- Location was good. Staff were friendly. Ski room is nice and big with lots of space and showers!!
- Everything, but especially the food and how cozy it was! If you’re looking for a cute and cozy winter stay, this hotel is perfect. The half pension is also really worth it, the dinners were all amazing, and with local foods as well.
- Breakfast, room, spa, parking, 2 minute wlak to town.
Cons -
- A bit old. Meals could be better. No desert spread. Pillows were very flat.
- The restaurant staff charged more water than I ordered
- For the money we paid, we thought that the extra breakfast choices, like omelette and pancakes and orange juice included in the price.

Everything , staff were very helpful, restaurant ✅The sauna and pool, really lovely after the day's hiking.
Cozy close to the Fassa fly. The pool and the steam room is a plus after a day on the mountain. Bed is comfy. Stefano the ski guide is a gem and he took us to tracks that are beautiful and less traveled a true Dolomites experience- save us new comers the hassle to read maps.
The location of the hotel, the spa, the swimming pool, the breakfast, and the ski room were all excellent. The free ski tour guide was a nice surprise. Stefano is a great guide for your ski holiday."

Fantastic place for relaxing and skiing. The staff are amazing and they do everything right. The food is great and everything is delicious. The cleanliness is amazing. We highly recommend the hotel Medil.
It was my third stay at the hotel. I confirm the excellent accommodation conditions, delicious food, and outstanding ski room. The hotel's direct proximity to the Col Rodella gondola, along with all the above, makes me want to return as soon as the new ski season begins.
I spent two weeks at the Hotel Medil and I thought it was fabulous. It has great facilities and is a short walk to the ski lift, ski bus, restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The meals were amazing and most importantly the staff were awesome. They really make the place, no request was too hard. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.
The hotel was close enough to the ski lift, the quality of the hotel and friendly and efficient staff made it for a really good place to stay. The facilities available were good.
For the money we paid, we thought that the extra breakfast choices, like omelette and pancakes and orange juice included in the price.
The huge, comfortable ski room with individual ski lockers. The variety and quality of the food. The friendly and knowledgeable barman. Opportunity to ski with Stefano the excellent hotel ski guide. We were delighted to find Stefano’s services were included. He not only took us on some fun trips, he also helped us plan a few of our own.
The location
The staff is very rude. They don’t have any idea how to treat customers. They were not nice with us during our stay, and later we asked them for a favor they didn’t even try. They were rude and they screamed us. They treated us very bad. It has been my worst experience in a hotel. They are very far from a 4* hotel.
Hotel Medil is in a great location, short walking distance from the lift. The SPA is absolutely amazing! I also enjoyed pizza night at the bar. Definitely go there, I absolutely recommend this hotel
Ample parking. Short walking distance to the Col Rodella Gondola. Half board available. Very spacious and efficient ski room. A nice cozy bar with a friendly bartender. Rooms were cleaned daily. Basic amenities provided.
I booked the suite as we wanted more space for our stay. But we were given a suite with very low pitched ceiling that hung over the living room couch and the bed! So we constantly bumped our heads when getting up from couch and bed! We have to duck our heads when we walk around the room because of this stupid roof! We approached the front desk, explained the dangers of this low ceiling and requested for a change of room, were told to wait a few hours while they sort things out, but eventually did nothing except shrug their shoulders and simply said there weren’t any rooms available. We weren’t compensated in any way for the inconvenience. I am very dissatisfied , disappointed and sore that we paid extra money for a room that was in no way fit to be called a suite as it was extremely hazardous and uncomfortable for us! We honestly bumped our heads a few time a day , everyday. Suite 309 is a NO!
Lovely hotel with very comfortable room, bar are etc. staff were friendly, professional and effective. The location for the ski lift and town are very good.we lived the Wellness area
With 5 mins walking distance to Col Rodella lift, the hotel is perfect for skiers. One highlight is free ski tour led by the hotel’s ski guide Stefano Gasparoli. Stefano knows the dolomiti area inside out and every day depends on the weather he offers day tour around Dolomites that suits intermediate & experienced skiers. We have done one day trip to Sceda with him and thoroughly enjoyed it.Food & drinks were of great quality & value. We stayed for 7 nights with half board: Breakfast is buffet with plenty of hot food, salads & fruits. Extra add-ons such as omelettes are available at reasonable prices. Dinner comes with buffet style cold starters, then 2 main courses & dessert of our choices. Dinner menu varies and it’s usually a good mix of Italian and other European style cooking. Soft drinks & alcohol are charged extra but again at very affordable prices. Staff are pleasantly attentive and friendly. They don’t speak much English but their smiles & desire to help made our stay very enjoyable. Many other guests are regulars which says something about its service. The hotel comes with its spa & sauna facility, small but does its job.
The only improvement is the WiFi
Nothing has changed sincel my previous stay in this hotel. Still this is a perfect place to have splendid skiing and great vacation. There is a private comfortable bathroom with a shover in an enough spacious room. Large comfy bed as well. Half board at a very high level especially dinner incl. typical meals. But the major advantage is skiing- huge ski room with a lockers and a direct access to the Rodella gondola lift, ski in and ski out. I would definetely recommend this hotel.
The half board food service was very good, maybe too much to eat.Our big gripe was the latest of dinner. The dining room didn't open until 715pm. We disliked eating that late after skiing all day.The ski storage was excellent with boot warmers dryer inside each lockable locker.
our room had a stink problem. Extremely stinky sewer gas came through our shower drain every day around 5p when other guest showered and used the toilet. We complaint and were told they would fix it, which didnt happen. We learned that spraying hot water down the drain for a few minutes helped. Late dinner.Didn't care for the pool, sauna area. But they did provide nice bathrobes.
The spa was amazing! The staff were super friendly, the room was so comfortable and the whole hotel was so cozy. We really loved it!
The toilet seat was super huge and uncomfortable. I felt like I was going to fall through it!
I loved the location, the quiteness in general of the place. About the hotel, very nice breakfast and dinner buffet! Really appreciated.
The spa and sauna are far too small for the entire hotel guests, I would appreciate also some entertainment during the evening, most importantly I think is more a 3 start superior because it is a bit old style.
