Marcella who owns the property can’t do enough for you. Really accommodating even made us cake. Lovely B&B great breakfast and it was everything we needed. Rooms cleaned every day and coffee was amazing.

Cozy little Hotel in the Heart of campitello. Marcela is very friendly and helpful with everything, you ask her. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are clean, big balcony. All in all big recommendation, we come back!

Unfortunately only white bread for breakfast, typical for italy. The heat in the room was non-stop hot, no possibility to regulate. We needed to sleep with open window.

Marchella was warm and friendly and very helpful. One of those people you instantly like. The view out of our wundow was fantastic. We were in room 302. Beautiful mountains. The breakfast was excellent, big range of food options and great coffee.

We were sorry to leave. Wish all accommodation in the Dolomites was this high standard.

The owner was such a kind woman, cakes were divine, amazing breakfast and very comfortable rooms with breath taking views! Towels,bed sheets etc were clean and fresh and everything about the room was perfect! Kudos to housekeeping every day as well!We were so pleased we chose this place, it was beyond our expectations and we would definitely come back here again ! Much love from A&A from Latvia

Family run. We were late to arrive but got a response and we're let in duly. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options and freshly made tea or coffee to order. Location was excellent, with plethora of cafes and restaurants around and a spectacular view of the dolomite peaks from the balcony. Town centre was also a short walk away. Parking was available

A decent place, clean - everyday cleaning and a very good breakfast - if you like good coffee, than this is your place. Warm water in the shower almost instantly. Just a few steps from a good restaurant.

Very nice owner Marcela. Good breakfast. Location close to ski lift, restaurants, brewery. There is also a bar at the property.

The bed covers were a sheet and a blanket, I prefer quilt and cover.

Great place! very good location, bus station 40 meters, restaurants around, ski rent in the building. Great and tasty breakfast. Owner Marcella is wonderful & very helpful. we enjoyed our vacation in Garni Festil and totally recommend this place

The place exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, pleasant and within walking distance of the gondola. The owners are great and accommodating.

I had initially booked this without any expectations, I just knew that I needed a place to stay for the night but I was quite impressed! I was by myself for this stay, and I felt so comfortable in my room. It was perfect for what I needed. Spacious bathroom, really comfy bed, and a balcony as a bonus! I checked-in with a very lovely lady and told her I was going to be leaving early the next morning and they had packed a lunch to go for me which I really appreciated.

Wonderful accommodation, very tasty breakfast, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, we will be happy to come back here
