Awesome indulging resort. Absolutely excellent food, facilities and staff.

There no water sliders for kids. Saunas are not free, you'll need to pay.

Very good place! Delicious food, nice personal. A la carte restaurants are very good!

In the morning all the sun loungers are already occupied by 7 am.

The overall experience was great, people were friendly, facilities are cleaned (they clean the room twice a day). A lot of tasty food, nice swimming pools and beach. Good programme for kids and juniors. Also, really enjoyed the quizzes in the evenings. Mexican restaurant was delicious.

While the animation team was super friendly and nice, having some other entertainment in the evening except for singing/ musicals would be nice. Since 95% of the guests are British, maybe that’s the kind of entertainment they prefer but for us it was a bit repetitive and boring in that sense. Other hotels on Crete had better evening programmes. Lastly, the Asian restaurant was not tasty at all.

Nice apartment, nice environment, nice music and the workers re very welcoming, and the buffet is the best nice foods

we went there in April. It was still quiet season not many people very clean hotel friendly stuff.

The best hotel close to Hersonissos. Rooms perfect for families also for couples and singles. Guest 90% British’s no Russian no Ukrainian so is great and no drama with with it?

Nice beach, many swimming pools also adults area ewe where included with restaurants. Lovely animation for everyone. Very rich all inclusive including with drinks whatever you want. Hotel staff the best so nice and helpful. Rooms with see view great ( bedroom, living room and bathroom - bath + shower ) . Rooms preparing for night and 2 times cleaning per day .

Everything was super and all the staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent facilities an amazing family resort

Not enough entertainment for adults

Food was too focused on the British: some Greek/Cretan options but not so many. Would have been good to see more variety day to day, but it was essentially identical every day (breakfast and lunch). Dinner mixed things up a bit but their various international nights in the buffet did not meet the standards of the a la carte restaurants. For the latter, the Italian was excellent; the Tex Mex ok; the Asian ok. Didn't go to the Greek one. Instead went to Zorba's Tavern (10 min walk away) which was AMAZING!The TUI staff (even though we did not go with TUI) were extremely helpful. Shame they did not get involved in any of the activities.

Too focused on the Brits, and even though I am British I expected a bit more internationalism. Not much "entertainment" for 18-25 year olds (virtually nothing in fact). Many flights arrive late but there is really no food after 11pm, apart from a sandwich or (extra cost) room service.

The staff were very friendly and professional at all times. The food was very nice and very helpful when we had to use room service. I loved the fact that there was "Adults only" breakfast as well as dinner areas. The location was very convenient when you want to explore nearby areas. The spa treatments were also very very good and worth visiting.

The hotel is suited at the middle of a village and it can be bit tricky to find if you rent a car, especially as roads are not perfect.

The hotel was very comfortable, the food was diverse and very tasty, the swimming pool was clean and the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable

We had a problem with one of our rooms (bad smell from the sewage), it took too much time for the staff to take care of the problem and ater all the problem wasn't solved.

The rooms were clean and nice

the food was not so tasty, modest variety for a 5-star hotel, the beach was very poorly arranged and equipped for a 5-star resort,there were not enough sunbeds at the swimming pools, this habit of occupying the sunbeds with personal belongings at 7 in the morning and leaving them like that all day even if the person did not occupy the sunbed for hours has nothing to do with a 5-star hotel.

The hotel itself, its location and the rooms are pretty good. Overall, the stay was very comfy!

The food was diverse enough but not much if you want to eat healthy with little fat / sugar. Grilled meat / fish / chicken were slightly overcooked, hence dry. The taste was alright, but with a bit less cooking it could have been more tender and juicy.

Not so many pools for kids, as some of the main are only adults

The property was great, very well thought out. Separate swimming areas for families and adults only. A lot of little bars a cafes. Rooms are very spacious and renovated. The beach is right outside the property with hotel umbrellas and chairs. Staff served drinks on the beach all day long. A lot of activities during the day (there is an app with listing updates each day). The hotel personnel were very nice and friendly, managers were accommodating. The lifeguard on the beach was amazing, really knew what he was doing.

Only one negative - public bathrooms really need renovations.

Loved the variety for families, beautiful family pool and also a splash / kiddie oriented pool at the back of the hotel Lovely room, perfect for our needs. Gorgeous view and perfect location.A la carte restaurants were great

Salt water pools meant we didn’t get to spend as much time in the nicer family pool as the salt irritated our daughter’s eyes despite wearing goggles. Breakfast options could have been better , the pastries for example tasted quite stale a lot of the time. It would have been lovely to have more fresh fruit available at breakfast such as melon watermelon etc

Clean large room

If you do not like swimming or laying by a pool there isn’t much else to do. Same all rubbish with sun beds. People reserving as early as 6 am. Not many shaded beds in 30+ temperatures.

lovely staff, very friendly. I was delighted every day by the beautiful view, delicious food and friendly people. Our room was always clean. I especially want to express my gratitude to the two wonderful bartenders at the Splash Bar, Tarisa and Georgus, they made very tasty cocktails and treated us very nicely and friendly. The theme nights were also very interesting.

Food was very good - buffet in particular was excellent with lots of different options. Our room was very comfortable. The evening entertainment was good - the team worked so hard for day and night and we particularly enjoyed the singer who had flown in especially. She had been suffering with her voice but put on an amazing performance and had everyone up dancing.

We had treatments at the spa but felt the staff weren’t clear on what they were offering us. We had been given an initial price for treatments which included a product and when we said it was too costly they offered us a discounted price but didn’t make clear that this new price didn’t include the product - this put a dampener on our treatments.

The only think is that there was no shades on the pool

Rooms were big and clean

Even if we asked for an early checkin because we were with our 4 months old son, the answer was we will call you in one hour, first request was at 10:00 AM, we received the room at 14:30. When we receive the room the AC was not working. The concierge lady in the day of our checkin was very rude, when we mentioned the issue with the room and that the plunge pool was dirty, full of leaves and foam, she was giving the answer in Greek to one of her colleagues and they were replying in a more “politically correct “ way. After a the first night without AC , even if at the time when we received the room we were ensured that will be fixed, I had to report two more times till someone came to fix it. Plunge pool was always filled with leaves in front of our room, I was reporting it multiple times per day with minimal reaction from the staff. One night at the dinner in the Greek restaurant, the AC was dripping on the table, the solution from the stuff… they put an towel on the table to “ fix the problem “ , the didn’t offer another table because they were “fully booked “
