Location was good, large rooms, staff was very efficient and friendly. A breakfast and dinner were the positive surprises, for quality and quantity. Overall very good value for money and a family friendly environment.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rododendro. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Both breakfast and dinner were of high quality, with a great variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel is very convenient, almost in the middle of the village and close to grocery and sporting goods stores. It made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free.

it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the closest ski lift, which can feel like a long walk with ski boots on. There is a ski bus stop right at the hotel, but the buses were often very crowded as this stop is one of the last before reaching the lift. Despite this, our overall experience was very positive.

The hotel/staff were great, service was good and a reasonably large bar area. The rooms are a good size and beds were comfortable.

The only real downside was breakfast. I think they could do a little better with a few more options. A new coffee machine or two would be good, the queue was 5/6 people waiting as it was very slow.

We had a lovely stay here! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are so cute! We really liked our room.

There was brown water coming out of the sink at one point and the matrasses were quite uncomfortable but still we really loved it here.

It was our second stay at this property and it has only confirmed our first impressions - the staff as well as the management are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the location is splendid.

We stayed at this hotel after hearing good recommendations, but unfortunately our experience was bad. During our stay, we encountered a disrespectful attitude from the hotel staff. After we left they tried to accuse us of breaking the bathroom, and even though we had nothing to do with it, the hotel staff tried to blame us for the act. The general feeling we got from the staff was that they were looking to blame us for any mishap that occurred at the hotel. Instead of providing professional service and accepting responsibility for the hotel's facilities, the whole problem was placed on our shoulders, which was very unpleasant. In conclusion, do not recommend this hotel due to the disrespectful customer attitude and mismanagement of issues. There were hotels where we enjoyed much more the service and the attitude towards the guests.

Got a good deal for a night. Breakfast is all you eat and top-notch. Better than the other places in the area we stayed in.

I didn't like the mold around the balcony doors. We had to ask the staff to remove it. They did, but why do one have to ask for that in the first place..

The hotel price/value ratio is great. The staff are friendly. We spent only 1 night here, but next time we come for a longer stay.
