    Pros +

    • The city the hotel is located is nice. It’s a good city for young people, with a lot of bars and clubs. There were an entertainment program every day until 11pm in the pool that is in the middle of the hotel, which were nice. The double bed in the 3 bed room was good and comfortable. The reception workers were nice and the hotel accommodated for a special request we had. The rooms are comfortable and were cleaned everyday, with a view to the pool. Additionally, you can book a private pool at the spa area, which is incredibly nice,And get a professional massage.
    • Stayed here for a bachelorette trip - the service was excellent, staff super helpful, and the location perfect, close to all the shops and restaurants.
    • The property is nice. Very modern. In the heart of Hersonissos. The rooms are ok, spacious. The food on the menu was really good. The staff was also very great!! Kudos for the restaurant/bar manager.

    Cons -

    • There were a few problems. The “spa” area didn’t work, and besides a private pool you can book, everything like the jacuzzi and sauna needs to be paid for. The food is not really good, with a little variance in the grand scheme of food itself, with mostly the same menu every day. There was a small kitchen in the room with electrical stove , fridge , however there were no frying pans, dishes. So if you want to cook by yourself it’s problematic.
    • The breakfast was the same. It would have been nice to mix it a bit especially the ham/salami and the cheese (more variety).
    • Nice beaches not in walking distance

We had an amazing time at Cooks Club Hersonissos! The hotel is stylish, modern, and has a really cool atmosphere — perfect for young people and couples. Everything is well thought out: spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful design. The facilities are fantastic: a great pool with a lounge area, a bar serving delicious cocktails, and live DJ sets by the pool that really set the vacation mood. There’s always something going on — music, parties, activities — but everything is done with taste and good vibes. The food was also a big highlight — breakfast was varied and tasty, and dinner was just as good. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making you feel truly welcome. The beach and the center of Hersonissos are just a short walk away, with lots of cafes, shops, and entertainment options nearby. We absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, style, and fun. We’d love to come back again!

Modern hotel for younger target group

Nice beaches not in walking distance

The staff, especially the receptionists, were all fantastic!! They were friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay!We were lucky enough to be offered a suite at check in, which suited us better as we were a group of 3 and it was much more spacious than the 2 double rooms we originally booked! The pool area was lovely, lots of sunbeds and the DJ played a mixture of music between 1-6pm which gave it a bit of life. We even got a free welcome neck massage which was amazing!Breakfast had lots on offer. The location was great, easy to walk to lots of bars and restaurants. And a short taxi ride to Old Hersonissos, Piskopiano and Koutouloufari where there were lots of traditional tavernas and bars. The beaches in Hersonissos werent the best so we took a taxi to Stalis, where there was a sandy beach with lots of beach bars all offering sunbeds.I would 100% return to this hotel.

I cant say anything negative about Cooks Club. But if I were to make a recommendation, I would suggest putting a long mirror in the bedrooms.

Very cool hotel and truly a different experience compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were very nice and friendly and they made us feel as being part of a community not just guests. The rooms were spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the pool view from our balcony, the poolside DJ and the evening entertainment (live band, violin and saxophone players). Overall, I think they have a cool hotel concept and we’re planning on visiting again in the future.

We had the breakfast included and even though we enjoyed the food, we would’ve liked a bit more diversity.

i liked the pool' great vibes and dj

the room ive booked for the vacation was given to a different person' that coused me big discomfort and waste of time and money... no compensation was offered, and it really made the vacation annoying' plus AC didnt work in my room one day... super hot

One of the best places I’ve been in. The hotel is located at the center near to restaurants, bars, and shops. Good vibes with young people, DJ in the pool and we had the best time there.

    Very nice clean room

music could have been not played so early

    8VanessaPosted on: 6-25-2024

The breakfast offer was really very good! We only had bed and breakfast but still ate in the cantina from time to time and the food in the hotel was really excellent! The location of the hotel is great - there are countless shopping opportunities all around. It's only a few minutes' walk down to the beach promenade and there are lots of great restaurants, bars, clubs etc here too. We liked the size of the room and the well-equipped fitness room. The beds are okay. The individual mattresses are not so comfortable for couples.

