The location and the staff members. The rooms were also very good and spacious!

Everything was clean all the time, the staff was amazing, food was delicious, and we will definitely bring the other guests from Serbia.

It’s dated but still ok

Location was excellent. Very central to bars and restaurants but away from the noise of main hersonossos. Bar area was lovely by day and night right by the pool. Air con in room worked well. Room was quiet. Given a room to change in on last day as flight was late evening. Nice but basic breakfast.Bar food nice and good value, bar staff friendly.

The hotel doesn't look like the pictures. It's old and tired, both the rooms, the reception, the sunbeds.... The beds in the room were hard. Equipment in the room was very limited.Our umbrella stand on our balcony (which was in full sun a lot of the day) was broken and didn't come with an umbrella - we had bought a cheap one for the beach so I asked for the umbrella stand to be replaced, no action taken.Pool is deep throughout so floats needed to relax in there for any duration! Sunbeds are very limited in number, squashed in around the pool in a small area, rickety, and bagsied by 8am!

It is an atmospheric place that has internal courtyards and gardens, very relaxing. Great views. The hotel is close to the bars and restaurants. The water in the pools is clean. Relaxed staff. Good vibe in the pool area

The accommodation is VERY rustic. Nothing bad about it in itself, but it is so old that you will fail to find a usb port, a microwave, a hair dryer or any more or less contemporary tech in the rooms. This is not an issue in itself if this is what one expects when booking. We expected the hotel to be a bit more tech updated tbh, especially if you have little children. Apart from this everything was very old. The beds were very hard - not sure what goes on it, felt like there was something else other than a mattress. The baby cot did not have a mattress but just a folded thin'ish blanket wrapped with a full sized sheet - totally unacceptable in the modern times when baby stuff costs little and lasts long. The pool is extremely deep and goes down in depth very fast, so the incline is so steep you cannot really stand. The baby pool is pleasant though. The breakfast is rather poor. Cheap ingredients and products used and not much choice. Overall felt like this is one of the those places that does not cost much but even then is not worth the money you pay.

The location was great, supermarket opposite the hotel, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The photos must have been taken a while ago as the hotel needs repainting, around the pool is looking tired and the villas are very old fashioned. Lots of steps everywhere!

I had a beautiful room and was again surrounded by nature. Stunning thank you!

Mosquitos had a field day! Not the accommodation's fault something to be aware of.

Lovely accommodation in a great location. Spacious, clean rooms with stunning views. I really appreciated having a bath as opposed to only having a shower as my daughter struggles with the shower. Friendly and welcoming hosts, would definitely stay here again in the future.

The complex is beautifully built with the appartments surrounded by small gardens. Right at the centre of the village with easy accesibility to supermarkets and shops. The people working there were superb, polite and friendly.

Sick of getting to destination only to find place is not what you viewed on internet, rooms were old and tired looking place was in need of a good overhaul. Bed mattress was old and felt like sleeping on a brick, seats were old very uncomfortable, kitchen area was shabby cupboards water blown with quick paint touch up to try and cover rot Not what was shown on Booking.com Came home needing a holiday!!!!!

Great location in village. Gardens are wonderful. staff were exceptional and very helpful. Good facilities for small hotel.

Rooms good size but basic and require updating. Mattresses not very comfortable. Kitchen very basic. Pool loungers are old and some broken and not sufficient to go round when hotel is full. Needs more space around pool for guests to lounge. Paving through gardens could be made safer. Hotel not suitable for people with walking difficulties as steep stairs and slopes to navigate.

Balcony furniture very cheap and uncomfortable,Towels put on sunbeds very early in a morning and not actually laid on for half the day, not enough sunbeds for guests.Was suppose to be superior apartment?? But very dated and basic..Breakfast very overpriced for what you got.

Quite a lot of steps, down into the hotel, down to the room and also in the room. As the resort is built on a hill this can’t really be helped but may cause problems with people who have mobility issues. Not the most comfortable sun beds, and the parasols could do with being replaced as they collapse or blow over regularly

The room was dirty, the beds were terrible, ants on the counter, cloudy pool, not a good experience, left early.

The staff were excellent, helpful and pleasant. The apartment set up was well maintained and clean, surrounded by relaxing pleasant landscaping .The breakfast was adequate and the bar and bar snacks were good.

The lack of sun beds by the pool and there not being any control of the ones that were selfishly reserved by guests early and not even used. We had quite a long walk to our apartment which was a distance way up and down quite a few steps, this wasn't such a big deal but was when having to carry heavy cases

Very good location for local village shops and tavernas, very friendly staff and good service, the view from room 42 on the lower terrace is wonderful looking over hersonnisos Town and port

Due to being on a hillside there are alot steps, if you struggle with steps ask for apartment near the reception, but the quiet balconies are on the lower levels
