Perfect price / quality ratio.Modern and spacious rooms.Large balcony.Quality breakfast with a variety of products and even warm muffins.Friendly and helpful staff. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and friendly, she made us feel like home.

The curtain was broken, the kettle didn't work, the pool and gym were closed, but other than that it was nice.

Breakfast was fine, staff was incredible nice!!! The room was incredible, all details were very carefully arranged!!

More staff should be hired in the kitchen, so that orders shouldn't take so long, lemonade should rapidly be included in the menu, soups should also be available in the evening as well!!!

They didnt had hot water during our stay, so we had to take shower with cold water, after a freezing day. The explanantion was that the water had been turned off by the supplier...

Generous breakfast, with multiple options to choose from. Lounge and reception area of the hotel is lovely. Bonus that it has 2 elevators.

At reception staff mentioned that they don’t have many bookings, yet we were given a room on the 5th floor (loft room) that did not have a straight ceiling and with an under 2 year old not the full room space could have been used. Awful smell in the bathrooms, coming up from the tap’s waste pipe. At the breakfast would be nice to implement an alternative option milk/yoghurt for those with allergies.

Everything was ok, clean room, stable wi-fi connection, nice breakfast.

Huge room, comfy bed, very good breakfast and private parking. Quiet place except some noisy young guests. The receptionist tried to help and give suggestions. Good to visit Brașov without the hassle of parking and expensive prices.

Lack of amenities in the room, poor wifi in the room. No towel hangers. Last day no hot water in the morning. No restaurant, neither nearby nor drinks or vending machine.

The stay at Hotel Soimul was pleasant. Room was clean and reception staff was friendly. The breakfast was served at the table by the waiter which met our expectations.

The hotel was in renovation at the time of our stay. The gym and sauna was not in use, which we have not been informed about.Also the restaurant was closed for afternoons and evenings. There were no facilities to entertain the guests during their stay due to poor weather.A coffee machine in the reception lobby would be a bonus for the guests to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Very good price quality ratio. Cosy rooms. Super location. Parking available. Good breakfast.

the location was good for sight seeing and what a sight there was with the mountains

for a first time visitor it wasn't clear how to get into brasov centre by transport of any kind.also would have liked a double bed instead of a single bed

I liked the lady who served us in the restaurant. A very kind and pleasant figure. The location of the hotel is good, close to the bus station, and I think they do offer shuttle for the ski sloaps. The room had a beautiful view towards the mountains.

The rooms need urgent updates- old furniture, old bathroom facilities, and the smell of cigarettes are impregnated in the furniture all over the room, even in the bathroom. I had a double room with a twin bed , not so comfortable. I wouldn't marke it as a 3-star hotel, though.

Good location in middle of forest, quite, mountain air- perfect, breakfast was good, you have several options

The room was spacious enough, quite clean and smelled good.It was quiet, so we could rest well.

The dishes from breakfast were not clean! I tried 3 coffee cups in order to find one clean enough.The liquid soap container in the shower was empty.

Room was clean, warm, comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, enough variety for everyone and refill was done in time. The parking in front of the hotel was almost always full, but still could find a spot every day, if arrived earlier. Personnel from reception, cleaning and restaurant was helpful and always polite. We appreciate helping us with a little earlier check in. It is several minutes walk to the bus station Poiana Mare, aprox. 600 m, and one more stop to reach the slopes (telegondola Postavarul).

Lunch and dinner choices were pretty limited for us, although there could be several choices for others. During the first two days there was no hot water, but mainly somehow warm, not enough for a bath. This improved for the rest of the stay. Sometimes only one elevator was functioning which increased waiting time during busy hours in the morning.
