Not much… a bit difficult to find by car…. But parking behind hotel convenient…Breakfast good… excellent service

The location was right in the heart of the center of town. Authentic hotel that has been around for 4 generations. Got an upgraded room so had plenty of space. Wanted to have a true Austrian experience and this place delivered. Nice options for breakfast and provide alot of food for dinner! Christian & Heidi were amazing hosts and addressed all of needs. Great place to experience Kitzbuhel! One of the few hotels that offered parking. I would stay here again and would recommend!

This comment is good and bad. The good part is the hotel has parking (which very few others in the center of town offer). The downside is there are only a few spaces and the parking is really really tight!! A little hard to find how to drive to hotel. After driving on pedestrians only roads and having to back up since I went the wrong way on a one way street, we finally found the hotel and where to park. Loved the hotel but the parking was challenging but I guess that is the price you pay when staying in such a great location.

I liked everything - the location, hotel building, my room, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very attentive to my requests and wishes, I felt comfortable and relaxed.

Within 2 minutes of old town, comfortable, large with new bathrooms. Staff amazing.

Amazing stay at Eggerwirt. It was a perfect location for a few days of skiing. The walk to the gondola is 10 mins or less down the beautiful main streets. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us tips for skiing. The restaurant was excellent, including the breakfast. I highly recommend this stay!

A lovely hotel conveniently located in the old town of Kitzbuhel. The ski bus was just around the corner making it very easy to get to the Gondola. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was also fabulous. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed a wonderful 7 nights in this historical ,traditional hotel in charming Old Town. A sign on the building reads, " 3*** " but unquestionably this is a solid 4-star hotel. Huge bathroom with tub,modern bath fixtures and plenty of hot water.Large bedroom,comfortable bed.Pleasant front desk staff,always on duty. It's a one -minute walk around the corner to the compact main square of town. One can easily walk to the major ski gondola,and in 10 minutes, to the train station. The hotel's restaurant served excellent lunches and dinners . The included breakfast offered many healthful options including home-made fresh fruit cocktail,freshly-baked multi-grain breads ,plant based milk,nuts/seeds, etc. Consistently strong WiFi signal. Days after snowfall the town is storybook charming.

This has been a problem for me in all the hotels in Tyrol that are within the Old Towns: I cannot sleep with a window open due to night time traffic noise.There is very little traffic but that only means it's even more jarring when a car drives by the hotel. Not the hotel's fault. With windows closed the room is whisper quiet.

Great location, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Bedrooms are bigger than expected.

The location is convenient to town and we could walk to the ski lift. The restaurant is very good and the staff are friendly. Would love to stay here again! We really enjoyed our stay at Eggerwirt.

Breakfast was not great — breads were stale both days, overall selection was basic, and lower quality.

We were in love with this place. The hotel and restaurant were very clean and in a perfect condition. I have remark the staff, it was very professional and very friendly specially the guy in the reception, he help us to solve many questions about our trip, I will definitely be back.
