Infinity Blue Boutique Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

Room was on the beach and close to everything. The pool was lovely and the staff were even nicer this year round. We cannot wait to go back again.

Very friendly, welcoming and professional service from all the staff from front desk to room cleaners - all smiling and helpful.

It was just at a very quiet period so that whole area was extremely quiet after 9pm with hardly many souls around. Nothing to do with the property

The view and location! Couldn’t be better!! Waitstaff in food service were all excellent and personable!

The bed sheets were awful! The bottom sheets are not fitted and they kept coming off all night and I was tangled up in my bottom sheets! Also comforters were not in the best shape either!

Location is good, next to the beach and close to other cites in order to discover the island by car. Staff was nice.

We were in annex building that is directly on the street and very noisy due to the road and all the cars. Moreover, the room was not sound proof at all and we could hear every morning the cleaning team as well as other room nearby. The facilities were very poor : swimming pool is very small while pictures made it look huge. The gym was limited with old machines and accessories. There is no space to just enjoy in the garden or lobby, everything is very crowded. We came in order to have relaxing time at the hotel and were very disappointed by it. The buffet was correct but missing variety. I wouldn’t considerate this hotel 4 stars and wouldn’t recommend it if it’s to enjoy the time inside the hotel.

This hotel was great. The location was good, my room was super clean, and the staff were friendly. I had breakfast and dinner, and the food was very good. The Wi-Fi worked well. I enjoyed my stay and would come back

All was great

The room size, view was very good. There was everything you need for comfortably organized stay, good size beds, closet, iron, tea and coffee plus good size balcony with chairs and table. The pool and pool side is very well organized, Breakfast and dinner tasty with adequate choice.

The only negative thing about this hotel is the beach. It is rocky and even with special shoes difficult. We used the nearby hotel beach (10 minutes walk), but when we wanted to pay for sun-beds and umbrella they refused as it was only for their hotel guests. so if you want to spend time on the beach the only option is pay for infinity blue beach equipment and walk to other hotel beach.

The location is good, the breakfast is great.

I Had a wonderful stay,Lia was amazing—she helped us with everything we needed during our stay in room 251, from check-in to recommendations for local spots. The room was perfect, and the location couldn’t be better. Will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Lia for making our stay so smooth!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Hersonissos, which is a little further out from some of the more popular attractions in Crete, but it's built up as a nice little tourist destination. There are plenty of restaurants and gift shops in the area. The front desk can arrange for a taxi to Heraklion if you ask them, and there's also a bus you can take. The beach gets pretty crowded but my wife and I never had any issues finding a spot. You can also reserve a beach bed, but we never did that. The hotel also has a small pool. The rooms were very nice and spacious. We were happy with all of the breakfast and dinner served while we were there. We went to the spa twice and were satisfied both times. The hotel's app also made it easy to request services through it.

The beach here is very rocky when you first enter the water and my wife and I both got scraped a few times. This is obviously outside the hotel's control, though, but something to keep in mind if you plan on swimming. It becomes pleasant and sandy once you swim out far enough.

The swimming pool was nice and welcoming. At Breakfast and also at dinner there was lot of variety and good food. nice and clean rooms and we got an upgraded room.Good Hotel but doesn't worth excessive cost of 250 Euros (or more) per night.

I didn't like few things : first, when you check in they tell you that you get 10 minutes massage for free. That isn't true. You get the 10 minutes only if you purchase 50 minutes ... and then you get 60 minutes, or they reduced a bit the price (85 Euros) of 50 minutes. I am saying : don't say free for something which is not free.Swimming pool towels are charged 2 euros each. even for the first time. Lucky that Hotel don't charge for bath towels. Maybe they should. good idea for the Hotel to think about it. I'm sure that guests will love the idea !Staff - place to improve.The "Spa" - is outside with curtains. without AC. in case you want to get Massage.

Rooms, cleanness, food, access to the beach how was promise basically everything accept very kind and helpful staf.

The food was exceptional and very diverse, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful every request we had regarding the room was promptly fulfilled. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

99% of Staff were amazing. The food buffet is great (both breakfast and dinner). Location is also great. Very easy to book trips via Hotel

Clientelle. The people here are not "adults" - dont get tricked by "adults only" name, infantiles and manchildren who make horrific neighbors (obnoxious and loud at nights). When you ask them to be quieter, they ignore you completely unless you speak German. Understand that however you please.I had to go and ask reception multiple nights to ask for some kind of action.Also, during dinner they have amazing desserts - but they turn off coffee and tea machines. Why? No idea - they work during breakfast, makes no sense (apparently its to make you buy drinks from bar).The room upon arrival was not prepared fully - there were no bathrobes and no slippers. We had to essentially go and beg for those items multiple times. Sometimes they didnt replenish coffee cream or change towels. Just seems unstandardized.Rooms are not soundproof, showers also are not soundproof.We had a jacuzzi outside triple room, i would not recommend - jacuzzi is great, but its loud and your neighbors probably will be annoying disrespectful pricks.I wish i could say it was amazing, but neighbors like so and no official curfew info - really impacted our experience. Only thanks to staff and outside activities it was somewhat bearable. But if you also enjoy sleep and resting - i, unfortunately, cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff is amazing, they took care of us from the very start of our staying and even upgraded our room to a suite, the food is wonderful as well the facilities and the beds and room accessories are comfortable. The location is perfect, it has supermarkets , bars, restaurants, local shops and taxi stations in minutes awayOne of the most fun hotels I have stayed in, truly feels like home.

The food had variety of options just positive ??, but something about the food though..kinda tastless sorry to say?.The stuff was amazing very helpful would out of their way to help , always happy and welcoming.The location was the vibe check right by the beach with a hotel private beach ?.

Nothing in particular just maybe more tasty food there was just something lacking to give it that yummy nummy taste.

The location was excellent. Near the beach & broad-walk. The staff was very welcoming. The atmosphere was entertaining & pleasant. The CHEIF. was very attentive to the guest . The food was outstanding. I would welcome this resort again & again to All My friends & family.

The resort was located where you could walk to the local shops & super markets.

Didn’t like the fact that you are charged a deposit of 100-200 euros when you check in, which you get back much later. Luckily, we got an agreement with them to check the room immediately when we did a checkout.

Food was well prepared. The maintenance of the hotel is good. The staff was amazing and friendly. Room was spacious.

The wifi was terrible. There is no place actually outside for plugs to plug in your laptop if needed to work for a day or two. The restaurant was expensive for drinks. They charged €2.50 for 1 liter of water. We didn't know we could have a bottle of water in our room until our friends said there was a list for drinks for the fridge in your room. The spa prices were not available so we had to go to the spa to ask for prices then the lady at the spa was trying to force us into treatments. We only wanted to see what was available then she told us she insisted on us doing a specific treatment. Then all of a sudden we had to pay on the spot for the treatment and we told her no. It made us not want to go back to even use our 10-minute free voucher.
