Comfy bed and renovated room and bathroom

No parking, only limited availability for 10 euro per day extra charge. The floor was shaking, every step made the door and furniture to shake and make noises.

It was clean, comfortable, very good breakfast with a lot of variations. We liked everything and we are coming again. Thank you!

Everything was perfect

We stayed in the older building and it had a lot of character. I was in a room on the top floor, and it was really spacious and beautiful. Plus, the dormer windows open, so I was able to cool down the room at night to get a restful sleep. Parking was also incredible. Brasov is a difficult city to find parking, but with the hotel's dedicated parking lot, that wasn't a problem for us. Since we were driving every day, this was the most important feature for us.

While the rooms had air conditioning, the system was quite finicky and didn't always cool down the rooms. I, luckily, had a room with lots of windows that I could open at night to cool the room down, but several of my friends mentioned that their rooms only had one window, so their rooms stayed warm, even at night.

Our suite is large and clean. We like the location, about a 10 minute walk to the main square. The hotel provides parking.

Our room’s decor is bland. The breakfast buffet is mediocre. Fried eggs were over cooked and cold. Egg strata was cold.

Paid for a room with 2 beds for 2 people. They charged me additional money for sheets on the second bed! Unacceptable and should be refunded.No elevators and no assistance with luggage up/down stairs.No manager available to speak with

he reason I booked this hotel was because the description said there was AC in the rooms — a complete lie.There was no AC, and nothing to cool the room. I spoke with Dragosh at the reception about it, and he called the manager/owner to find a solution. Shockingly, she started yelling at him so loudly we could hear it. Dragosh was just trying to help us.The manager also treated us like we were idiots, saying, “Open the windows and in five minutes it’ll be cool.” We tried, but it didn’t help — it was nearly 30°C in the room.I told the reception this was unfair, as AC was the main reason I chose this hotel. They promised we would receive compensation — we received nothing. They lied just to quiet us.The water pressure in the shower was awful — so low that it took us twice as long to shower.The breakfast was okay, but often when items ran out, they either weren’t refilled or took too long.Also, this hotel is not suitable for older people. There are many stairs, and with no AC and the heat in the room, it’s exhausting — even dangerous.
