Location and the stuff.

No air condition. You can open the windows for air. But for me it is not enough. Maybe it is my bad that I missed the information that there IA no Air condition.

It was exactly as described. The appartment is big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast in fair, it s ok. I think it was a good value for money !

The property looks better in reality than in the picture. High quality of the design, furniture, room all together. Big parking spaces. Nice breakfast.

Large room, comfortable beds, clean, polite staff.

Heating plant very noisy, it was placed in the living room and 2 meters away from the bed, couldn't sleep well.Impossible to take the dinner at the property, children from the camp had priority/exclusivity.

Breakfast was good, decent selection of variaties. Reception staff was very friendly and warm. Villa apartment was very clean besides a minor miss out. Check in and out process was made very simple with digital passcode instead of key card, so no manual check out was necessary.

We moved the 3 single beds close to each other and found some dirt and garbage underneath one of the beds. Would be good for the cleaning staff to clean underneath the beds after every guest checks out.

The location was lovely. The suit was spacious, beds were comfortable and the toiletries smelled lovely. Clean beddings and towels were included too. Comfortable chairs were on the balcony as well. Breakfast was delicious!

Would’ve liked tea and coffee sachets to be included in the room. And the bathroom was only about 80% clean which was a shame as it took away from the experience.

The apartment was good, clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Location is excellent, being right at the main road leading to Brasov and Rasnov and having enough distance to the area with dozens of hotels. And the staff is happy to have a chat. Nice people

There were a few minor issues. When reported, the staff was able to provide a adequate solution.

Old furniture,room and bath are small

The stuff was very kind and welcoming. The food was very good - cooked as soon as possible after we ordered so it was really fresh food. Also the breakfast had enough options.Very clean rooms with new and comfortable beds. Also the room that I had was very big.I consider this place to be very good value for the money.

Some elements are a bit old, but what matters the most was ok - as I said on the positive side - clean room and good bad, big room with clean carpet.

Breakfast was not sophisticated but it was plentiful and included freash eggs, fruit, and pretty good coffee. Staff were very kind. Super large apartment, very warm and clean. Perfect for post-ski relaxing and freshening up.

The restaurant was not very welcoming as it was large and empty of people. This is not really down to the resort, more that everyone was out skiing and eating elsewhere. Noisy boiler heating the room - may not be an issue to people who are not light sleepers and I'd rather take the lovely warmth than have it cold and quiet.

The stuff is very nice and friendly. And in the is very warm. We like the breakfast that was already included, very good and delicious food

I didn’t like the toilet in the dining house- no heating and hot water.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.The interior garden and parking are safe for the children to play.

We had an excellent New Year experience at this place! At the last moment, I booked this great room with the view at mountains with king-sized bed. We met our neighbors at the new year party at the restaurant of this hotel and there we understood that they are our neighbors and now our friends! We experienced amazing fireworks just in front our restaurant and also from the balcony of our room. We had free parking just in front of the villa. It is situated very close to Poiana Brasov and Brasov city. We had grate experience with all the staff, welcoming and friendly. The price was a little bit high but I booked just a day or two before the New year so I assumed it. On the hangover we ate "ciorba de potroace" which I recommend from the bottom of my heart!

The buildings look pretty outside.Pretty flowers. The waiter at the restaurant was so nice!

Villa 3, room 34:1. There was a clearly missing side table on one of the bed sides. 2. one of the bulbs above the sink was out3. A hand towel had a hole & a bed sheet had a stain.4. Front desk didn’t provide Wi-Fi password, went back to the front desk but the reception was locked out and nobody was there. There were no Wi-Fi password was found anywhere in the room. 5. Wi-Fi was very weak.
