Hotel Diamant Park

Super friendly and helpful. We arrived early for the check-in. I was able to park my car and walk to the ski lifts. Which is amazing for the location. The spa was the peak of the trip amazing steam rooms, pools and everything.

Pretty much a lot. Starting from the beginning of the trip, we were told that there is a “suit” for 4 people and instead of 2 distinct rooms we were given 1 room but “suit” + free spa. For us it was fine, but for other people it might be not a good option.Yes, spa is not included in the price, you have to pay additional. You also need to pay extra for floppers and bathrobe.We had breakfasts included. I couldn’t imagine that in Italy you can have such breakfast. It is okay, but not anyhow good or delicious.The rooms have no soundproof, you hear neighbors. The ski room is closed from 22:00 and you have to ask receptionist to open it.

Location was Perfect! Staff were incredible. Huge thank you to all the waiters and the chef of the restaurant. Nicola from reception was extremely kind, knowledgeable and always with a smile. Overall it’s the staff that makes the hotel so great! The room was stunning and clean. We loved our room and being able to enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony while listening to nature was so amazing! The Free Guest pass was a huge surprise and being able to get the free transportation and so many free excursions and discounts were just a bonus and totally unexpected. Thank you for an incredible holiday that we will cherish and for sure we will be back.

The Spa should never allow children. We had unattended children in the pool and hot tub while the parents enjoyed the steam room. We did not think it was safe for them to be left unattended in the pool. They were about 4 years and 8 years! The spa including the pool area should be exclusively for adults only!

Good place to visit Dolomites. Very helpfull staff.

Old hotel, need refresh. Pool was extra pay. Every day we eat breakfest in another place. It was a little not comfortable.

In general we were happy. The hotel has very good location, close to the lifts and to the cyclo/walking tour points. Nice view around. The food was good and majority of the staff were pleasant. We arrived later than expected and the communication with FD lady was pleasant, the restaurant staff waited for us after dinner closing time.

We were sad we did not have any balcony we asked for within reservation. There was balcony mentioned in the "equipment" summary when booking the room. We like very much to sit in the evenings in the balcony to play some table games and there was no option for it. It was not that comfortable in the outside areas as this was mainly for the smokers. We were also very surprissed there was no table service offered at the bar or in the bar terrace. We were there playing cards for a few hours and nobody came to ask if we take some drinks, even inside in the bar, the waiter crossed our table many times. You only get drinks when you come to the bar and ask for it. We also had to pick up ordered drinks at the bar, the waiter did not bring it to the table, surprising... after we finished the drinks again no question if we want any additional. What a hotel revenue loss... but it was visible the local (IT) guests were served with excellent service at the bar. After this experinece we were surprissed the hotel management is asking for tip for staff together with the feedback stay on the last evening... All the restaurant staff was very pleasant.

The location was great, the rooms were very clean, the beds were confortable, the breakfast was rich and tasty, the staff was friendly.

It's 3* hotel, not 4 stars!Personel barely speaks English or even German, only Italian.Food at restaurant for dinner has very unstable quality. Breakfast is below overage. Animation in Kids Club only for Italian-speaking children.Spa for 80€ per day is overpriced. Having in mind that Spa at Dolaondes costs only 23Till 8 am there is no hot water in the shower.

The room and bathroom is super clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly

Good location.Good food in overall.We had triple room and it was spacious enough.

Bathroom needs improvement.Wellness was not free but for extra fee.Coffee terrible by breakfast.

We chose this hotel for the spa area. but in fact it didn't work. there was the opportunity to go to the spa at a nearby hotel at a limited time, which is very inconvenient when it is frosty and snowy outside. Unfortunately, we found out about this too late, so we were not able to use the service at all. upset, because there are many similar hotels in this area at this price with a working spa area

The staff! Was horrible! Rude, unfriendly for no obvious reason besides maybe being underplayed or too many people being in the hotel at the same time but that’s not our fault! Tried to scam us at the end by adding drinks to the payment we never had and the dining was very unpleasant due to the mood of the waiters and staff (was always the same staff in total 6-7 individuals)

Really spacious and clean room, hearty breakfast. Within a walking distance from the city center (for restaurants), 5 minutes by foot to the Campitello-Col Rodella cable.

the internet in our room has been cut off almost every 15 s. The hotel can change its internet service provider & improve the coverage of internet in the room.

we had another amazing stay at Diamant Park! The beds are comfortable, the location is perfect and you can’t beat the price. All the major sites and things to do were pretty close and in a good location to spend a week here and use this as a home base. great location and good value for Dolomites.

We came back for a second and then a third time and really enjoyed our stay! The location is great and the breakfast is excellent!

I liked their there was pool and spa.. I like that there was a restaurant and decent breakfast with eggs and sandwhich food.

I struggled with the heat at night, no airflow even with the windows open from the outside room we were very hot. No air conditioning.
