while at pool area which was dirty looking cat poo and birds in pool green slime around edges of pool probably not cleaned on a regular basis didn't feel comfy plus pictures in booking .com were different from the real place pictures painted a beautiful place when in fact reality it is run down owner told me my room had been cleaned B4 I arrived !!!! Clearly hadn't and she also told me when I asked who trained the cleaner I was told she went to international cleaning college in Herakleion what a joke ....can't see how this place gets these exceptional reviews !!!!!

Familial place with an heavenly vibe. The surrounding is beautiful and very tranquil. If you want to be close to the center, but prefer to stay out of the centrum. We rent a car so for us that was a prefect choice to stay outside of the central touristic centers. Eleonora and her spouse were very friendly and welcoming. We did an early check-in than expected, but that was ok. Loco was the icing on the cake. Breakfast was very generous. I totally see myself going back there. Thank you.

Very nice accommodation, all rooms have air conditioning and are cleaned every day. They serve delicious home made food. My children enjoyed the swimming pool. Owners are incredibly nice and helpful, Eleonora is amazing, speaks a few languages and gives great advice. Rental car is available with great prices.

nothing to complain

Very clean and spacious room. Great pool and bar area. Along with the usual bar snacks, the homemade Greek dishes were delicious and as good as you would get it any local restaurant. Very quiet and relaxing location away from the bigger tourist areas. Great hosts and a lovely dog for company, would stay here again anytime.

The Eleonora Anissaras was great! The family running it are all very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Eleonora, who was absolutely brilliant. Hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfasts are delicious and variable, everyday something new so you won't get bored. Very glad for having stayed here.

One of the best places to go in Crete It was amazing how Nice the staff/family was to me i really felt like i was home and not on a holliday. Amazing nature and really close to the beautyfull beach, the rooms are verry big and clean they even had a android television with al the channels of the world and was easy to stream from your phone never seen that before in other hotels Just amazing.... The food was perfect verry big portions you wont starve if you eat with Eleonora and her Family they can cook verry verry good. Swimming pool Super Nice big and deep they have a grass to play on for the kids Eleonora and her Husband Yannis are really amazing people with stories about the history of Crete and places you can go to explore. its not Just a boutique hotel but also Adventures place. you want to know new places and backgrounds they can provide anything. deffenitly must go place i think nobody will regret it a 10/10

Dat ik er niet langer kom blijven.

The hotel is in a very convenient position. It is close to a few beaches and there are a few bars and restaurants nearby, but it is far enough from them to be very quiet at night. The owners are very friendly and they do their best to make your stay very pleasant. Plus, their dog Loco is so cute and playful!

The only small complaint that I have is about the size of the bathroom. It was a bit too small whereas the room was big. They could increase the space for the bathroom.

Tasty breakfast, don't miss it! All staff was very familiar, friendly. Room was always clean and tidy.

Room equipment should soon modernize, but it's not problematic, and it meets the price-to-value ratio.

Eleonora was super nice just as simple as you need in such destination as crete : near to the beach and restaurants. Managed by a family super welcoming !

It was a little bit far from the restaurants, i didn't have a car so i had to walk 1.2 km to the nearest one.

Great place for an easy stay, quiet, out from the crowd and 30mnts walk by the beach path to the beautiful beaches of Saradari.

The 4day-stay in Eleonora was as comfortable as our home. She, her family and staffs are really friendly and gave us warm welcome. Especially the two daughters of her are adorable. The room was cleaned everyday and has wonderful view with sunrising from the ocean. The pool and garden were perfect to chill down and we ate greek home style dinner in the garden every night. We had a great time in the hotel and will definitely visit again soon.

Location was quiet and very peaceful, 3 min walk to the beach, homemade dinners were amazing and buffet breakfast was perfect way to start the day.. beautiful room and pool.. Eleonora especially but all the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home, two thumbs up will defo be back next year and would 100% recommend..

Eleonora and her family are the best! It was the best booking I've ever done. Eleonora was very helpful, when I needed anything. The room was very clean, the pool is great and breakfasts were delicious. I am really excited. If I would ever come to Crete again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Thank you so much for making my holiday so amazing. :)

The room was very confortable, very good bed, had the best sleep. Touring the island for a few weeks, was the best place to stay. The area is very quiet, there are no bars and taverna close to the hotel, therefore is silence and you can relax! Eleonora and her family are very nice hosts, they are very helpfull with all kind of information and not only. Due to this strange period of time in our lifes, they managed so well with everything. The room was clean and sanitised, the breakfast was served according to the rooles. Thank you for wonderfull time spent at your hotel, hope to see you next sometime in my next vacation to Crete! :)

Everything is perfect!

I'm a kind of traveler who likes a good and clean place to stay. Eleonora meets my needs and I would return again. Highly recommend the hotel. Nice staff and cheap food served at the hotel.

Very nice family run hotel.The family who runs it its absolutely amasing.Especially their 2 daughters adorable. Breakfast is very rich,with freshmade bread from Janni.Snacks and drinks are in extremely good price almost the same price as in the local supermarkets. Rooms are spotless clean. Thank you very much for making my quick stay wonderful. See you next year!
