- The staff were incredible . A FRIENDLY welcome at midnight , extremely helpful with explaining the menu and organising transport . The food was superb , Marianne spoilt us . Thank you .

Location - parking is free and enough spaces. Hotel is also very close to ski bus stop. Big ski lift Col Rodella is close - but you still need to go by ski bus (850 m) . Campetillo is nice small town/village - everything is close. Hotel spa was also very nice - steam sauna and regular sauna, big jaccuzi, cold and regulas massage shower, big relaxing area - but keep in mind, that if you book classic room via booking, then access to the spa is extra. Hotel has also ski room - downstairs.
Cons -
- We missed the offer of warm breakfast (no eggs, nor bacon, nor sausages). But last day we noticed a guest having scrammbled eggs ond the table. But if there was a possibility to order them in the morning, they should have informed us the first day? but the breakfasts were very good and there were many varied.
- The breakfast could use some more vegetables and eggs.
- The absence of a duvet - Italian style cover: a sheet and an ugly blanket, not sufficient for winter stay.

The host was really friendly, and he try to fulfill our necessities even the managing was not helpful.
The manager just speak Italian, is impossible to communicate. Even we were the only guest at the hotel, when we tried to cancel the second night, it was denied to us. The first night we had a terrible cold night because the heaters don’t work. Not a pleasant stay, the facilities of the hotel need an update.
Hotel+breakfast is great, for 10.
Dinner is not, 50:50 for good meal.
