The welcome and first impressions were very good. The staff were very friendly and the resort was very clean. There was even a welcome treat which was delivered to our room after we arrived which was an excellent touch.

My only issue was there was no tissue in the bathroom. It is handy when you are taking makeup off. Otherwise everything else was great.

I really appreciated the surprise upgrade to a room with a private pool, it was a lovely gesture that definitely added to the experience. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay, especially the team at the main pool who really stood out. The drinks were consistently good, and the hotel was clean and well kept.

The food, particularly the snacks and dinner options, felt underwhelming and didn’t match the standard you’d expect from a 5 star all inclusive. While the hotel is described as beachfront, the shoreline is full of rocks, so there’s no real way to swim directly from there.

Staff were outstanding including the Tui staff. Charlie the fitness instructor was exceptional. Good selection of food at all mealtimes. Room was beautiful and very clean.

Location was ideal for us, we don’t like a lot of people around, nice walk along the sea front, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

The food was a bit repetitive and could have been hotter on a few occasions. The swim up pool was extremely cold, mot sure if it’s unheated all season, or just towards the end, but it was a bit off putting.

The room was impeccably clean and designed with a chic, modern style that felt both elegant and comfortable.The entire hotel has a stylish, contemporary design, blending modern luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It felt like every corner of the hotel was crafted with care, creating a relaxing and beautiful environment.I will definitely come again

The room with your own pool was amazing, the food was so good, entertainment was good, spa was amazing, gym was small but still okay, had a 10/10 stay. Pool bars and drinks was super, really recommend all inclusive

I didn't like that not all the staff were at the same level, there were some oversights in the cleaning of the room or in the service at the restaurant but I overlooked it as they weren't serious things.

Beautiful hotel and location. The place was spotless and beautiful views right on the seafront

I did a massage, Phabioza was the massagist and she was very passionate and kind. The massage was great.

In the big pool people kept their towels on the sunbeds all night so that they can have the same spot the next day And the flow of the water in the shower was low

The Sangria’s were amazing. The staff were super super friendly and very helpful! the food was also not too bad. However I wouldn’t say it was a 4/5 Star hotel

The “snacks” at the pool snack bar were peanuts.Not many options for all inclusive, so had to pay for a number of things like a burger and chipsWe were not able to eat dinner at the restaurant because you can only eat there once in your entire stay and we were only there for about 4 nights so there was no availability for us. On our honeymoon! We had to book the general dinner every night - was worried that I would forgot and we wouldn’t have dinner! Breakfast tea and coffee was a struggle. Seemed like we only got served when we tipped. was disappointed that the swim up room I got was not an island one even though I paid the same amount. on booking, it should be made clear that the swim up rooms are not the same - the island was the reason I booked the place! some rooms don’t even get sun in the day

Swim up room, clean, staff were friendly and always helpful, drinks on AI very tasty and well presented.

Buffet restaurant lacked some choice in some evenings but 95% of our stay the food was lovely. Pool was freezing

Very friendly and helpfull staff, modern hotel, great rooms always clean, food (breakfast and dinner) was great, good choice, fresh and different every day. Very nice pool area with comfortable beds, close to the airport (about 20mins by car)

Nice Beach not around the corner (just private hotel beaches or not maintained) , you need to make a reservation for dinner even for half board (but not for breakfast, so why?), prices for drinks (alcoholic or not) ar too high

From the minute you walk in, you’re greeted by polite English speaking staff. The hotel is amazing, the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The buffet for all inclusive was a very wide range with a lot to choose from. The hotel itself was based a bit away from the town, but if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the sunshine then it’s perfect for couple. Thanks for having us.

All inclusive drinks were only house products, would be nice to see some other cocktails or wines available.
