Pros +
- The hotel has wonderful breakfast, good in variety and quality. Premises are designed with style and made with quality. Very good gym area and wellness area. Staff is friendly. The hotel is very nice if you get to stay in the main building.
- The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. Amazing view, amazing wellness centre. Breakfast was just perfect so yummy. Staff were super friendly . We had an amazing time thank you
- Beautiful, great food, great service
Cons -
- I did not like to be moved to nearby guest house and walk to main building for check-in, check out, breakfast and wellness center. At the moment of booking nothing suggested that my room will be in another building 200 meteres down the road. Later I received message that my stay will be in guest house and not main hotel. To be clear - the guesthouse is nice classic Austrian chalet, there is nothing wrong with that apart from the fact that all the services are in another building and design is dated compared to the main building.
- Everything was perfect
- Noisy room, we could hear the noise from the stairs and hall and were woken up a few times

Everything was perfect
Beautiful, great food, great service
Noisy room, we could hear the noise from the stairs and hall and were woken up a few times
Excellent, comfortable, healthy food and healthy sleep. Spa was great. Franz, Nina, Matthias and one lady serving breakfast were outstanding.
Compared to Bad Kirchler Hotel in Hintertux and many other hotels we have stayed at, the other members of staff could be trained in interacting better with guests. I am not talking about language barriers but about perceiving and really giving the feeling of being welcomed.
Great Spa, great sport activities, fitness room and food. Very calm rooms, bed was very comfortable.
Although the hotel seemed a bit understaffed, with many guests and limited staff support, we barely noticed thanks to Luka's exceptional efforts. He went above and beyond to ensure guests didn’t have to wait too long. We'll definitely be returning!
Fantastic facilities, beautifully appointed hotel, delicious food, brilliant cocktails, and simply top-notch staff who truly care.
We liked staying in the cabin while having access to hotel facilities. Everything is organized perfectly: breakfast sitt
Amazing spa& wellness facilities, beautiful sauna with panorama view
That I stayed only 6 nights :-)
It is really well located. The wellness is 18+, making it relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi are really nice.
They sold us a room in another room that was not worth 4 stars, 2 stars max. Safe didn’t work, no cleaning kit in the bathroom, translucent curtains, ripped bathrobe. I put a note for the cleaning staff to fix the safe but they ignored it. Whenever we went to talk to the staff to report a problem or ask for something, we were treated like we asked for too much (reporting sauna not working, asking for our wellness package, sitting together with another room at breakfast).
Localization, wellness, food
I have asked to get our room on the same building as welness- it was written we got the room in tje same building but not done- finally we were localized in separate building in the opposite area than wellness using many elevators with walking in our bathrobe from wellness with wet hair and face redness from sauna in front of all dining people or people in lobby drinking. For my 75 year old mother was very dehonestong, and so for me. Also breakfast tables were not possible to use even there was no one in the breakfast room- we had to walk far aeai almost to the reception with every single cup of kafee, tea which then meal then juice... Staff was not willing to let us sit in the empty breakfast room, we were 7.15 there. Young couples could sat there an my 75 year old mather had to walk almost to the reception.I am very dissappiointed by breakfast service and organization of use of tables in such high level of services hotel we have chosen due to welness and comfort for my eldwrly mother. I have never seen in similar hotels such bad brekfast service organization.
We booked a room in guesthouse wildschutz. During the booking process it wasn't clear at all, that this is a separate old building, completely different than the hotel, there is no single picture of it in hotel description.
Great breakfast, egg bar, fresh pastries, selection of butter, honey, very good orange juice, etc. Large outdoor pool, nice and well heated, Finnish sauna. Accommodation met expectations, description corresponds to reality.
Reception staff. We arrived by bike and she looked at us like we didn't belong there. All we got from her was poor information about the accommodation, no information about breakfast, all on request.
Staff were good, breakfast was supper
They should put a photo of guest house in booking.com people book the hotel 4 star when going there they saying you need to go 200m faraway to our guest house. Also the email you the guest house when you can not cancel your bookin
Bad
The guest house is the scariest place I’ve ever been to. DO NOT BOOK. filled with dead animals, skulls and stuff, straight out of a horror film. we got a panic attack after being there for 2 mins and had to pay 220€ extra for a normal room (2 nights). The staff at the hotel was rude and you could see they don’t want tourists that aren’t German/Austrian there. They were cold, ignored requests, answered in German despite understating English. And if you wake up before 7 am, there’s no place you can get/make a coffee. which is insane. no fridge/kettle in the room???? awful. cant even make yourself a cup of coffee when waking up at 6/5!!!! the staff was super rude when I asked too. The gym was dirty. Don’t go here.
l loved the relaxation rooms and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. It’s wonderful to be able to swim while it snows.
There was one person at reception who was shockingly rude to me when I simply wanted help about an open grocery store on Easter Monday (Google had been inaccurate the day before.) I got my question answered by a clerk from a hotel across the street! That interaction soured the experience for me.The room was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. The showers had great water pressure, too. There was no mini-fridge in the room. If you were not signed up for snack and dinner, you did not have access to snacks and drinks besides expensive options at the bar. This made it tricky as a solo traveller.
Very nice staff, good location, good breakfast,
Everything. The staff are very friendly and do their jobs extremely well (special shout out to Robert, Antonio and Ackie). Nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional, particularly the five-course dinner, which is extremely good value for money. The chef and the rest of the kitchen team deserve high praise for turning out such refined food every night that would not be out of place in a high-end fine dining restaurant. The facilities were great, particularly the heated outdoor pool and superbly equipped gym, which we enjoyed using after a day’s skiing.
Nothing. This was my third visit and the standards of the hotel remain exceptionally high. It’s a great place to stay whether you ski or not.
The spa facilities and area are so good and also the food was excellent
It is a bit far from the ski lift
Lots of variety to choose from, staff was very friendly and attentive. The omelet station was a very big hit. Hats of the lady on the omelet station!!
