    Pros +

    • It is my second time in Maria Theresia. I enjoyed my stay again. Location is really good and staff was so helpful. Breakfast is good enough and there is a perfect SPA area in the hotel.
    • Cozy hotel very conveniently located next to Kitz Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to the main Gondola. Cozy lounge with very friendly staff, good drinks and a fireplace gave it a real ski chalet type atmosphere. Descent size, clean rooms were a bit too rustic but very comfortable. Excellent facilities - the breakfast selection was extensive and very good, and the various saunas after a day of skiing were perfect. After dinners in town, we would call it a night with a drink at the lounge area by the fireplace. Overall, highly recommended.
    • The room was much more spacious than I expected. The view from the balcony and up the Hahnenkamm was spectacular. The bar and lounge area was comfortable and cozy and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The breakfast was a lovely assortment of continental items with options for hot food from the kitchen. The one night we ate in at the hotel restaurant (pre-notification of participation required) was delicious and very well prepared. If you are a skier it is an easy walk (about 5 minutes) from the hotel to the Hahnenkammbahn. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

    Cons -

    • Rooms were a bit too rustic style but that’s a personal preference. Our windows faced Main Street and the neon lights from the shops across the street were an overkill but the shades would take care of it.
    • Honestly cannot think of a thing.
    • Staff were a little unfriendly, could be cleaner

Great location, nice facilities and great breakfast

Staff was so friendly, room was almost perfect with a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was good enough and meet my expectations. Car park is not in the hotel but it is maximum 5 minutes on foot, so I can't say I was unhappy with that. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Great location and lovely staff. Fabulous breakfast and Easter morning they had several Easter offerings. I was given a room with a lovely balcony. It was such a lovely older hotel. It even had keys for the rooms.

Not much it was so sweet. A nice large room.

As Americans we don't often stay at hotels for such a high level of hospitality! We were overly impressed by the employees, the cleanliness, and the amenities especially the spa! We did the half board so our dinner was served to us every night, it felt like a true luxurious experience, and our server Ivana took extra good care of us giving us good tips in the area and becoming one of our friends. The whole experience made us feel like locals/family! We skied all three days of our stay, and the short walk in the morning was perfect to keep us away from the louder aprés about close enough to easily get to the mountain each morning and home in the afternoon. We will cherish our time in Kitzbühel at the Q!

Our stay at the Q! Hotel in Kitzbuhel was truly unforgettable, especially thanks to Marina. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from local recommendations to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Her hospitality and attentiveness made such a difference, turning a great trip into an exceptional one. Thank you, Marina—we can’t wait to return!

    Breakfast is good

Pillows are very bad, no big mirror in the room, no drawers, bed side table are very small you can’t put your phone

My stay was exquisite from the warm welcome to tasteful recent decorating with mix of Tyrolean and modern to enjoying a drawn bath to delicious breakfast buffet to a parting gift.

The hotel is right in the centre of Kitzbühel. My room was clean and comfortable with a view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lift was quite small so I wasn’t able to take my granddaughter in her pushchair up in it to see my room.

Very helpful and attentive staff, good choice at breakfast

Although dinner was very good I would have preferred a wider choice of menu

    8DagPosted on: 6-4-2024

Nice and quiet, a good bar. We got an upgrade with a bigger room.

No aircon. In summer it will be hot!

    9ChrisPosted on: 5-15-2024

Great breakfast. Central location, short flat walk to main town street.

    9TeresaPosted on: 4-29-2024

The hotel was excellent. The area for leaving ski equipment was warm and spacious. The sauna area was great and the small gym a bonus. Best of all was the excellent lounge/bar area in the hotel - very well decorated and made for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food available.

The menu for the evening meal was very restricted so we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evenings at all. The hotel was also some way from the lifts. I'd estimate about 800m so that's a long way carrying skis.

Not much. This is a old hotel that is need of much maintenance and upgrades. It is a once elegant hotel living on its past reputation.

Most significant was the room security. The door locks are worn out do not work properly usually taking many tries to operate at all.

Carlos from the front desk made the experience a pleasure and was extremely helpful. Always went out of his way to asssit with a smile. He made this vacation super amazing. Erick at the bar was super friendly too.

Clara at front desk was a miserable and unhappy person everyday. She gave the impression that she hates her job. If you are going to greet people that are coming from far away on very long flights, the person must be accommodating and friendly. When we got there, I asked if my meals/dinner were included with the charge, she said NO. Turns our all our dinners were included in the price we paid and we ended up going out to different restaurants every night, we find this out the last night we were there. Awful experience with her!!!
