Nana Golden Beach All Inclusive Resort & Spa

The service was superb: staff friendly, ready to assist, everyone seemed happy to work there. The property is absolutely beautiful, lovely landscaping with attention to detail, cozy. I especially loved the terraces on the beach with stunning views. The location was great - close to the airport and Knossos Palace. The food at the a la carte restaurants was great. Our kids really loved the kids club and the waterpark. The staff was also really helpful with accommodating our request for the two rooms to be next to each other and even upgraded us to make that happen.

The main thing that was noticeable and a bit unpleasant was the smell of sewage or something similar in a few locations across the property. Hopefully, it’s an easy fix and temporary, because otherwise it’s really wonderful to vacation there. It also appeared that many of the guests we spoke with keep coming back year after year.

Hotel was great and had all of the good facilities and accommodation including activities, beach, pools, bars, good food etc.On top of that the staff all around was welcoming and really helpful at all times. although the hotel is very big we were able to get from point to point by walking and by using the small taxis(club-cars) in the hotel. the food was really diversified so we always found what to eat.In addition,our room had a nice sea view and it was comfortable although needs some cleaning from ants here and there (since it was close to a garden).All in all, very recommended, pricy but we definitely enjoyed our stay and will come back.

since the room was close to a garden we had ants come in to the room a few times and it needed "deep cleaning" and exterminating from the outside which was handled but needed us to leave the room for the day

We traveled for our family vacation this September. Having experienced many high-standard all-inclusive hotels before, this one exceeded all expectations in terms of value for money.We stayed in a Comfort Family Room, which is perfect for families with kids above 5 years old. It gave us both privacy and togetherness at the same time. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff was always present and attentive. There’s even a WhatsApp service where you can ask for anything you need and get a quick, polite response. Special thanks to Anastasia and Voula for their warm assistance.The hotel offers an amazing, well-maintained water park suitable for kids of all ages, as well as numerous clean and organized pools. In every pool area, there’s always a bar or restaurant nearby, so you’ll never go hungry or thirsty. Drinks, both soft and alcoholic, are included in the all-inclusive package—always high quality and served with a smile.For fitness lovers, the hotel provides daily fitness classes (bookable through the app), a fully equipped 24/7 gym—one of the best I’ve seen—and professional tennis courts.Breakfast is served in several restaurants with plenty of variety. As someone who usually doesn’t enjoy the food at all-inclusive hotels (especially dinners), I was very impressed by the diversity and quality: lots of grilled/roasted vegetables, healthy options, and fresh salads in the buffet restaurant. We also dined at three à la carte restaurants: Thalassa (Mediterranean), Azzurro (Italian), and Meat-In (Steakhouse). The food in all of them was excellent, and even our picky kids were happy with the children’s menu.The private beach is also a highlight, with a wave breaker that makes swimming safe even for little kids. The beach is clean, organized, and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Towels are always available at the pools and beach areas.The service was consistently outstanding.

Property is beautiful!! Clean updated and the staff is wonderful. My family had an excellent time and would come back here again.

Clean, accessible to the beach, close to everything

Beautiful design, very modern, recently built / renovated, spacious, lots of facilities. The waterpark is great. Beachfront and lots of pools.

I've raised a few minor issues with the staff and they were quickly addressed!

The property is vast and well designed, so even when fully booked it doesn’t feel crowded. The staff were all super friendly. Everything was clean and well kept. Lots of things to do for kids and adults alike. Beautiful view and private beach, lots of snack bars and drink bars. Nice Spa. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

There were just a couple of things that would have made this a perfect 10:- if they had heated the pools slightly to make it pleasant to swim in April (the weather was perfect but all the pools were freezing cold).- if the kitchen staff were slightly better trained to (understand standard coffee orders, and) make coffee, omelettes, baked desserts and other food staples that were not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel experience.

We had a brilliant family stay at Nana Golden Beach and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, they went above and beyond by accommodating us for an extra night at a very reasonable price. It was such a relief in a stressful situation, and we’re so grateful for their flexibility and care.Guest services throughout were exceptional. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to making every guest feel special.We highly recommend Nana Golden Beach, especially for families. It’s a place where you’re genuinely looked after, and we’ll definitely be back!

The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating and the reception help us with any request immediately. Everything is super clean, from the room to the dining room and pool area. The food was great and freshly made and abundant.

Absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived at Nana Golden Beach, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The rooms are luxurious, the food is exquisite, and the beach is pristine. A true paradise!

Almost everything

The food at the buffet. Meat was almost always overcooked, and a lot of the food was over salted. It was hard to find good healthy options. Food that was labelled as ‘grilled zucchini’ was clearly being fried. A la carte food options were excellent through

All facilities at the resort were in excellent condition, clean and supported by very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The booking system for the al la cart restaurants was a bit clunky but we still managed to get the reservations we were looking for.

The best part about this resort is the employees. Everyone was absolutely wonderful, and they even remembered us after a few days. From the yoga instructor to the bartenders, the archery coach to the lifeguards, my family and I all enjoyed your service and kindness.

It’s not something I didn’t like, but I feel like it would be a nice improvement if there were more options for laundry.
