The location was very nice, the Christmas decorations were amazing

The pool area was a bit shabby, the pool staff and the restaurant staff were not very service oriented, our room didn’t have enough towels/robes or beds made for the amount of people we had.

Looks nice , but some updates required.

Good location, but major room & service issues (balcony privacy = zero)I stayed 2 nights at Alpin Resort in Poiana Brașov. The location is good, but overall it was disappointing and I’d rate it 2–3/5.Bathroom: The shower floor is very slippery and water leaks out next to the glass, flooding the whole bathroom (poor sealing/construction).The heater makes a loud noise at night — we had to turn it off to be able to sleep.Balcony (biggest issue): There is no privacy at all. On both left and right sides there’s open space where neighbors can walk by, and it’s not visually separated, so you end up seeing everyone on the floor and they can see you (especially at night with windows/curtains open). Also the balcony door didn’t lock properly (broken lock), which felt unsafe. I’m attaching photos.Housekeeping/towels: After asking housekeeping to come the next day, later reception refused to give us 2 clean towels in the evening and said only housekeeping can provide them “tomorrow”, which is not acceptable when towels are soaked due to bathroom flooding.Valet parking: “Included valet” was poorly organized — no one was there on arrival, I waited in the check-in line just to hear “we’ll call him”, then after waiting outside in snow I was basically told to park myself in tight, unsafe snowy spots behind the hotel, while many closer spots were blocked with “no parking” signs.Not the level I expected for this hotel

I liked that the property was very clean, the staff from reception and restaurant was very kind, helpful. The food was very good, recommended!

At the spa was a big bold man which closed the jacuzzi very early, at 17 o’clock instead the spa area was open until 20 o’clock.

We liked the room the food and the location

Room looks very modern and nice, love the fireplace, the big pool and spa, breakfast with good variety and very good food at a la carte restaurant.

The shower tray from the room was clogged and the water wouldn't drain, the hotel was too crowded and not everybody was “good quality people”, a bit pricey.

A perfect hotel The staff hotel kind and professional Front Office Manager is a very nice person and give us the best service possible

The room temperature very very hot… 26+C with no possibility of adjust according to your needs

We stayed in the apartments section of the hotel. The apartment itself was huge, with two bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - and a very spacious living room. Once we figured out how to adjust the radiators the atmosphere inside became wonderfully comfortable, especially with the towel warmer as an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent, offering a large selection of food and running conveniently from 7:30 to 10:30.We also booked treatments at the hotel’s spa, which we enjoyed very much and found to be fairly priced, with the only real downside being the lack of snow, though of course that’s not something the hotel can control.

As for the room setup, there was really no need for two mini-fridges in one apartment, especially since both were filled with groceries for sale and left no space for our own food, which felt a bit strange considering there was also a microwave in the room, although I assume we could have simply asked to have the contents removed; additionally, I didn’t realize that asking the barman to prepare my coffee instead of serving myself from the machine would cost extra, as there was no indication of this, but since it was only 17 Lei it ultimately wasn’t a big deal.

It is really client-oriented! If there are problems, they solve them immediately, literally. I am sorry that I cannot give more than 10 out 10 for the professional team of this hotel!

Well… parking is not a dream, but manageable. Another small thing: I could follow the TV program the neighbor watched, but otherwise good isolation of the rooms.

Even if it's a large hotel that looks awesome from the marketing pictures, it's not that well maintained. You can rapidly see that when entering the hotel through the rotating door which looks 30 years old. It's kind of strange that some part of the hotel looks renovated and some not. Other negative things to mention:- while arriving, the cover of the bathroom door was half unglued- most parking spots in front of the hotel were "reserved" and not usable, so you could literarily have no place to stop your car to drop off family and luggage- the big pool in the SPA area was supposed to have 28 Celsius degrees, at least from was mentioned on the panel near the pool, but was more like 21 degrees, at most, making it difficult to stay for long inside. Otherwise, nice pool- Alpin Magic Land is supposed to be a nice place to stay with the kids, but there was a strong sewage smell- air conditioning in the room was a joke, a passive radiator in the wall making only noise instead of hot or cold air- there was a nice intermittent vibration noise in the room, starting each evening until the morning

The spa experience was wonderful and restored my energy after a long summer of hosting traveler at my cazare. The staff showed concern over our enjoyment of our short time with them.

The staff is great and it feels that the vest majority of them will do all they can to provide you the best service possible

The hotel is clean, in a good location. The family room was huge, convenient and well equpped. The pool and spa are great and clean. Breakfast was good and diverse.

The TVs in the bedrooms were small and old - no smart tv, only analog channels (the TV in the living room was a large smart tv). Wifi was very bad - slow rate to not working at all.

Great location and so many facilities. The room was very nice, the indoor/outdoor pool, all the kids activities and the staff was very friendly

All the staff was very helpful and nice , always smiling and ready to assist ( reception , restaurant , kids play area )

Great food restaurant was fantastic

Air conditioner wasn't working properly considerably uncomfortable as the weather outside was 30. Staff did nothing and and check out no form of compensation

Everything, the spot, the view, the facilities, the food, the smell even. The whole place leaves a good impression and will come back soon. The staff is very attentive to details. We were fortunate to get upgraded to a junior suite, we also had a birthday so the hotel also sent a complimentary champagne to our room!! Thank you!

Clean and confy room, good food, helpful staff, facilities for babies, the indoor pool clean and big enough, excellent breakfast.

There were some differences between the prices listed on the menu and the actual prizes. Also, small incident of arrogance from the waiter on the breakfast. Even if they have a lot of facilities for babies, there is no bathroom or place to change your baby’s diaper if you are outside of the room, somewhere in the hotel
