Lyttos Beach

We had a fantastic stay! The resort has many pools, all of them spotless and well maintained. The water park was definitely the highlight for our kids- they had an amazing time there. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and our room was very comfortable, with a convenient sliding door that gave the adults and kids their own space. The kids’ club was wonderful, and my children absolutely loved spending time there. Above all, the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our experience even better.

During our last stay three years ago, the evening entertainment felt stronger- we really enjoyed the musicals back then. This time the program focused mainly on themed dancing and acrobatics. While the acrobatics were very impressive, we were hoping for a bit more variety, perhaps a mix that also included musicals or live shows.Additionally, the main restaurant can become a little crowded around the buffet area during peak times, which makes it feel less relaxed.

Accommodations are over the top! Grounds are immaculate! The food is beautifully displayed and so many options to choose from. The lounge chairs are so comfortable and so many location options to choose from.

The property has is amazing. Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach.Staff are excellent. Extremely welcoming.Room was great, comfy beds.

Arrived in early November, didn't realize they were about to shut down for season. One bar, one restaurant. No beach bar, no water park, no entertainment. Disappointing visit, but i can imagine it is fantastic during full operation.

Our kids LOVED the water park. We spent the mornings at the beach and the afternoons at the waterpark. We also had a pool room facing the ocean that was beautiful. We were there in October and had warm days and cool nights which were perfect. I was concerned by some reviews about the ocean being too rough to swim but we didn't experience that.

Nighttime entertainment could have been a bit better. The daytime activities could have been publicized a bit more but to be fair all the information is in the app.

Tha facilities (especially the water park), the free food, drinks & alcohol all the day everywhere, the nice and lovely stuff and the cleaning. Also - there are 2 bathrooms in the family room.

We are a family with 3 kids... So the family room was a little narrow (the room is long and narrow)

Food is very good and fresh.there is a lot of places to seat everywhere

There is an hour in the middle of the day when there are no restaurants open.Also at night, there are no snacks or anything to eat if you're hungry.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Crete and had an excellent experience. The food was varied, plentiful, and very tasty, offering something for everyone at every meal. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the hotel staff – always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete, whether for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway.

Small things They have to change the towels. A lot of them were torn and old, it’s not appropriate for 5 star hotel, but any way it was clean. There was one station for pool towels exchange while the property is big .

Lots to do, great pools, entertainment and great sports centre. Gym was also great. Waterslides and restaurants were great.

The room needs deep cleaned behind tv had heavy dust collection as did the air ducts. The TV could be upgraded in room also to allow for usb connections, Netflix and YouTube as standard most hotels when kids are tired.

Everything was great , the food, the stay, the swimming pools , the entertainment team, the hygiene in the rooms. Perfect hotel and family friendly.

The only remark I have is regarding the air-conditioning in the public areas. They weren't sufficient enough, or most of the time, didn't work at all.

Staff are amazing, communicative and so kind. And I mean EVERYONE! bars staff, dinning staff, spa team, reception, everyone was so loving and we felt like we're making friendship with them. The bars were excellent and well located. Free alcohol and cocktails without limit was superb! The beach was comfortable and beautiful. Lots of beds and chairs and shades. Rooms were big and we loved it! We got simple room and it was excellent. Daily clean and change of towels, and new water bottles in the room every day. The hotel is huge and you always find your space and spot wherever you are. It was quiet and peaceful every where and it didn't feel too crowded even though the hotel was fully booked. Pools were awesome. We loved the water park and our girls are 18 and 16 and it was great for them. And for us too! Gym is absolutely professional and perfect. Spa treatments are relaxing and the spa team helps you find the best treatment for you. They were so friendly and professionals we already miss them. Supermarket is open all day with great products and fair prices. Car rental services at hand with high responsiveness.

Sweets and deserts were not so good. But ice cream was excellent so we had ice cream. I think the snack bar location in the water park is good but it would be nice to have another spot with same fast food in one of the by-the-beach reataurants.

Excellent food offer, really varied, fresh and delicious. Great Olympic pool, great cocktails.

The Asian and Meat and Grill do not work as well as the main restaurants.

Our experience at Lyttos Beach was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally nice and understanding, even when we had delays with our flights. They went above and beyond by rebooking both of our rooms at no additional cost and giving us prime locations, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The resort facilities are top-notch — from the beautiful beach area to the well-maintained pools, sports facilities, and relaxing spaces. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and high quality at every meal.The combination of warm hospitality, perfect location, and excellent amenities makes Lyttos Beach a place we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an all-inclusive experience in Crete. We will definitely return.

we've been in this hotel last year, came back because of the water park.it's a nice hotel for kids - waterpark, pools, fast food buffet, slots machines.

the pool next to waterpark was closed this year for some reason, it made all the people go to the river and it was overcrowded.The guy that is working near the waterpark, in blue short, about 60 yo, yelled at us and was rude because we dared to take 3 umbrellas for 6 sunbeds. when we needed to call to reception - we didn't know the number, it wasn't written anywhere at all, we had to go there by foot. the SPA zone is ridiculous - we took the most expensive massage, it was super basic and not professional, sauna didn't work, hammam had a strong smell of mildew. in all inclusive hotel there was no cofffee/tea/snacks stand in SPA, no robes, no blankets, don't waste your money there. Restaurants - we ended up by going to the biggest one only as the rest (Asian and Meet) were super basic and had very small choice of food.
