Location is nice, friendly staff and breakfast was ok.

There was a chlorine smell on all corridors coming from the pool most probably which was a bit unpleasant and although I specifically asked for an invoice twice (while making the reservation on booking.com and when I got to the hotel at the reception) and although I provided the business details for it, they didn't sent it to me until I called them back after 3 weeks when I realized I didn't got the invoice. They finally issued it but it was for the next month...

I liked the view of the hotel, location near trampolines and a cable car, close to the bus that takes to the city - Brasov. The pool at the hotel is large, the jacuzzi outside is pleasantGood breakfast with a beautiful view

The rooms are really, really small and not spacious and the worst thing is that there is no air conditioner!

Excellent location, excellent view, huge territory, all the facilities you might need, very friendly personnel, nice food, parking.

Not a huge deal, but still ...Small room, beds take all space. Hard to find a place to just sit down not on the bed (we expected it to be slightly larger).Glass walls in the bathroom is a questionable solution, both from visibility and quietness perspectives.Shower valve was broken (producing either hot or cold water, it took some practice to find a right position)

We stayed 2 days.The first day was ok and the second day they decided to clean all the facilities in regards to the all acces spa,so all morning we didn't have acces to the sauna or special showers.This cleaning should be done earlier before the opening hours so the client can have acces,as described in the reservation...

The room, pool, sauna and restaurant were great

Guest should have the ability to utilize the gym earlier than 9am to be able to exercise early before breakfast. I assume same goes for the pool/sauna.

Very near the slopes, ski rental and ski school on site.The spa is brilliant, modern gym, great food in the restaurant (a la carte)

On Friday / Saturday nights the corridors were very noisy with children running around.

Room was smell really bad from the carpet or the shower sewerage..Shower was terrible didn't had water pressure at all and always hot cold hot...Kids club was empty and not clean..Location was far away from main gondola to blue slope

The staff working in the hotel was friendly. The food was very delicious. Especially the a la carte restaurant was good

the rooms were very small. We could barely fit in with 1 adult, 10 and 15 year old children. If you open a suitcase in the room, there is no space left. The closet is small, and with snow clothes, there is no space left. The hotel is 100 m away from the ski slopes. As the snow melts, you are covered in mud while walking to the track. When you benefit from the hotel's ski school's instructors, ski equipment and ski pass, there is no advantage because you are a hotel customer. You pay the same fee as everyone else. Then why should I rent from a hotel? Not only will you be covered in mud, but you also run the risk of falling with your ski shoes. If you want to take lessons from the same instructor, you have to pay extra per hour. Instead of normally giving a discount if you take packaged lessons, they charged me 50 ron more per hour just because I wanted the same instructor for 4 days.

very nice relaxing spa. beautiful location.

no ac so too hot for a summer stay like we had. mattresses were too soft for us.and they hold events, including a very loud wedding on one of the nights which made it difficult to get any sleep until after midnight.

We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant one evening, there was a DJ playing club music, it was too loud to enjoy a calm dinner

The standart rooms are pretty small.If you have the chance to have in the neighbour room children you will hear the noise.