The very loud music at the pool and around the bar/restaurant starts at lunchtime. So if you want to relax by the pool and maybe read a book, this is definitely not the place for you. The music is so loud that you can hardly have a conversation at the table or in the pool. A few decibels quieter would still be loud enough and it would be nice if the music at least started in the afternoon for all those guests who don't want to be subjected to constant sound from midday onwards. There are also hardly any beds with shade and very few umbrellas. Around the pool you are actually lying in the blazing sun all day. The light in the room is not very good - so the rooms are not ideal for those who want to do their make-up/styling in the room.

    Good vibe, location and staff

Walls could be better sound profed we could here phone ringing in next room, people walking down corridors coming in at 5am, people coming off the street to use the pool and sun beds when not enough for guests .

Fantastic, modern club style hotel. We had a mezzanine room that slept 4 very comfortably. Nice and clean. Facilities at the hotel were great - particularly the food with a great restaurant and included breakfast. its a very young crowd and the doof doof is a vibe - so if you don’t like loud music, suggest you stay somewhere else. great cocktail bar by the pool with awesome cocktails.

Our room and some of the downstairs area had a slight damp/sewery kind of smell to them. They were ok after you aired them out or got used to it, so not a showstopper, but a bit off putting at times.

    10AlissaPosted on: 5-15-2024

The people working at Cook’s Club were extremely nice and helpful. The food and cocktails were of high quality. The room, pool, restaurant and bar were always very neatly and clean.

The food at the restaurant was very good but every meal was soo big that we could never finish it and most meals we had to send back half of it because it was too much food. We hate being wasteful!

    9NataschaPosted on: 10-8-2023

Friendly staff, great breakfast options and very good music played by the pool. Tasty food and cocktails. Huge portions for the lunch menu, be warned that certain dishes like the club sandwich and tortilla wrap can feed 2-3 people! The room was spacious and clean, and the view from our balcony was amazing. If you do not want to be bothered by the DJ who plays all-day and up until 00:00 - I would ask for a room mountain side, or towards the back of the hotel.

Lack of toiletries in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have body lotion, separate shampoo, conditioner and shower caps. The gym facility could do with more dumbbell options (for those that do 3, 4, 5 and 6 kg weights) and some exercise mats. I was surprised they only had a small weight dumbbell of 2.5 kg and 7.5 kg, and no lighter options in-between!Also, there could have been more lighting in the main parts of the room. The wicker bedside lamps were not strong enough to do your makeup/get ready in the evening.

    9NielsPosted on: 9-26-2023

The swimming area was excellent, very comfortable beds at the swimming pool and the service at the bar and cantina was exactly what you expect on a holiday. The waiters were kind and the quality of the food was also from a high standard.

Almost all beds at the swimming pool were reserved by guests by laying towels in the middle of the night (after went out). This was annoying because very often you did not had any place at the swimming pool while there were many beds not in use, but reserved by a towel.

    10TheSaridPosted on: 9-13-2023

the food was both scrumptious and easy on the wallet. The poolside vibes with the DJ added that extra splash of excitement, and the staff was simply fantastic, making the stay memorable!

What I didn't particularly fancy was the lack of larger mirrors in the suite, which made getting ready a tad challenging. Additionally, there seemed to be a shortage of lighting, which made the ambiance a bit dim for my liking.

Absolutely amazing! Good location, clean room and a very nice staff. I came back to Crete for the third time this year just for this hotel

    8DaniellePosted on: 8-9-2023

First of all, the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of the city and very close to the beach , 2 minutes walk. The staff members were very nice, courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean, there is a large and well-kept pool. The breakfast is big and indulgent. The rooms are large and spacious

If you are looking for a quiet place to read a book by the pool, then this hotel is not for you. From the morning there is loud music throughout the day but apart from that the hotel is perfect!!
