The Pool is very nice with very comfortable sunbeds. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful and very friendly.

Not really negative but due to the location of the hotel the sunbeds are in the shade from 6 pm onwards.

The staff are so super friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive.

The private pool isn’t worth it as it’s facing to the north and as such is too cold to use most of the time. The view also isn’t as good as it shows in the pictures, it’s farther from the beach than it looks. It was far less lively than we expected for an all inclusive. It was very very quiet and everything was pretty dead by 9pm. It also seems as though they are relatively new to delivering an all inclusive experience as there were several mixups on what we could and couldn’t offer, what cost extra, etc.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay.The hotel is amazing, the location is excellent - close to the beach.The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The food was very tasty and of high quality, I do think the dinner menu could be a bit better.

Excellent hotel! A quiet location close to the sea, in this location it is better to rent a car to get around comfortably. Spacious rooms and nice staff. There are several pools, including a quiet pool. We arrived for 4 nights and in the last two days we were upgraded to a room with a private pool. We had a great time.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed. The hotel is not big, but that is the advantage of this boutique hotel. The breakfast was great and delicious, the room was spacious, clean and modern, but the stuff was the best part of our vacation. Everyone at this hotel really cares that you're have the best time, from the front desk to the bar and the restaurant they are amazing, and I'll be back

If you really need to find something that needs improvement, is the pool temperature, the water is too cold, a couple more degrees would be great.

First class experience and staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome, supported and informed with local knowledge. Fantastic bar, unbelievable pools and events/facilities and great breakfast. We couldn't fault it.

The hotel pool is right on the street which made it not so fun to use. At first we got a room with a “view” of the parking garage, really unpleasant, and the room was dissapointing. Then we added 80€ for a room with a pool that was perfect. We had a problem with the car and Maria and one more guy from the lobby really helped us and made it all easier for us.In the main pool you can’t put an umbrella on every bad so If you want to be in the shade you have to go early in the morning to “catch” one of the 3 places with umbrella.The location is really bad, not recommended.

Customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. We received a pre-prepared breakfast box when leaving for the airport at 4.30am! That is an example of the amazing customer service of the staff at Paralos Venus.The room was beautiful and clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The pool area was also beautifully maintained.

Perfect place for a couples retreat but a bit far from the action and you need a car to get around

The hotel looks beautiful and the staff is friendly.

The air conditioning can't be kept on when the room is empty, so when it's very hot outside you find your room hot when arriving back at the hotel. The quality and diversity of breakfast could be better. There aren't any snacks/sandwiches between 17h30 and dinner. The food diversity in the dinner could be better.The different pools don't receive a lot of sunlight unless during the pick hours of the day, but during those hours you can't find any shade because there aren't many umbrellas close to the sunbeds. Also there should be a policy for towels left on the sunbeds.

Great accommodations. Staff is really nice and tries to attend all your needs (they all welcome you with a smille on their faces). The bio restaurant was serving a gastronomic like diner (amazing). Our warmest regards to Maria who was doing a fantastic job over breakfast.

The cleaning of our bedroom could have been better and neater (especially since we booked a junior suite)

The hotel has a beautiful architecture and everything seems to be designed with a great attention to details. Hotel room are very comfortable, spacious and very well designed. Our room had a balcony with a nice view towards the pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurants offer absolutely delicious food. We particularly recommend having a dinner at the Bio restaurant - our meal there was feast! The hotel also offers some sports classes (yoga, body pump, aqua aerobics) which gives an opportunity to stay fit during holiday. The vibe of the hotel is very pleasant and unpretentious. Also, the fact that the hotel is available only to adults makes a big difference and allows for a peaceful relaxation.

Swimming pool areas are not very spacious and there is a limited number of sunbeds with sun umbreallas. With the sunlight changing throughout the day, it makes it challenging to stay in shade without changing a sunbed a few times.

The hotel was simply a 12 out of 10!!A free shuttle picked us up at the airport. We already felt incredibly comfortable at check-in. The hotel complex looks exactly like the photos. The Mediterranean style gives it a special flair. All meals, from breakfast to dinner, are of very high quality and taste great! Everything is very clean and stylishly furnished :)To summarise: everything was awesome! BUT I would like to emphasise the employees. What makes the hotel unique is its staff: reception, bar, waiters, cleaning team. You were always very helpful, incredibly friendly as well as understanding, and very, very competent! Thank you very much! You are incredible! You make us want to come back soon! See you next year :)

There are already sunbeds with parasols in the rear pool of the hotel. There could be 2-3 more at the front to provide a bit more sun protection at the main pool.Everything was incredibly clean, perhaps the bed linen could be changed a little more often.

New and beautiful hotel, kind staff. We loved the breakfast. 3 pools and nice tan beds. definitely recommend!
