The place was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and smelled nice. I really liked the key card access system, made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. The location was great too, under 10 minutes to get anywhere in the Old City center.

I loved the cozy, boutique feel of the hotel—it felt very personalized and intimate.I appreciated how well-maintained the hotel was; everything felt fresh and clean.

The property is absolutely stunning, featuring charming and comfortable rooms, and it's conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the iconic Black Church and the bustling main square of the Old City!

I have no complaints.

Location is a very brief walk to the old town, plenty of cafes, restaurants locally, although its quite a distance from the railway station. Staff not always around but were always cheerful and helpful. Coffee machine in-room was a morning bonus! Organ recital in the Black Church nearby is recommended. Recommended cafes nearby: Veganismo and Omlett

No power point in the bathroom, no safe, parquetry in need of an update

There's no coffee mashine in the room, like they say. But the hotel is very close to Piata Sfatului, so... morning walk.

The whole experience was great: from the ease of checking in, to contacting the host, the location is perfect, the staff helpful and friendly, big room, comfortable mattress and pillow, it had everything we needed. We will surely come here again. #AHiddenGem

Lack of parking space.

Hotel Ottimo is a boutique hotel located in the heart of the city of Brasov - steps away from Biserica Neagra, Piața Sfatului, etc. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around - modern and traditional food.Hotel is new, tastefully decorated, very clean and functional. During my stay owners were all the time in location, very nice and helpful, which I find a big plus.I highly recommend Hotel Ottimo for a pleasant stay in Brasov!

Was everything really, really clean and nice ? I make the.Reservation at the same night and was perfectly rady the staff forus 5 peopleand 3 children. 100%.Ready ready for the check in . The Staff ready for you really amazing.

A newly renovated boutique hotel right in the heart of Brasov, with very clean and incredibly quiet rooms. The personnel is very nice and helpful (Good job, Catalin!), good facilities, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms and baths. And all of these for such a good price! I will come back here, for sure!

No parking, but traffic should be forbidden in that area.

Central, camere si bai spatioase. Variantele de iluminat ambiental din camera. Cafea si mini bar. Curat.

Perfect location. The room was beautiful with lots of natural light thanks to the many skylights. Comfortable bedding.
