Fantastic staff, very close to Belvedere gondola, yummy salads and delicious food. We very much enjoyed our stay at Ramon.

Very spacious single room, extremely clean and with an amazing view of the mountains! Staff was always super friendly. Superb breakfast with lots of choice(highly recommend the omelette). Every day different menu for dinner, the food was simply amazing!

The breakfast was delicious, the room was very clean and the bed confortable. I would stay there again

We liked the large balcony and location of the hotel.

When we arrived to our room, there was a dirty towel left from the previous guest in the bathroom and one of the lights next to the bed was broken. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The service was ok and the dinner was not great. We only stayed one night and wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are big, location is very beautiful in a small city you have everything you need by foot. Breakfast was nice, a bit from everything and we had dinner one night from two, very delicious! Must try! Staff absolutely friendly. Also there is the spa which you can book it privately 12€ per person for one hour, it was nice to relax.in the room are all the toiletries that you need. Really comfortable.

It was a beautiful spot. Good location. Clean.

The shower head was adjustable and did not stay at a height appropriate for using the shower. The locking mechanism was broken and the shower head would fall down at about shoulder height. We reported this to the staff upon checkout. Also, the restaurant was only open from 7-8pm for dinner. We arrived at 7pm and were told that we would need to find somewhere else.

Lovely hotel at perfect location. Our room was very nice and with big balcony. There's a bike storage room as well. Our dog was welcome too, even for breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Great location, friendly staff, clean and I would go back.

Our neighbors smoked so had to close the window i. The middle of the night which was too bad. Maybe all the smokers should stay on the top floor so no one else has to smell them smoking (outdoors).

The hotel staff was not friendly or helpful. The facility was okay, but not worth the price point. Fantastic location for skiing at Val di Fassa.

We spent four nights at the Hotel Ramon. It was well located and easily accessible the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One day we left the hotel before breakfast time and they packed us breakfast. The room was nice, clean and well equipped.

We were here between seasons so had few choices for lodging, but we were so lucky to find this place! The staff were very attentive, pleasant, and fluent in several languages. The most amazing part was the food- beautiful and elegant dinner options and an extensive Grappa/liquer bar. The breakfast leaned towards sweets/grains, but freshly cooked eggs were available as well. The coffee was proper espresso too! The location is excellent, near the lift for Col Rodella and a nice pathways walk to Canazei if desired. The room is small but very functional, and the balcony offered a lovely place to sit after dinner and enjoy the sunset.

the doors/walls turn out to be thin and easy to hear through, so a noisy family down the hall was a bit disruptive but that was not the fault of the staff. As is the case wherever we have stayed in Europe, there are many smokers, and neighbors smoking on their porch may make leaving the patio door open less appealing.

The sound isolation is terrible. I was probably lucky to have silent neighbors but my room was right above the kitchen area which means non stop noice between 5-10pm and 6:30am-…Not to mention the (outside) neighbor’s dogs barking non stopAnd to complete this picture: the shower sink was blocked so water quickly spilled on the bathroom floor. But I didn’t want to stay too long in the bathroom anyway given the horrible smell of catpiss !All in all, I do not recommend this hotel unless you plan on wearing earplugs during your entire stay

Really close to the funivia (cable car) to Col Rodello which has an amazing view. Also very close to downtown and to the park with putt-putt, climbing wall and adventure park. Great breakfast

The restaurant at dinner only had a fixed priced menu, which included a lot of courses. The food was good and 30 euros for a full dinner is a good deal if you have a big appetite, but if you only want a soup you should go somewhere else.
